        병원 아웃소싱 근로자의 QWL과 이직의도에 관한 분석 - 이중몰입의 조절효과를 중심으로 -

        [purpose] This study was conducted to identify how a hospital's outsourcing workers' QWL influences Turnover Intention and to determine Dual Commitment cause any discrepancies in regards to the link between QWL and Turnover Intention. [Methodology/Approach] The study is based on 254 survey sheets answered by outsourcing employees working at general hospitals with more than 300 beds in Seoul and the methods of analysis used are as follows: reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regressions analysis. [Findings] The study results First, analyzing how different types of QWL (individual, organizational, managemental) influence Turnover Intention, R2 turned out to be 30.7% and organizational factors and managemental factors show a statistically significant difference. In addition, organizational and managemental factors have negative effects on Turnover Intention while that of organization factors has a bigger influence. Second, verifying regulation effects of Dual Commitment in regards to the link between QWL and Turnover Intention, it is learned that Dual Commitment (hiring firm) has no regulation effects on the link. However, it does have a regulation effect on the link between QWL (managemental) and Turnover Intention. Moreover, after verifying regulation effects of Dual Commitment (client's firm), it is learned that it has regulation effect on the link between QWL (organizational and managemental) and Trunover Intention. [Practical Implications] In conclusion, lower Turnover Intention, it is necessary to impose tasks that suit the employees' competence and to encourage efficiency throughout clear communications and accurate directions.

        영지식 증명을 활용한 복원 기능을 가진 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록

        최근 개인 건강기록의 활용이 증가함에 따라, 개인 건강기록의 개인정보를 보호하는 암호 프로토콜에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 현재 일반적으로 개인 건강기록은 암호화되어 클라우드에 외부 위탁되어 관리되고 있다. 하지만 이 방법은 개인 건강기록의 무결성을 검증하는데 제한적이며, 사용시 필수적으로 복호화가 필요하기 때문에 데이터 가용성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 Redactable 서명기법과 영지식 증명을 사용하여 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리기법을 제안한다. 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리기법은 Redactable 서명기법을 사용함으로써 민감한 정보를 삭제하여 사생활(privacy)을 보존하면서 원본문서의 무결성 검증이 가능하며, 영지식 증명을 사용함으로써 원본문서의 삭제된 부분 외에는 삭제 및 수정되지 않았음을 검증 할 수 있다. 또한 Redact Recovery Authority를 통해 필요한 경우에만 삭제된 부분을 복원할 수 있도록 설계함으로써 기존의 관리기법보다 데이터의 가용성이 증가하도록 설계하였다. 그리고 제안한 기법을 활용한 검증 가능한 클라우드 기반의 개인 건강기록 관리모델을 제안하고, 제안한 기법을 구현함으로써 효율성을 분석하였다. As the utilize of personal health records increases in recent years, research on cryptographic protocol for protecting personal information of personal health records has been actively conducted. Currently, personal health records are commonly encrypted and outsourced to the cloud. However, this method is limited in verifying the integrity of personal health records, and there is a problem with poor data availability because it is essential to use it in decryption. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a verifiable cloud-based personal health record management scheme using Redactable signature scheme and zero-knowledge proof. Verifiable cloud-based personal health record management scheme can be used to verify the integrity of the original document while preserving privacy by deleting sensitive information by using Redactable signature scheme, and to verify that the redacted document has not been deleted or modified except for the deleted part of the original document by using the zero-knowledge proof. In addition, it is designed to increase the availability of data than the existing management schemes by designing to recover deleted parts only when necessary through the Redact Recovery Authority. And we propose a verifiable cloud-based personal health record management model using the proposed scheme, and analysed its efficiency by implementing the proposed scheme.

