        차가버섯, 상황버섯 및 영지버섯 복합추출물 복용이 인체의 혈중 조혈모세포와 면역세포에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 차가버섯, 상황버섯, 영지버섯 혼합추출물(IPGE)음료 복용이 인체의 혈중 조혈모세포와 임파구 아형(Lymphocyte, $CD4^+T$ cell, $CD8^+T$ cell, Natural Killer cell) 증식에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 수행하였다. 피험자는 건강한 지원자들로서 $40{\sim}70$대의 남여 일반인들로 하였다. 전체 39명을 모집하여 무작위 배정을 통해 27명, 12명 씩 2그룹으로 나누고 각각 버섯 복합추출물과 위약 음료를 따로 지급하여 4주 동안 매일 복용하게 하였다. 혈액은 복용 첫날부터 시작하여 2주 간격으로 피험자들로부터 채취되었으며 면역세포 수 측정에 사용되었다. 조혈모세포(hematopoietic stem cell)는 IPGE 음료 복용군에서 복용 전에 비하여 현저하게 증가하였으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(p<0.001). 임파구(lymphocyte)는 IPGE음료 복용 전과 후 간에 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. $CD4^+T$ 세포, $CD4^+T$ 세포 및 $CD4^+/CD8^+$ 비율은 시험 음료 복용 전과 후 간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 그리고 NK 세포도 IPGE 음료 복용 전과 후 간에 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때 차가버섯, 상황버섯 및 영지버섯 혼합추출물(IPGE)음료는 조혈모세포의 증식효과를 현저하게 높게 나타내었기 때문에 총체적인 혈액세포 정상화를 통해 인체 건강증진에 긍정적인 효과를 나타낼 것으로 사료되었다. This study was performed to investigate the effect of extract mixture(IPGE) drink from Inonotus Obliquus, Phellinus Linteus and Ganoderma Lucidum on hematopoietic stem cells and lymphocyte subset[lymphocyte, $CD4^+T$ cell, $CD8^+T$ cell, Natural Killer(NK) cells] of blood in 37 participants who were healthy and about $40{\sim}70$ years old. They were divided into two groups; extract mixture drink administration group(n=27) and placebo administration group(n=12). They were given the test drink daily for 4 weeks. Blood was obtained from the subjects every two week in the beginning of administration day to evaluate the $CD34^+$ hematopoietic stem cells and immune cells. As results, $CD34^+$ hematopoietic stem cells were significantly increased after taking IPGE drink for 4 weeks compared to that before taking the drink (p<0.001). There was no significant changes in number of lymphocytes, $CD4^+T$ cells, $CD8^+T$ cells, NK cells and in the ratio of $CD4^+/CD8^+$ cell after taking the test drink. From these results, it was suggested that IPGE have a good health effect by promoting the proliferation of the hematopoietic stem cells.

        고랭지 농업의 작물별 객토량 변화에 따른 토양유실 저감 분석

        There is increased soil erosion potential at highland agricultural crop fields because of its topographic characteristics and site-specific agricultural management practices performed at these areas. The agricultural upland fields are usually located at the sloping areas, resulting in higher soil loss, pesticides, and nutrients in case of torrential rainfall events or typhoon, such as 2002 Rusa and 2003 MaeMi. At the highland agricultural fields, the soil reconditioning have been performed every year to decrease damage by continuous cropping and pests. Also it has been done to increase crop productivity and soil fertility. The increased amounts of soil used for soil reconditioning are increasing over the years, causing significant impacts on water quality at the receiving water bodies. In this study, the field investigation was done to check soil reconditioning status for potato, carrot, and cabbage at the Doam-dam watershed. With these data obtained from the field investigation, the Soil and Water Assesment Tool (SWAT) model was used to simulate the soil loss reduction with environment-friendly and agronomically enough soil reconditioning. The average soil reconditioning depth for potato was 34.3 cm, 48.3 cm for carrot, and 31.2 cm for cabbage at the Doam-dam watershed. These data were used for SWAT model runs. Before the SWAT simulation, the SWAT ArcView GIS Patch, developed by the Kangwon National University, was applied because of proper simulation of soil erosion and sediment yield at the sloping watershed, such as the Doam-dam watershed. With this patch applied, the Coefficient of Determination (R2) value was 0.85 and the Nash-Sutcliffe Model Efficiency (EI) was 0.75 for flow calibration. The R2 value was 0.87 and the EI was 0.85 for flow validation. For sediment simulation, the R2 value was 0.91 and the EI was 0.70, indicating the SWAT model predicts the soil erosion processes and sediment yield at the Doam-dam watershed. With the calibrated and validated SWAT for the Doam-dam watershed, the soil erosion reduction was investigated for potato, carrot, and cabbage. For potato, around 19.3 cm of soil were over applied to the agricultural field, causing 146% of more soil erosion rate, approximately 33.3 cm, causing 146% of more soil erosion for carrot, and approximately 16.2 cm, causing 44% of more soil erosion. The results obtained in this study showed that excessive soil reconditioning are performed at the highland agricultural fields, causing severe muddy water issues and water quality degradation at the Doam-water watershed. The results can be used to develop soil reconditioning standard policy for various crops at the highland agricultural fields, without causing problems agronomically and environmentally.

