        Secondary Erythromelalgia - A Case Report -

        Erythromelalgia is a rare neurovascular pain syndrome characterized by a triad of redness, increased temperature, and burning pain primarily in the extremities. Erythromelalgia can present as a primary or secondary form, and secondary erythromelalgia associated with a myeloproliferative disease such as essential thrombocythemia often responds dramatically to aspirin therapy, as in the present case. Herein, we describe a typical case of a 48-year-old woman with secondary erythromelalgia linked to essential thrombocythemia in the unilateral hand. As this case demonstrates, detecting and visualizing the hyperthermal area through infrared thermography of an erythromelalgic patient can assist in diagnosing the patient, assessing the therapeutic results, and understanding the disease course of erythromelalgia.

      • 水系환경과 淡水魚 분포

        This Study was conducted for two year from March of 1999 to October of 2000. The following are the results of the fresh water fishes distributed along the streams, lakes and reservoirs in the county of Yesan. 1. The average number of fresh water fishes found to inhabit the 12 reservoirs in the district amounts to thirty-nine species. 2. Thirty-nine species, the greatest number of the 12 reservoirs surveyed, are found to inhabit Yedang-ho alone. 3. The sequent order of dominant species is Carassius auratus, Cypirinus carpio L, Zacco Platypus, Misgurnus, Mizopepis Gunther. 4. Gobiobotia macrocephlus Mori, known as the endangered species of our country, are found to inhabit Yedang-ho, Songsuk, and Bangsan Reservoirs.

      • 제주도광역소각장의 폐열활용 최적화에 관한 연구

        This paper provides a methodology for the optimization of waste heat usage in Jeju Province. The incineration plant was considered as heat source, and the food garbage plant and the youth hostel were selected as heat sink of this study. The distribution of the reusing energy in the incineration plant is decided by load analysis and numerical calculation of the operational methodology. The main objective of this study is on the reduction of the fuel costs and reuse of waste heat. As the results, the efficiency of the incineration plant and two heat sink, the food garbage plant and the youth hostel, are improved and economical suggestions are drawn through the optimization analysis.

      • 예산군의 名木의 現況과 生態調査 硏究(Ⅱ)

        The purpose of this study was aimed on our beautiful natural circumstance of our native land which have succeeded from our ancestors as a valuable heritages to be maintained and kepted, preserved and how to take over its valuable natural properties having kept and preserved, maintained in very difficult circumstance for so long times as a beautiful scenery natural heritage and the heaven give beautiful-natral-cultural heritages to our descendants who can able recognize so well the natural protective spirits for home country. Therefore I have come to recognize and deplore ourselves who have been making our succeeded beautiful natural circumstance at present time so I have studies this subject being summarized as the followings thru investigating the status of the protestive trees and its ecological character so as to make our home country being as a good living circumstance. 1. There are lots of 78 stump Zelkova serrata among 94 stump being investigated for the protective trees in our home country. 2. There are 78 Zelkova serrata and 8 Ginkbo biloba, 2 Juniperus chinensis, 2 Pinus densiflora, 2 Quercus asutissima and 2 Celtis sinensis in our home country. 3. There are spread such as the distribution of the age tree status of 150 years and 300years with rate of 60.7% being occupied and 500 years over with rate of 10.6%. 4. The distribution of the protective trees are spread at portion such as a natural monument tree and 9 province , 22 country trees, 31 province-Town trees and 32 village trees, in according to the report of investigating the distribution in the calssified tree. 5. Distribution of this protective tress showed itw distribution with 1st rate 37.6% in Daesul and Siyangmyon among the sorted regions. 6. The Zelkova serrate and Ginkgo bilova were suitable to our native-home country's natural features and climate as a native-home place trees sorts.