        한방 기공체조가 심박변이율에 끼치는 영향 - 노인 여성을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Doin Gigong Exercise program on HRV in elderly women. This study was one group in a pre-test / post-test desgian with repeated measures. The experimental group of 27 patients were selected through sampling from H-public health center in the P-city. The subjects received Doin Gigong Exercise twice a week for 50 minutes for 12 weeks. All of the subjects were examined on the congnition assessment tool. Prior and post surveys were measured before and after the experiment. Among the stress assessment, RRV tachogram's 'mean RR' was very significantly increased after Qigong Exercise(p<0.01), and the 'mean HRV' was significantly decreased after Qigong Exercise(p<0.05). But the SDNN was not significantly increased after Qigong Exercise. And TP(RRV power's total power) was significantly increased after Qigong Exercise(p<0.01). VLF and HF was significantly increased, and LF was significantly decreased after Qigong Exercise(p<0.05). In the RRV's Phase Plot, RMSSD and SDSD were significantly increased after Qigong Exercise(0.05). As mentioned above; the oriental medicine Qigong Exercise program was identified the effects of the heart rate and anti-stress.

        나노세공 분자체를 이용한 천연가스 연료로부터 황 화합물의 선택적 흡착

        천연가스로부터 유기 황 화합물인 TIIT 와 TBM의 제거를 위한 적합한 흡착제의 선정이 수행되었다. 황 화합물에 대한 포화 흡착량은 Na-Y, Na-ZSM-5, Na,K-ET(A)S-10, Na-모더나이트, Na,K-클리놉틸올라이트, Ti/MCM-41, Ti/SBA-15이 포함되어진 나노세공 물질 및 무정형 티타노실리케이트에 대하여 펄스 흡착 방법에 의해 측정되었다. 측정되어진 물질들 중 Na-Y 와 Na,K-ET(A)S-10 제올라이트에서 THT 와 TBM에 높은 흡착 용량을 보였다. Na,K-ET(A)S-10에서의 THT에 대한 포화 흡착량은 효율적인 흡착제로 잘 알려진 Na-Y 제올라이트와 비슷하였다. Na,K-ET(A)S-10에서의 THT 와 TBM의 흡착량과 흡착능은 Na,K-ET(A)S-10의 결정성이 좋을수록 증가하였다. 모사되어진 천연가스를 이용한 파과 형가로부터 THT 와 TBM 사이의 경쟁적 흡착에 관한 연구에서 Na,K-ET(A)S-10은 THT에 선택적으로 흡착하는 것으로 나타났다. Na,K-ET(A)S-10의 THT에 대한 파과 용량은 1.19 m㏖/g 이었다. 이러한 결과들은 Na,K-ETS-10 과 Na,K-ETAS-10의 높은 흡착 성능이 제올라이트 구조의 넓은 기공 성질과 유기 황 화합물과의 강한 정전기적 상호작용을 지닌 제올라이트 구조 속의 높게 교환되어진 양이온에 기인하는 것으로 보인진다. The selection of a suitable adsorbent for removing organic sulfur compounds tetrahydrothiophene (THT) and t-butylrnercaptan (TBM) from natural gas has been carried out. The saturation adsorption capacity for the sulfur compounds were determined by pulse adsorption method for a group of nanoporous materials, including Na-Y, Na-ZSM-5, Na,K-ET(A)S-10, Na-Mordenite, Na,K-Clinoptilolite, Ti/MCM-41, Ti/SBA-15 and amorphous titanosilicates. Among the materials tested, Na-Y and Na,K-ET(A)S-10 zeolites showed high adsorptive capacities for THT and TBM. The saturation capacity for THT on Na,K-ETS-10 was comparable with that on Na-Y zeolite, which is well known as an effective adsorbent. The capacity and adsorptivity for THT and TBM on Na,K-ETAS-10 were improved by an increase in crystallinity of Na,K-ETAS-10. An investigation of the competitive adsorption between THT and TBM from the breakthrough test using a simulated natural gas indicates that Na,K-ETS-10 selectively adsorbs THT. The breakthrough capacity for THT on Na,K-ETS-10 was 1.19 m㏖/g. The results show that the high adsorption performance of Na.K-ETS-10 and Na,K-ETAS-10 is due to the highly exchanged cations in the zeolitic structure which exhibit the strong electrostatic interactions with organic sulfur compounds and their wide pore nature.

