일반 흉부 X선 촬영 시 조사야에 따른 양극과 음극의 선량차이 분석

일반적으로 임상에서 흉부 X선 촬영 시 조사야를 최대로 설정한 후 영상을 획득하기도 하는데, 이는 불필요한 피폭을 유발하며 경사효과로 인한 영상의 질적 저하를 유발하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 흉부 촬영 시 조사야 면적에 따른 양극과 음극측의 X선 강도를 측정하여 불균등 정도를 고찰하였다. 방사선 조사 조건은 일반적인 가슴 촬영 조건인 관전 압72 kVp, 관전류 100 mA, 조사시간 0.32 초로 설정하였으며, FFD는 100 cm으로 고정하였다. 조사야는 17 x 17, 10 x 12, 8 x 10로 변화시켰으며, 양극측과 음극측에 검출 센서를 위치시킨 후 측정하였다. 측정 결과 조사야 면적이 증가할수록 양극과 음극의 선량은 감소하지만 강도비는 증가하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. In general clinical chest X-ray examination, when the image is obtained the radiation field is occasionally set as the maximum size. This causes the unnecessary radiation exposure and a degradation of image quality by the Heel effects. For these reasons, in this study, we measured the X-ray intensity of the anode and cathode and discussed the degree of disproportion according to the size of radiation field in the chest X-ray examination. Exposure condition was set as typical chest examination setup; 72 kVp of tube voltage, 100 mA of tube current, 0.32 second of exposure time. The FFD was fixed as 100 cm. The radiation field was set as 17 x 17, 10 x 12 and 8 x 10. And a detector was located in the anode side and cathode side. Consequently, as a size of the radiation field is increased, the dose of anode and cathode was reduced. On the other hand, the intensity ratio was increasing trends as the size is increasing.

Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry, which was originated from Du Fu, was produced diversely and routinely by Bai Juyi. No one can be compared with Bai Juyi when it comes to the number and variety of Seven Word Long Metrical poems. Therefore, we can see achievements and limits of creation of Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry clearly through his works. Most of his poems are short and characterized by using odd number long rhymes, few Ao-Ti(拗體) in accordance with rhythms, and trying Oblique Tones. Here, we can find out that he tried to not only keep the beauty of tunes and rhymes but also reduce the weakness in Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry. He used Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry as a normal poetic style to describe various subject matters. Though sometimes it gives us a boring feeling since he mainly focused on daily landscape and contacts, he softened the weakness by adding honest emotions and a sense of amusement. His sense of amusement is also found in that he adopted such a strict metrical style as Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry in tranquil poems and recited self contentment in roaring, expressional poems. Thus, he added liveliness to otherwise dry Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry, through his effort that gives us the impression of pursuing harmony of mismatches. Though we can’t tell Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry was a success through the history of Chinese poetry, it contributed to deepening the understanding of a sense of beauty in Chinese poetic style.

In South Korea, external shading is recommended to reduce energy consumption in the building discipline. This study proposes occlusion control strategy based on building energy demand and visual comfort for External Venetian Blinds (EVB), which are variable external shades. To apply the EVB occlusion control, the window of the EnergyPlus model was divided into 10 windows, and the schedule of each window was controlled. The control criteria selected included the minimum zone energy demand, and the satisfaction of the visual discomfort criterion or the minimum visual discomfort. The visual discomfort was determined by the Discomfort Glare Index (DGI), with the standard value set to 22. As a result of one-year simulation with standard weather data in Seoul, the EVB occlusion control tendency had significant changes on March 21 and June 1. A case study including Internal Venetian Blinds(IVB) was performed to identify the advantages of EVB occlusion control. As a result, it was confirmed that if blinds were always lowered, lighting and heating energy were required more than IVB case, and that EVB occlusion control was needed to solve this problem and minimize energy demand.

Genomics 빅데이터를 이용한 간암 연구

Liver cancer is the fifth most common cancer in men and the seventh in women, and, in developed countries, its incidence is increasing in contrast to most of the other cancer types. The development of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), which accounts for 70%~85% of the total liver cancer, is closely associated with multiple risk factors such as chronic infection of hepatitis B (HBV) and C viruses (HCV), alcohol consumption, aflatoxin B1 exposure and obesity. Efforts in large-scale genomic analyses revealed the involvement of diverse oncogenic as well as tumor suppressive genes and pathways in HCC development. However, liver cancer remains highly intractable to anticancer therapies despite the large efforts in clinical trials employing molecularly targeted agents including sorafenib. This is partly due to the tumor heterogeneity that causes the molecular pathogenesis of HCC much complicated. Recent technological advances of high-throughput methods such as the next generation sequencing of cancer genomes and transcriptomes have yielded significant insights into the genetic profiles (somatic mutations, structure variations, HBV integrations, and epigenetic modifications) of HCC. In combination with the high-throughput functional genomics tools such as RNAi and Crispr/Cas9, these genomic informations may make important contributions to identifying biomarkers and therapeutic targets that are critical for the understanding of the pathogenic mechanisms of HCC and the development of individually targeted therapies.