      • 鳳首山 억새(Miscanthus sinensis) 草地의 生育特性과 生産性 관한 硏究

        This study is performed to find the effects of environmental factors on the seasonal changes of the matter production and the characteristic growth of Miscanthus sinensis grassland of Mt. Bongsu in Yesan. Investigation was carried out from the middle of April till mid-October of 1993. The results obtained form this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The peak value of standing crop of above-ground parts was 2,435. D.Mg/m²and that of under-ground psrts was 849.8D.Mg/m²on October 15. 2. The peak productivity of above ground-parts was 30.32 D.Mg/m²/day from July to August and that of under-ground parts was 3.63 D.M.g/m²/day from August to September. 3. The number of leaves per plant rapidly increased from April to August, and gradually decreased thereafter. The LAI was continuously broadened and reached its peak, 5.9m²/m²early in August and then decreased. 4. In a grassland of Miscanthus sinensis, the leaves which were located at the 5th and 6th nodes indicated the maximum photosynthesis. Miscanthus sinensis was from 120 to 140㎝. high. 5. The photosynthetic rate at 50,000 lux and 30℃ was not achieved under the condition of CO₂concentration in the atmosphere. 6. The optimum temperature of photosynthetic activity ranged from 30℃ to 35.℃

        예당지 주변의 털진드기류 군집 조사

        Yedang lake has so plentiful pondage and many species of fresh-walter-fish that a large number of people crowd around there all the year round. Most of them are not used to prevent tsutsugamushi disease spreading by chigger(T-mite). Accordingly, this study was carried out in order to obtain basic materials for prevention of this disease and the results are summarized as follows. The number of wild rat that captured in surveyed areas was sixty five(apodemus agrarius: 63, Rattus norvegicus: 2) during the period of a year and ration of captured rats to trap was about 8%. The dominant species of T-mite in all the surveyed areas were Leptotrombidium pallidum and L. palpale and the total number collected was 5782.9 with one family, two genra, eight species. The density of T-mites that collected from rats in three areas(Nodongri, Hatanbangri, Kyochonri) appeared $743.3{\pm}80.4,\;847.2{\pm}86.2\;and\;869.6{\pm}86.4,\;and\;in\;soil\;149.5{\pm}13.9,;154.7{\pm}14.7\;and\;182.4{\pm}20.8$ respectively. On the whole, the number of T-mite that collected from the rats was about three times as much as it in soil. The comparison of individual number of T-mite per a rat collected in three surveyed sites(A,B and C) showed 126.7, 243.1, 258.6 and per $2,000cm^3$ of soil 12.7, 12.7, 54.6, 103.5 respectively. In other word, the number of T-mite at site A and B is smaller than that at area C, thus comparing habitats of three sites each other, C is better living environment of rat and mite than that of A or B. Seasonl occuarance of t-mite that is from rat gradually was increased toward winter and showed the peak to January, and decreased since March but it in soil was inverse proportion to it from rats, because the larvae of T-mite that was hatched in soil was transmited to host in order to suck the body fluid.

        전파관리정책 및 법 제도 개선 방안에 관한 연구

        전파 통신의 보급과 이용의 확대에 따라 전파에 대한 수요가 급격히 증가하고 전파 통신의 효율적인 이용을 위한 정책은 서비스의 보급 및 확산은 물론 향후 이 분야의 기술 발전을 위하여 지속적으로 연구되어야 할 과제이다. 본 논문에서는 당국의 전파 진흥 정책의 여건 변화, 전파 이용의 환경 변화 및 기술 발전에 따른 발전된 무선 통신분야의 전파 관리 정책 및 제도에 체계적이고 효율적인 대처가 필요하기 때문에 전파 관련 국제 협약 및 제외국의 제도 및 정책을 분석, 검토하고 행정 조정을 통하여 개선 방안을 제시함을 목적으로 하는 것이다. Since the demand for radio wave due to proliferation of radio wave communication is increased rapidly, policy for efficient use of radio wave is a challenge of sustainable research for technology development in this field with focus on service supply and distribution. Therefore, this paper analyzed and reviewed radio wave related international agreements and overseas institutions and policies, and proposed the improvement method for systematic and efficient countermeasure on radio wave management policy and system according to radio wave promotion policy circumstance changes, radio wave environmental change and technology development.
