        철근 이음조정률의 개선을 위한 설계견적 수량과 현장시공 정산 수량의 비교분석 연구

        LH has been using ultra high strength reinforcing bars (SD500 and SD600), since 2011. Such a change requires an adjustment of the old extra rates of bar splice to reflect use of ultra high strength reinforcing bars, as these rates had been set based on SD400 bars. It is particularly difficult to calculate precisely rebar lap-splice locations for large areas, such as those in apartment buildings. This research aims to adjust the extra rates of bar splice to reflect a reasonable rate; the rebar lap-splice length is not an exact estimation, but instead, an extra rates of bar splice is set and the rebar lap-splice length is increased by 2% (D 10) - 7% (025) depending on the bar size. The subjects of this study are LH apartments undergoing frame construction. We studied the quantity estimations from the design drawings, and analyzed the settlement quantities of construction field. The results of the study revealed that, when each of the quantities are analyzed, consider adjusting the extra rates of bar splice of some rebar to 1% - 3.5%. This was caused by an overuse of reinforcing bars in onsite construction and the use of supporting bars that have not been reflected in the documents, among other reasons. Based on the results of our study, an improvement plan for the current extra rates of bar splice seems to be necessary, cutting or raising the rate depending on the analysis of the data. Through this study, we expect to contribute to the calculation of reasonable construction costs, improvements in the quality of rebar work, and improvements in the capacity of design techniques for apartment buildings.

        공공구매시장의 서비스품질이 기업의 장기지향성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 공공구매시장에서 공공기관과 기업 간 관계에서 공공시장의 서비스품질이 신뢰 와 고객가치를 매개하여 장기지향성에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 것과 관료주의와 시장변동성 의 조절효과를 밝히는 것이다. 공공구매(B2G)에 참여한 경험이 있는 기업을 대상으로 공공구매(B2G)시장의 서비스 품질을 측정 활용하였고, 서비스품질은 지각된 고객가치와 신뢰에 유의미한 영향을 나타냈고, 신뢰와 지각된 고객가치는 장기지향성에 정(+)의 관계 가 나타났다. 조절효과로 관료주의와 시장변동성은 부(-)의 조절효과가 나타났다. 공공 기관의 관료주의는 기업의 장기지향성에 영향이 있으며, 시장변동성이 높을수록 장기지 향성이 감소하는 것으로 나타나 기업은 변동성이 높을수록 다양한 판로 개척을 위한 노력 을 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 전자구매시장의 기능강화 와 활용도를 높이기 위한 방안으 로 공공구매 서비스의 품질요인과 조절요인에 대한 연구와 시사점을 도출한 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of public service quality on public service and long-term orientation through mediation of customer value and trust, and to investigate the effect of controlling bureaucracy and market turbulence. The service quality of the public purchasing market was measured by the employees of companies with experience in public purchasing. Service quality had a significant effect on perceived customer value and trust, And trust were positively related to long-term orientation. The moderating effects are regulatory effects of bureaucracy and market turbulence. The bureaucracy of the public institution affects the long-term direction of the firm, and as the market turbulence increases, the long-term direction decreases. As the turbulence of the firm increases. The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality factors and control factors of public purchasing services and to suggest implications for the enhancement and utilization of e-procurement system.

        동물보호법과 지방자치단체의 동물보호 조례에 관한 소고

        It has been 30 years since the Animal Protection Act, Korea's first single law for animal protection, was enacted in 1991. This law is significant in that it goes one step further, preventing animal abuse and making animals an object of protection and safety, from being objects of simple use and management. In addition to the state, the Animal Protection Act regulates the affairs of local governments such as city/provincial governors, mayors, county governors, and district heads, as well as affairs delegated by ordinance. Since the proportion of local government affairs is relatively higher than that of the nation, it can be said to be a local law. The importance of existing ordinances goes without saying. This article examines the problems and improvement measures in the Animal Protection Act and local government ordinances pursuant to its mandate. The parts reviewed by type of problem are, first, that the contents of the Animal Protection Act are repeated and re-defined in the ordinance, second, matters to be determined by local government rules are stipulated in excessive detail by ordinance, and third, the Animal Protection Act stipulates agriculture and forestry in too much detail. What is determined by the authority of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Food or the head of a city/county/district is specified from the perspective of the mayor or provincial governor. Fourth, it is stipulated that the mayor or provincial governor may again announce what is stipulated in the Animal Protection Act as a city/provincial ordinance. That there is. As a way to improve this, first, the parts that should be stipulated in the delegation ordinance should be clearly defined first and foremost. Second, local governments must limit the scope to matters related to the enforcement of the Animal Protection Act. Third, it should be avoided to enact the same contents regarding city/provincial animal protection ordinances and the relevant city/county/district animal protection ordinances. Fourth, since national affairs related to companion animals need to be transferred to local government affairs, the affairs related to pet behavior instructor testing were used as an example. Lastly, it was proposed to revise Article 28 of the Local Autonomy Act to guarantee the autonomy of local governments.