파산법원 설치에 따른 회생 · 파산절차 관여자에 대한 적정한 관리 · 감독 방안에 관한 연구

도산절차에서 채권자들의 이익을 고려하여 선임되는 이들을 통칭하여 ‘도산절차 관여자’또는 ‘절차관여자’라고 한다. 도산법이 제대로 기능을 발휘하기 위해서는 도산절차의 운영에서 법원과 함께 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 절차관여자의 온전성과 전문성이 확보되어야 하므로, 도산절차에서는 절차관여자의 자질을 강조하고, 그 업무수행을 관리·감독하는 제도를 두고 있다. 도산절차 관여자에 대한 관리·감독 구조는 각 국가의 역사·사회·경제적 배경에 따라 다른 모습을 보이고 있다. 우리나라 법원은 절차관여자에 대한 선임 및 해임권, 업무수행에 대한 허가권 등을 통하여 절차관여자를 전반적으로 관리·감독한다. 관리위원회는 도산절차에 대한 의견을 제시하고 절차관여자의 업무수행을 감독·평가하는 권한을 행사한다. 채권자협의회는 도산절차에 관한 정보를 제공받으면서 절차상 중요한 결정에 대해서 의견을 제시한다. 도산절차의 특성, 도산절차 신청사건의 접수 규모, 도산사건의 전문적인 처리에 관한 법원 내·외부의 요구 등을 고려하면 파산법원을 설치할 필요성이 크다. 파산법원이 도산 절차의 전문법원으로 정착하기 위해서는 효율적이고 공정하게 도산절차를 운영할 수 있는 기반이 마련되어야 한다. 절차관여자에 대한 관리·감독에 있어서는, 법원, 관리위원회, 채권자협의회가 역할을 분담하여, 절차관여자의 자질을 확보·관리하고 공정하게 선임할 수 있는 제도가 마련되어야 한다. 절차관여자의 업무 성격에 맞는 업무수행 평가, 후보자 정보의 전산화 관리 등을 통하여 후보자 선정을 공정하고 효율적으로 할 수 있게 하여야 한다. 절차관여자의 선임에서도 관리위원회와 채권자협의회가 후보자 명단 작성, 후보자 추천, 절차관여자의 선임 등에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 파산법원은 전문법관 제도 도입과 실무 연수 제도 강화 등을 통하여 법관과 직원의 전문성을 확보하고, 절차관여자에 대한 관리·감독에 관리위원회와 채권자협의회 등이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 적절한 역할을 배분하기 위해 노력하여야 한다. 절차관여자에 대한 관리·감독기관으로서의 기능 강화를 위해서는, 관리위원회가 독립성을 가지고 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 관리위원의 임명 권한을 파산법원으로부터 분리하고, 회생과 파산·개인회생 담당 관리위원의 구분, 상임 관리위원의 확충 등 조직 개편과 함께 관리위원회가 도산절차에서 적극적으로 활동할 수 있는 권한 확충도 함께 고려하여야 한다. 절차관여자에 대한 효율적인 관리·감독과 도산절차에 대한 채권자들의 신뢰 제고를 위해, 채권자와 채권자협의회의 참여를 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 고려할 필요가 있다. 채권자협의회의 의견조회를 더욱 활성화하고 전문가 고용도 보장하여 채권자협의회가 적극적으로 의견을 제시할 수 있도록 하여야 하고, 새로 시작된 회생·파산절차의 전자소송에서 채권자들에 대한 정보 제공과 채권자들의 의견 개진이 적은 비용으로 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 전자소송시스템을 정비할 필요가 있다. In order to secure the integrity and expertise of insolvency representatives who, along with the court, play crucial roles in insolvency proceedings, these proceedings place emphasis on insolvency representatives’ qualifications and have a system of managing and supervising their conduct. The establishment of the bankruptcy court is driven by, and pursuant to, the demands both inside and outside the court for specialized handling of insolvency cases. In order for the bankruptcy court to successfully establish itself as a specialized court running insolvency proceedings fairly and efficiently, the kind of foundation to be laid in the management and supervision of insolvency representatives must be examined. Proper management and supervision of insolvency representatives requires fair election of qualified insolvency representatives, securing of judges’ and court officials’ expertise, strengthening of Bankruptcy administration committee’s management and supervision functions, and facilitating of creditors’ (or a creditor committee’s) participation in the proceedings, through efficient assigning of roles among those managing and supervising insolvency representatives and securing of human, physical and systemic foundations.

Poetry and humor are fundamentally relevant. However, the pursuit of humor can undermine the quality of poetry. Su Shi(蘇軾) naturally used high-quality humor with truth and philosophy based on abundant learning and sense of humor. So, it kept up with the unconstrained and harmonious aspect of his poetry. Through this, the poetry of his own unique style was formed by cleverly mixing humor and dignity that are not easy to coexist with. Su Shi created many poems with humor in various situations. He wrote a lot of Xiti(戱題) poems and wrote poems by reacting humorously to the names of various buildings and objects. He added humor to poems with political criticism to enhance the effect of satire. When he communicated with others, humorous poems broke down the walls of each other and made them easy friendly. He got the power to stand up again by restoring laughter through humorous poems when he fell into a disappointment. One important reason why he was able to get broad love from the masses and accept all kinds of difficult situations he encountered, was not to lose laughter through his rich humor. That aspect is well expressed in his poetry.
