The morphologic study on the differentiation of the small intestine following the administration of Methotrexate Was under taken to see some inhibitory effects of the drug as related to antitumor mechanism. The drug methotrexate 0.2㎎/㎏ Was injected into peritoneum of pregnant mouse on the eight day and ninth day of development. The number of Villus, height of Villus, diameter of Villus and thickness of submucosa and serosa on the surfase of the cross section of the intestin were measured on the tenth, eleventh twelfth fourteenth and sixteenth day of development. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The chick embryo given two repeated injections of methotrexate showed significant decrease in the height of the villi till the twelfth day of the development and returned to normal on the four teeth day of the development. 2. In the thickness of the submucosa and muscle coat in the intestine of the methotrexate treated pregnant mouse marked inhibitory effects were also seen on the tenth and eleventh day of the development and thereafter gradually disappeared. 3. The number and diumeter of the villus and thickness of serosa snowed no significant change betoween control and drug-treated groups.
정상인 외이도의 Malassezia furfur의 분포에 관한연구

MaZαssezia furfur is resident microflora of the extemal ear canal previous studies showed that this hyphae and spore from could found on clinically normal external e따 canal. Normal person, 76 subjects were studied. Ear wax specimens were stained with parker ink‘ solution. The number of hyphae and spore were graded according to index(+1 to 3+). The incidence of malassezia infection of the external ear canal is 48.7% in spore and 30.3% in hyphae. The incidence rate of spore and hyphae in the group aged above 50, were lower than that of other age groups.

We had examined the physiology and morphology of the actinomyetes with had been producing on amylase inhibitor and some conditions of phgsical and chemical characters of these inhibitors. 1. Among the strains isolated from soil, we named it as SAS-80 With effected on bacterial α-amylase only. 2. The SAS-80 strains have the maximiged inhibitory effects after 6 days in the shaking culture of corn strach medium. 3. The inhibitory materials produced by these strains had an inhibitory effects on α-amylase and glucoamylase but, not on β-amylase. 4. The carbon sources Which we used in this strain were L-Arabinose, D-xylose, D-Fructose, D-glucose, sucrose, Raffinose, D-Mannitol, mannase, salicin, and others, but inositol and L-Rhammose were not used. 5. We observed that these inhibitors were stable in neutral pH, but it were unstable in strong acid or alkali.

The authors have tried to make a potato commeal Tween 80 medium containing caffeic acid(PDCC) more convenient for routine mycological laboratory study than Sabouraud dextrose agar. Five species were culture on PDCC at 25 0C and 37 oC. Gross and microscopic fmdings of their colonies were examined. The colonial morphology and microscopic appearance were compared with those of the same strains on caffeic acid agar(CAA). Cηptococcus neoformans Which is a medically important and whose colony showed brown to purple brown on PDCC medium was distinguishable not only from buff colored C. laurentii after one week incubation but also from Candida spp. Candida albicans also formed chlamydospores and pseudohyphae on PDCC. Trichophyton mentagrophytes showed yellow- brown pigmentation which were rapid and darker in the center with gradual fading to the periphery. π1e macroconidia grape-like clusters of microconidia and spiral hyphae were better on PDCC. π1e gross morphology of Microsporum canis, Epidermophyton floccosum were similar on PDCC, CAA but macroconidia were seen more typically on PDCC.

Malignant tumors depart from the parent tissue morphologically and functionally, and revealed anaplasia or cellular atypia on histological observation. Cytologic evidence of anaplasia includes variation in the size and shape of cells and nuclei(pleomorphism), enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei with coarsely clumped chromatin and prominent nucleoli, atypical mitoses, and bizarre cells, including tumor giant cells. The distinction between benign and malignant tumor and accurate diagnosis of cancer are, from a practical point of view, the most important diagnostic challenge faced by the pathologist. Histologic and cytologic diagnosis are most useful methods in diagnosis of malignant tumors. In most cases, proper biopsy site, prompt fixation, careful processing and conservative interpretation are required before and accurate diagnosis is secure. Also diagnostic skill and experience of the pathologist are requisited for correct diagnosis. Electron microscopy has proved of significant value in the diagnosis of poorly differentiated tumors, which classification is difficult by routine light microscopy. In metastatic disease that was not preceded by a clinically diagnosed primary tumor, the site of origin is often not readily apparent from the morphologic characteristics of the tumor. In such cases electron microscopic examination and the demonstration of a specific tumor marker may establish the correct diagnosis. Recently several newly developed special diagnostic methods, using biopsy sample such as histochemistry, in situ hybridization, flow cytometry and image analysis are applied in tumor diagnosis and clarify the pathogenetic mechanism of cancers.

본 논문은 기술마케팅을 위한 홍보를 목적으로 ICT 시대의 흐름에 맞추어 PC, 타블렛, 노트북, 스마트폰에서도 연동이 가능한 On-In-One 웹 솔루션 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 ICT 기반의 웹 솔루션의 특징은 3D 디스플레이 슬라이드 쇼타입의 디자인으로 구현되는 3D 배열 형식의 이미지 뷰어 시스템으로서 PC, 타블렛, 노트북, 스마트폰에서 각각의 이미지마다 필요한 ICT 기반의 채널 연동방식을 이용하여 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 개발된 이미지 뷰어 시스템이다. 이것은 각종 홍보, 비즈니스, 교육 등의 다양한 분야에서 전문적인 프로그램에 대한 지식이 없어도 누구나 쉽게 활용할 수 있게 개발된 3D 포토뷰어 PR 솔루션이다. This paper aims to develop the One-In-One web solutions that can work in PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone depending on the flow of the ICT times to promote the marketing of the technology. The characteristics of this web solutions can be used to a image viewer system of 3D array type for PC, tablet, notebook, and smart phone. It is implemented in the design of 3D display slide show type. And it is developed an image viewer system, which enables users to use by utilizing the links manner ICT base required by each channel of the image. This is the 3D photo viewer PR solution developed in the way that anyone can use easily without the knowledge of programming in various areas such as public relations, business, and education.
