어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사학습공동체 및 교사효능감 간의 관계

본 연구는 어린이집을 배경으로 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사학습공동체, 교사효능감 간의 상관관계 및 영향관계를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위하여 G시에 소재한 어린이집 보육교사 307명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료의 처리를 위하여 Pearson 적률상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사학습공동체, 교사효능감 간의 상관관계는 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사학습공동체의 지속적 학습, 탐구 문화, 팀 학습에 정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 어린이집 원장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사효능감의 일반적효능감과 개인적효능감에 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있으나 그 영향력은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 어린이집의 교사학습공동체 수준도 교사효능감의 일반적 효능감과 개인적 효능감에 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있으나 그 영향력은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육서비스의 질적 수준 향상을 위한 보육현장에서의 인적자원 지원 및 교사의 역량강화 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship and influence between director"s transformational leadership, teacher learning communities, and teacher efficacy among childcare center teachers. For the study, an online questionnaire was conducted on 307 childcare teachers located in G city, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied to process the collected data. The main results of the study were as follows: First, there were statistically significant relationship between director’s transformational leadership, teacher learning communities, and teacher efficacy. Second, it was found that the transformative leadership practices of the center director had a positive effect on continuous learning, inquiry culture, and team learning among teachers. Third, it was found that director’s transformational leadership had a positive effect on teacher efficacy, but its influence was low. Fourth, the level of teacher learning community practices had a positive effect on teacher efficacy, but the influence was low. Based on this study’s findings, we suggested strategies for improving the quality of childcare services and practices by supporting human resources in childcare centers and strengthening teacher competency.

국내 교과교실제 연구의 동향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 교과교실제를 주제로 수행한 학술논문, 학위논문, 연구보고서를 대상으로 전반적인 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 현재까지의 연구 성과를 점검하고 향후 발전과제를 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰을 바탕으로 연구목적, 연구방법, 연구대상, 연구주제 등 네 가지 분석 준거를 마련하고, 연구수행 시기 및 자료의 유형에 따라 연구동향을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 이론적 연구보다는 실증적 연구가 대부분을 차지하였으며, 연구를 위해 사용된 연구방법론은 양적접근을 통한 기술통계방법과 양적연구와 질적연구의 혼합연구를 중심으로 수행되었다. 또한 연구대상으로는 중학교를 대상으로 한 연구의 비율이 높았으며, 연구주제는 학습환경과 정책효과부문에서 활발히 연구되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 선행연구에서 언급된 한계점과 제한점, 수정·보안해야 하는 점들이 교과교실제의 시행정책에 반영되고, 현장개선을 위한 노력에 대해 분석하는 연구 등의 새로운 연구 방향성이 필요함을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the research trends in subject classroom system and to explore the research achievements and developmental tasks to date. Research subjects include academic papers, dissertations, and research reports. The five criteria for analysis are research purpose, research field, research method, research subject, research topic. The five analysis criteria analyzed the research trend according to the market price and the type of data. As a result, the precedent studies were mostly the actual research rather than the theoretical research, and they appeared in education method, education technology, education curriculum, and education facility field. As a research method, descriptive statistics were often used. In addition, research topics have been studied with emphasis on instructional models, classroom management, and policy effects. Therefore, in - depth study such as theory - related research and verification studies and review in various fields should be done.

학교현장실습을 통한 중등 예비교사들의 교직태도 변화 탐색

본 연구는 중등학교 예비교사들의 교직태도가 학교현장실습을 통해 어떻게 변화과정을 겪는지를 이해 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 질적연구방법을 통해 학교현장실습을 마친 사범대학생과 교직이수자들을 대상으로 한 면접조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료를 근거이론의 지속적 비교방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교직태도 변화와 관련하여 총 65개의 상호 독립적 개념을 추출하고 이를 비슷한 유형끼리 묶어 28개의 범주를 도출하였다. 도출된 개념과 범주를 바탕으로 학교현장실습을 통한 교직태도 변화과정의 패러다임 모형을 인과적조건, 현상, 맥락, 중재적조건, 작용·상호작용전략 및 결과로 제시하였다. 패러다임 모형에 28개의 범주를 적용·분석하여 교직태도 변화이론을 제안하고 그 결과로 교직태도 변화의 네 가지 유형인 감성형, 성실형, 실리추구형, 무관심형을 제시하였다. 네 가지 유형에 따른 상이한 교직태도 변화의 특성을 제시하고, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교현장실습에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore secondary student teachers’ learning experience in practicum settings. This study employed a qualitative research design applying the grounded theory technique and analyzed the interview data collected from 16 students and extracted 65 independent concepts and 28 categories. The resulted concepts and categories were again analyzed and provided to fit into a paradigm for the change of teaching career attitude, in which causal condition, phenomena, context, intervening condition, action/interaction strategy, and consequence were arranged. Based on the paradigm, all the concepts and categories were combined and adduced to four types of teaching career attitudes, which were emotional, faithful, practical, and indifferent. In conclusion, this study suggested implication on practicum for student teachers based on the results.

