레이저 다이오드를 이용한 고형암 치료를 위한 간질성 광역학 치료법 개발

암치료에 사용되고 있는 광역학 치료는 환자에게 광민감제를 투여하고 다이오드 레이저(630 nm)를 조사하여 생성되는 단일상태 산소와 자유 라디칼에 의해 암조직을 괴사시키는 치료방법이다. 현재 광역학 치료의 문제점은 부피가 큰 종양이나 고형암에서는 빛이 종양전체를 투과할 수 없으므로 광역학 치료의 효과가 떨어지는 것이다. 따라서 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 간질성 광역학 치료법을 개발하고자 한다. 생체조직내의 정확한 광선량 측정이 간질성광역학치료의 효과에 매우 중요한 영향을 주므로, 실험 연구에 사용된 계수는 실제 생체조직의 광학 계수이다. 생체조직 대부분은 가시광선영역에서 큰 산란계수를 가지며, 투과 깊이에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 가시영역에서의 인체조직의 투과깊이는 약 $15\~20mm$이었다. 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션(Monte Carlo simulation)을 이용하여 생체조직내의 광전파, 광선량, 에너지율, 투과깊이를 잘 측정할 수 있음을 알았다. 그리고 이 시뮬레이션 결과를 가지고 고형암에 간질성 광역학 치료를 하여 치료효과를 확인하였다. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is one of the expectable current cure operation methods. Tumor tissue is treated by abundant oxygen in a body and generated singlet or free radical from exterior laser diode and photosensitizer. Current problem of PDT is the low penetration power of the light beam in a deep seated large tumor and solid tumor thus results in low treatment outcome. In the study, we tried to develop interstitial photodynamics therapy treatment to solve this problem. As the accurate determination of light dosimetry in biological tissue is one of the most important factors affecting the effectiveness of PDT, parameters used in this study are the optical property of biological tissue. Since biological tissues have large scattering coefficient to visible light the penetration depth of a biological tissue in visible light region is only $15\~20$ mm. We showed that it is possible to measure fluence rate and penetration depth within the biological tissues by Monte Carlo simulation very well. Based on the MC simulation study, the effectiveness of interstitial photodynamic therapy on tumor control in solid tumor was proved through in vivo animal experiment.
SPI 신뢰성 확보를 위한 SPICE 기반 6시그마 적용 사례 연구

The international SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) Project ISO/IEC 15504(SPICE : Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) is an emerging International Standard on SPA(Software Process Assessment). A prime motivation for developing this standard has been the perceived need for an internationally recognized software process assessment framework that pulls together the existing public and proprietary models and methods. A SPICE assessment can be considered as one of representative SPA model since assessors assign ratings to indicators and metrics to measure the capability of software process. But this models doesn't provide a systematic measurement procedures and dynamic method for SPI(Software Process Improvement). Through the evaluation of SPICE is capable of providing a substantiated basis for using the notion of capability, as well as providing information for nacessary improvements to the standard using 6sigma process. As a result, this paper propose a measurement procedure and guidelines for application of 6sigma process to guarantee the reliability in SPI and suggest the structure to support SPI on overall organization.

High quality of purified alginate and fucoidan is required for the medical uses to prevent the unexpected side effects from the contaminated endotoxin present in the materials. We attempted to establish an efficient and fast mass scale production method for the highly purified poly-G alginate from the sea weeds. In addition, lab scale method was established to obtain the fraction of higher purity from the commercially available fucoidan source (about 85% purity).
공정성과 프라이버시 계산의 관계가 정보제공의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study suggests a research model based on privacy calculus theory to clarify antecedents that influence the intention to disclose personal information of LBS users. Privacy calculus theory is based on the risk-benefit tradeoff analysis in the economics’ perspective. That is, people are willing to disclose personal information when benefit in return for personal information is higher than risk. This study extends the privacy calculus model to explore the role of justice constructs. It attempts to clarify the relations of justice and privacy calculus, and also clarify the moderating effect of threat assessment in the relations between justice and privacy risk. According to the result of empirical analysis, it was founded that all relations in the research model were statistically significant. The distributive justice had a significant explanatory power to privacy benefit and also procedural justice and interactional justice had it to privacy risk. And it showed that the effects of procedural justice and interactional justice on privacy risk were moderated by threat assessment.
전자상거래에서 정보 프라이버시 염려를 유발하는 원인과 보호반응에 관한 연구: 주인-대리인 이론을 중심으로

Under the premise that information privacy concerns can atrophy e-commerce by causing particular behaviors of Internet users, this study focused on exploring the causes of information privacy concerns, the related information privacy protective responses of Internet users, and measures for alleviating the information privacy concerns. This study is based on the ``principal-agent theory,`` and established the following as factors that cause information privacy concerns of Internet users: perceived information non-transparency; perceived action uncertainty. Also, the information privacy concerns caused by the factors were established as the cause of information privacy protective responses of Internet users. Also, the concept of ``signaling`` and ``incentive,`` which were presented to solve the adverse selection and moral hazard issue in the host-agent theory, was introduced to establish the following as factors that alleviate information privacy concerns: trust; informativeness. Those factors were included in the research model to conduct an empirical analysis. The analysis has revealed that both the perceived information non-transparency (p<0.01) and perceived action uncertainty (p<0.01) as to websites had a significant impact on information privacy concerns. Also, information privacy concerns of Internet users (p<0.01) had a significant impact on their information privacy protective responses who strive to protect their personal information. In addition, when trust and informativeness, which were established as factors that can alleviate information privacy concerns, were empirically analyzed, trust and informativeness had the effect of alleviating information privacy concerns. Based on the findings, the following was confirmed: Boosting the trust of Internet users in websites and offering useful information related to personal data can play a key role in alleviating the information privacy concerns of Internet users.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the efficiency change and its determinants of the regional public hospitals. We utilize 34 regional public hospital`s panel data for 6 years from 2003 to 2008. We use DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)-CCR, BCC model, DEA/Window model, and DEA Profiling. The empirical results show the following findings. First, technical efficiency shows that approximately 3.6% of inefficiency exists on the regional public hospitals and it reveals that the cause for technical inefficiency is due to scale inefficiency. Second, DEA/Window results show that the stable dissimilarity by standard deviation, LDP of CCR. Third, the results of partial efficiency by DEA Profiling show that increase efficiency depends on the number of beds, doctors, and nurses.

This study is concerned with static and sinusoidal disturbance rejection for a single periodic input disturbance with known period. In the area of active elimination of a disturbance force, the control input should have two different kinds of gains: one is to deliver a stable control and the other is a force component to cancel the external disturbance force. In this paper we employ a simple state feedback control law to make the balance beam stable and employ a linear observer to estimate the states which represent the external disturbance force components. Simulation results verify our proposed control method to reject a static and sinusoidal disturbance force.