        단경간 슬래브 중앙 소형박스(개구부)주변의 건조수축 거동 조사 연구

        아파트의 슬래브에는 전기등박스 매입을 위한 소형 박스 개구부가 존재한다. 이 박스 개구부 주변에는 건조수축으로 인한 균열을 방지하기 위하여 일부에서는 용접철망이나 플라스틱 링 등으로 보강한 상세를 적용하고 있다. 이러한 보강의 타당성을 검토하고 경제적인 대안을 모색하기 위하여 여러 가지 대안으로 보강을 한 슬래브 전기박스 주변의 건조 수축량을 측정하여 분석하였다. 등박스 주변의 보강방법 대안은 기존에 여러 건설사에서 사용되고 있는 용접철망보강안과 플라스틱링 보강안 및 보강을 하지 않은 무보강안 3가지로 하여 비교 분석하였다. 여기서 대상으로 한 아파트는 전용면적 $59m^2$ 이하의 소형평형을 대상으로 하였고 거실 등의 슬래브 하부에 전등박스 주변에 신축량 측정용 팁을 부착하고 컨텍게이지로 신축량을 측정하여 분석하였다. 측정 결과 3가지 대안들에서 상호간의 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았고 전반적인 변형량은 $-264{\mu}{\varepsilon}{\sim}+216{\mu}{\varepsilon}$의 범위에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 측정한 변형량의 추이는 거푸집 탈형일 기준치에서 3~5주까지는 조금씩 증가(+)하다가 그 이후 감소하여 수축(-)하는 경향을 띠고 있으며, 한두번의 측정을 제외하고는 변형률이 $+120{\mu}{\varepsilon}$ 이내의 범위에 있는 것으로 나타내고 있어, 콘크리트의 인장 균열 발생 가능성이 매우 거의 없었다. There are small box opening for inserting of electric lamp box in the slab of apartment. Around this box opening, we normally use the detailing of WWF or plastic ring strengthening to protect cracks induced by shrinkage. The shrinkage amount of slab box around was measured and analysed in order to consider validity of these strengthening methods and to find out economical alternative. Alternative of strengthening methods are normally used strengthening methods in construction companies, which are WWF strengthening, plastic ring strengthening and no strengthening methods. The shrinkage amount was measured using contact guage at the spot of tip attached around the box on slab of small area unit apartment which have small exclusive area below $59m^2$. Measured data shows that there are no big differences between all the 3 strengthening methods and Measure data range is $-264{\mu}{\varepsilon}{\sim}+216{\mu}{\varepsilon}$. Measured shrinkage is on trend slightly increase till 3~5weeks after removal of forms and then decrease. But amount of shrinkage are very low for all the slabs and there are no probabilities of concrete crack by shrinkage.

        Biomechanical Comparison of Soft Tissue Reconstructions in the Treatment of Medial Patellar Luxation in Dogs

        The present study aimed to document the biomechanical findings of soft tissue reconstruction surgeries for the treatment of medial patellar luxation in dogs. Stifle joints (n = 12) from dogs weighing 4.1-8.4 kg were used in this study. The following soft tissue reconstruction techniques used for the treatment of medial patellar luxation were selected for this study: vastus medialis release, medial retinacular release, and capsule release for medial realignment (n = 6), and retinacular imbrication and anti-rotational suture for lateral realignment (n = 6). A 5-kg traction using an electronic scale was applied at 45o laterally for medial realignment and medially for lateral realignment. Fluoroscopic imaging was used to measure the length of patellar displacement (LPD) in each technique. Among medial realignment techniques, capsule release had the highest horizontal LPD; vastus medialis release had significantly higher horizontal LPD than medial retinacular release. Vastus medialis release had the smallest increase statistically in vertical LPD, and vertical LPD did not differ significantly between medial retinacular and capsule release. Among lateral realignment techniques, the horizontal LPD was significantly higher in anti-rotational suture with retinacular imbrication than in retinacular imbrication alone, but the vertical LPD did not differ significantly between the two groups. Our findings indicated that vastus medialis release could decrease the medial tension on the patella without inducing patellar instability in dogs. Both medial retinacular and capsule release could increase patellar instability; moreover, medial retinacular release does not decrease the medial tension on the patella. Antirotational suture with retinacular imbrication provides more lateral tension than retinacular imbrication alone.