School Choice in American Education

협약학교(charter schools)는 교육혁신을 이끌고 다양화를 통해 학부모와 학생들에게 교육 선택권을 제공할 수 있다는 기대감으로 인해 미국 공교육 부분에서 급속하게 팽창해 왔다. 특히 협약학교는 2002년 아동낙오방지법(NCLB: No Child Left Behind)이 시행된 이후 교육혁신을 위한 대안으로 최근에 다시금 세간의 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 협약학교가 미국의 학교교육 개선 과정에 미친 영향과 이를 둘러싼 논쟁을 분석함으로써 협약학교제도의 발전방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 단일한 스펙트럼에 의지하기보다 조직론적, 경제적, 사회적, 정치적 관점을 적용한 다면적 분석틀에 입각하여 고찰하였다. 본 연구를 통해 협약학교의 자율성이 더욱 제고될 필요성이 있음이 밝혀졌으며, 소수민족과 저소득층의 교육 불평등을 해소할 수 있는 지원방안이 적절히 이루어지지 않고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 또한 협약학교 정책이 공정하게 이루어지기 위해서는 특정 이익집단으로부터의 독립성을 확보하고 정책의 입안과 실행의 전 과정에 걸쳐 정치적 영향력을 체계적으로 분석하여 이를 대중에게 공표할 필요성이 있음이 밝혀졌다. Charter schools have played a prominent part in education reform, but the debate surrounding charter schools them has been unending since their conception. Since NCLB was signed, charter schools have been newly noticed with educational reform movements increasing parental educational choices. This article examines if charter schools improve education in the current organizational, economical, social and political context. The article discusses the charter school movement"s background that led the charter school revolution, how charter schools were put into legislation in a system, and the hopes and expectations placed upon charter schools. In the conclusion, the author proposes suggestions for policymakers seeking to enhance education through charter school legislation.

현대적 효개념에 기반한 효문화 교육내용 개발 연구

본 연구는 효의 개념을 현대적으로 재해석하고, 효문화 교육내용을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행문헌 고찰을 바탕으로 현대적 효문화 교육 영역을 가정에서의 효, 사회공동체에서의 효, 인류애·자연애로서의 효 등 세 가지 영역으로 구분하고 29개의 내용을 도출하였다. 도출된 교육내용의 타당성 검증을 위해 효 및 효문화 교육 전문가를 패널로 선정하여 총 2회에 걸쳐 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이조사 결과는 평균, 내용타당도 비율(CVR)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 현대적 효개념은 ‘가정에서부터 지켜야 할 인류애 실천 덕목으로 부모-자녀 간의 친밀한 관계에 기초한 상호 간의 인격적 존중과 사랑의 감정으로 돌보는 행위’로 정의할 수 있었다. 또한 ‘가정에서의 효’ 교육내용 8개, ‘사회공동체에서의 효’ 교육내용 6개, ‘인류애·자연애로서의 효’ 교육내용 3개로 세 가지 영역에서 최종적으로 총 17개의 효문화 교육내용을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과는 효의 현대적 개념을 확인하고, 효문화 교육에서 어떠한 주제를 다루어야 하는지에 대한 아이디어를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 효문화 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. This study purports to identify ‘Hyo (Korean filial piety)’ in modern term and verify learning contents of Hyo culture education in general. Based on literature review and analysis, this study identified 3 areas of Hyo culture which include Hyo in household, Hyo in social community, Hyo in humanity and nature and generated 29 learning contents. To verify those learning contents, Delphi survey was executed two times with the experts from Hyo education and lifelong education and its result was analyzed based on average of items and CVR (Content Validity Ratio). As a result, the test showed the learning contents of each area of Hyo culture. They are 8 learning objectives for Hyo in household, 6 for social community and 3 for humanity and nature. The signification of this study is that it identified the modern term of Hyo and provided an information on what to be included in Hyo culture education. Furthermore it is suggested to be used as a basic material for developing Hyo education program.

교육행정학 연구의 학문지도: 한국교육행정학의 블루오션 탐색

본 연구는 교육행정학 연구의 학문지도를 도출하고 미래적 관점에서 교육행정학 분야의 블루오션을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육행정학 연구의 역사적 연원에 대해 고찰하고 현재적 관점에서 연구의 경향을 분석하여 학교행정 및 조직, 교육정책, 고등교육 영역을 중심축으로 하는 교육행정학 연구의 학문지도를 구안하였다. 나아가 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한국 교육행정학의 블루오션을 탐색·논의하였다. 이 연구에서는 교육행정학 연구 및 교육을 위한 블루오션 창출 분야로서 고등교육 분야, 학교혁신 및 혁신리더십 분야, 진로진학컨설팅 분야를 제시하고 각각 그 배경, 현황, 그리고 향후 전망을 분석·제시하였다. This study attempted to depict territories of knowledge-base in the educational administration, and to explore the blue ocean areas in the field. In this article, the authors reviewed the history of knowledge in educational administration, and analyzed the current trends and research efforts in the field of educational administration. From the analysis, the authors depicted knowledge base map of educational administration studies composed of three axes: School administration and organizational studies, educational policy, and higher education. The authors also explored and discussed on the blue ocean of the field. They proposed the blue ocean areas for the research and education in the educational administration, and discussed on the each backgrounds, current status, and future directions. The areas of blue ocean, they suggested, were higher education, school innovations and innovative school leadership, and consulting careers and choosing higher education.