        윤작이 감자 수량, 토양 화학성 및 미생물 활성에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to determine crop rotation effects on potato yield, soil chemical and microbiological properties from a short-term field experiment from 2010 to 2011 in Jeju Island, Korea. Potato cropping systems included continuous and rotation sequences of soybean (Glycine max(L.) Merr.), barley (Hordeum vulgare var. hexastichon), rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) and broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica). Crop rotations increased the yields of potato from 31% to 52% compared with continuous potato. Marketable yield of potato was highest under soybean plus rapeseed rotation by $20.97MT\;ha^{-1}$ and lowest under continuous cropping by $11.95MT\;ha^{-1}$. The incidence and severity of scab disease was significantly lower in tubers from crop rotation with soybean plus barley. Differences in marketable tuber yields among rotations were associated with potato scab disease. Especially, incidence and severity of potato scab were strongly correlated with soil pH, exchangeable calcium, and bacteria population of the soil. Crop rotations significantly increased soil pH, available phosphate, exchangeable K and Ca, especially in crop rotations with soybean plus barley or rapeseed. Soil microbial biomass C of crop rotations with soybean plus barley or rapeseed, was also significantly higher compared with monoculture. In conclusion, crop rotation may decrease the incidence of soil-born pathogen by increasing soil chemical properties and soil microbial biomass. Overall, potato crop productivity was generally maintained in rotations that contained soybean plus barley or rapeseed but declined under continuous cropping system. 본 시험은 윤작처리가 감자의 상품수량과 토양 화학성 및 미생물 활성에 미치는 영향을 평가하고 알맞은 작부체계를 확립하기 위하여 시험을 수행하였다. 작부체계내 콩과 보리를 도입하여 2년 2기작으로 감자를 윤작하였을 경우 총수량과 상품수량은 대조구인 연작구 대비 각각 31% 및 53% 정도 증가하였으며, 콩과 유채를 도입하여 2년 2기작으로 감자를 윤작하였을 경우 총수량과 상품수량은 각각 57% 및 75% 정도 증가하였다. 그리고 감자의 상품수량에 미치는 요인간 상관관계를 분석한 결과 상품수량은 토양미생물 활성, 특히 Biomass C 및 세균 밀도가 높을수록 증가하였고, 토양 pH, 유효인산, 치환성 칼슘함량이 높을수록 세균 밀도가 증가하였다. 따라서 윤작을 통해서 토양 화학성을 개량하고 미생물 밀도 및 활성을 증가시키면, 토양병 발생을 억제하고 감자의 생산성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

      • SWAT ArcView GIS Extension Patch를 활용한 SWAT 예측유사량 분석

        The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model has been widely used in simulating hydrology, soil erosion/sediment, pesticide, and nutrient within the watershed. The SWAT model estimates the slope length of each Hydrologic Response Unit (HRU) within subwatershed with the average slope of subwatershed. However topographic information extraction module in the SWAT ArcView system cannot be applied for steep watershed. Thus, the slope length values were modified with the ArcView Avenue programming. In this study, the 1:5000 digital maps were used to generate 7 DEMs (10m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 70m, 100m) for the Imha-dam watershed. The slope, slope length, estimated streamflow and sediment using various DEMs were compared in this study. As shown in this study, the use of DEM cell size of 100m or above could results in approximately 760% difference without SWAT ArcView GIS Extension Patch in slope length and 10% difference with SWAT ArcView GIS Extension Patch in slope length in estimated sediment yield although the same input data were used in model runs. Therefore, it is suggested that researchers or modelers use the detailed topographic data for accurate modeling of watershed hydrology and water quality using SWAT ArcView GIS Extension Patch utilized in this study.

        Beagle dog 에서 DA-3030 ( G-CSF ) 의 정맥내 4 주간 반복투여 독성

        This study was performed to determine the toxic effect of DA-3030(granulocyte-colony stimulating factor, G-CSF) in beagle dogs. DA-3030(G-CSF) was injected intravenously at doses of 115㎍/㎏/day, 11.5 ㎍/㎏/day and 1.15 ㎍/㎏/day seven days per week for 28 days. After completion of the treatments, the dog were necropsied. The number of dead animal was zero in all groups. No specific clinical sign was found, either. In hematological results, WBC was significantly increased dose-dependently in treated groups. In histopathological findings, megakaryocyte and rubricyte were found in the liver and spleen at the dose of 115㎍/㎏/day. Therefore, we could find the extramedullary hematopoiesis was increased. Megaka yocyte and rubricyte were increased in bone marrow, too. In conclusion, those signs were estimated the pharmacological effect of DA-3030(G-CSF). According to the results, non toxic dose of DA-3030(G-CSF) was higher than 115㎍/㎏/day
