Optical Properties of Organic Thin Film Transistors
고준빈,임상철,김성현 한국물리학회 2019 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.75 No.3
Flexible electronic devices or stretchable electronic devices have recently attracted increasing attention. Organic semiconductor transistors have been intensively studied for such applications, as for the operation of display pixels and various sensors, and for use in logic circuits consisting of organic semiconductor transistors. When organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) are employed for the operation of display pixels or for use as transparent substrate-based sensors, the properties of the OTFTs may be changed by the light illuminating the OTFT from itself or from the outside, thus degrading circuit stability. In the present study, an OTFT was fabricated on a glass substrate by using pentacene, and light of different wavelengths and intensities was illuminated through the top and the bottom of device to investigate the additional photocurrent flowing through the OTFT. The experimental results showed that the photocurrent in a 100 nm-thick OTFT thin film had a symbatic pattern and that the photocurrent nonlinearly increased with increasing light intensity.
구멍뚫기법(HDM)에 의한 STS 304 용접부의 잔류응력 해석에 관한 연구

The HDM(Hole Drilling Method) is a relatively simple and accurate methods in measuring residual stress of weldment. Various method of evaluating residual stress are studied in welding field. The method of cutting holes on the plate much affects the accuracy of result. Especially for the hard material like stainless which is difficult to cut preciously is difficult to measure residual stress of weldment. Because heat conduction of strainless steel is lower than other general steel, the magnitude of residual stress might be different as to changing of welding conditions. Therefore, the distribution of residual stress on the STS304 steel after welding using HDM is evaluated in this paper.

Residual stress caused in the weldments with high restraint force are often during welding observed in the weldments of large size nozzles or radial tanks. The reason is that quantitative analysis about thermal stresses during welding is lack for this weldments. To verify FEM theory, the temperature was measured with thermocouple in a real time in this paper. Also analysis of the thermal stress for welding condition is performed by ABAQUS program package on various welding condition in STS butt welding.

This study proposes the analysis method of time series ultrasonic signal using the chaotic feature extraction for degradation extent evaluation The features extracted from time series data using the chaotic time series signal analyzes quantitatively degradation extent. For this purpose, analysis objective in this study is correlation dimension, lyapunov exponent, strange attractor on hyperspace. The lyapunov exponent is a measure of the rate at which nearby trajectories in phase space diverge. Chaotic trajectories have at least one positive lyapunov exponent. The correlation dimension appears as a metric space such as the phase space trajectory of a dynamical system. In this experiment, correlation(fractal) dimensions, lyapunov exponents, energy variation showed values of 2.217~2.423, 0.097~0.154, 1.601~1.476 voltage according to degardation extent. The proposed chaotic feature extraction in this study can enhance the degree of precise evaluation of the degraded materials(SA508 CL.3).

AbstractThe work presented in this paper is concerned with the response of a simply supported beam under a moving concentrated mass. The moving concentrated mass is assumed to be a mass having a constant speed, but not. a force as it has been assumed so far. A dynamic response is carried out by a finite difference method using Green's function, and the solutions are compared with static deflections. The effect of velocity and magnitude on the dynamic response of the moving mass is examined in conection with the static one.The aim of the present paper is to give an insight into a dynamic response with re- spect to the magnitude and velocity of the moving mass for simply supported beam.