교육책무성 정책의 쟁점과 과제: 이명박 정부 단위학교 책무성 정책을 중심으로

This study was intended to explore tasks needed for implementing educational accountability policy based upon an analysis of the policy issues in the Lee Myung-bak administration and to suggest any implications of how the policy should be adjusted in the next administration. The educational accountability policy produced several issues derived from the perspectives, such as policy idea and logic, contents, implementation method, and outcome. Based on the analytic results on the issues, this study suggested the four tasks as the followings; (1) Reconstructing the logic of educational accountability policy reflecting institutional context in the policy, (2) Restructuring collaborative governance to secure the legitimacy of the policy implementation, (3) Establishment of the boundary of responsibility associated with educational values, and (4) Refinement of assessment systems to address relative fairness and foster inner motivation of each school. 본 연구의 목적은 이명박 정부에서 추진되었던 교육책무성 정책의 쟁점을 분석하여 관련 정책을 추진하는데 있어서 요구되는 과제를 탐색하고, 향후 교육책무성 정책이 어떻게 조정되어야 하는지 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 교육책무성 정책에 대한 이론적․실제적 배경을 바탕으로 책무성 이해당사자, 책임내용, 책무성 확보수단으로 구성된 분석틀을 마련하여 이명박 정부의 단위학교 책무성 정책의 쟁점과 과제를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 학교평가, 학업성취도평가, 정보공시제, 학교성과급제 등을 대상으로 교육책무성 정책을 이념과 논리, 책무성 당사자, 책임내용, 그리고 책무성 확보수단에 따라 쟁점을 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 향후 과제를 제시하였다. 이러한 교육책무성 정책의 과제로 ① 제도적 맥락을 고려한 책무성 정책 논리의 재구성, ② 책무성 당사자간 협력적 거버넌스의 구축, ③ 교육적 가치를 고려한 책임내용의 설정, ④ 비교공정성을 고려한 측정과 내재적 동기를 고려한 결과연계를 도출하고 시사점을 제시하였다.

교무실 업무분석을 통한 교원업무 조정방안 탐색

본 연구는 교원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학교에서 이루어지고 있는 학교행정업무를 구체적으로 교무실 업무와 행정실 업무로 나누고, 교무실 업무 가운데 교원들이 담당하는 것이 바람직한 업무가 무엇인지 파악하여 합리적인 업무 조정방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 교직원들을 대상으로 교원들이 담당하고 있는 업무 및 교무업무 담당 변경이 필요한 업무를 조사ㆍ분석하고, 교원들이 교수ㆍ학습이라는 본연의 업무에 집중할 수 있는 실질적인 교무업무 조정방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교무실 업무 가운데 교원이 담당하기보다는 행정실에서 담당하는 것이 바람직한 업무, 교무행정 보조인력이 담당하는 것이 바람직한 업무를 구체적으로 제시하였다. 그리고 교무실 업무를 교수ㆍ학습활동과 학생관련 업무로 나누어 직ㆍ간접적 관련성을 기준으로 사분면으로 구분하여, 교무실 업무 중 교사들이 담당해야할 핵심업무와 부수적인 업무로 구분하였다. 이러한 기준에 따라 교무실 업무를 조정할 경우 학교행정의 합리성과 효율성이 증대될 것이며, 교원들은 교육활동에 보다 전념할 수 있게 되어 학교교육의 질이 제고될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. It is said that teachers' heavy workload is the great obstacle to the quality teaching. Actually, most of teachers are not in a good situation to devote themselves to teaching because of lots of nonessential duties. So the government acknowledges teachers' workload should be cut down and makes measure to reduce the workload of teachers for the quality teaching. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the teachers' work and reallocate them properly according to the nature of work. Consequently, it will help teachers with heavy workload focus on teaching. For the purpose of this study, all of the teachers' work in schools were analyzed based on survey data, which were administered to elementary and secondary school teachers. And the efficient job division was made according to the work nature based the relationship between teaching-related work and student-related work. Through these process, the primary work and secondary work of teachers are proposed. Based on the findings of this study, the policy recommendations are suggested to reduce teachers' workload in teaching and non-teaching duties. The unnecessary official documents from superior authorities should be restrained and the number of supporting staff should be increased. The principal centered leadership should be established and then maximum autonomy in operation should be allowed.

한국 고등교육행정 연구의 동향과 과제 : 연구주제,연구방법 및 연구자를 중심으로