        관골골절에 있어 관상피판 접근법시 혈액학적 변화에 대한 연구

        Background : The coronal incision is versatile surgical approach to upper and middle region of the facial skeletal including the zygomatic arch. The advantages of coronal approach are minimal injury of facial tissue including facial nerve and satisfactory cosmetic result by hidden scar at hair. But wide exposure of scalp, its disadvantages are operation time and massive blood loss. Methods : Thirty patients undergoing elective surgery were divided 3 groups. Group I used only coronal approach, group II used coronal with subciliary approach and group III used coronal with subciliary and intraoral approach. And then retrospected of the preoperative, postoperative red blood cell count, hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit, transfused red blood cell units and platelet cell units, and the amount of infused crystalloids and colloids, and postoperative hemovac count was estimated. Results: 1. Red blood cell count were decreased in all groups at immediated postoperation and decreased in all group of postoperative first day and decreased in group I, II but increased group III of postoperative third day. 2. Hemoglobin and hematocrit were decreased in all group at immediated postoperation and decreased in all group of postoperative first day and decreased in group I, II., but increased group III postoperative third day. 3. Platelet was decreased in all group at immediated postoperation, and decreased in group II, III but increased in group I of postoperative first day and decreased in group I but increased group II, III of postoperative third day. 4. Mean postoperative hemovac mean drainage group I of first day is $48.63{\pm}21.12ml$ and second day is $23.92{\pm}19.53ml$ and third day is $7.82{\pm}5.32ml$ and group II of first day $60.45{\pm}22.65ml$ and second day is $22.14{\pm}13.21ml$ and third day is $7.32{\pm}6.25ml$. III group of first day $58.16{\pm}10.13ml$ and second day is $21.27{\pm}11.72ml$ and third day is $7.13{\pm}4.90ml$. 5. Infusion of group I is mean PRC $1.08{\pm}0.91$ pint, FFP $1.03{\pm}0.75$ pint, crystalloid $2562.23{\pm}1345.53ml$ and group II is mean PRC $1.05{\pm}0.89$ pint, FFP $1.71{\pm}0.78$, crystalloid $2650.47{\pm}1096.36ml$ and group III is mean PRC $1.79{\pm}1.45$ pint, crystalloid $3295.43{\pm}1472.432ml$.

      • Pulse Width Modulation Circuits Using CMOS OTAs

        본 논문은 CMOS OTA를 이용한 3 개의 PWM 변조기를 제안한다. 이들은 램프 적분기와 전류로 임계전압은 조정할 수 있는 슈미트 트리거로 구성되었다. 개별 소자를 사용해 만든 원형회로는 제안된 PWM 회로들의 시비율이 선형적으로 제어될 수 있음을 보여준다. 제안된 변조기들은 구조가 간단하기 때문에 모노리식 IC로 쉽게 제작할 수 있다. This paper presents three PWM modulators using CMOS OTAs. They consist of a ramp integrator and current-tunable Schmitt triggers. Prototype circuits built using discrete components exhibited that their duty cycles are linearly controllable. The proposed modulators can be easily fabricated in a monolithic IC, because they have a simple structure.

        학생의 학교 참여의 교육적 효과 분석

        이 연구는 민주시민교육과 관련해서 최근 주목을 받고 있는 ‘학생의 학교 참여’ 활동이 학생의 정의적・인지적 발달에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 ‘한국교육종단 2013’ 자료를 분석하였으며, 학생의 학교 참여 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 선택편의 문제를 해결하기 위해 경향점수매칭(PSM) 방법을 사용하였다. 그리고 관찰 불가능한 학교의 고정효과를 통제하기 위해 최소자승가변수(LSDV) 모형을 적용하였다. 분석결과, ‘학생의 학교 참여’는 학생의 의사소통역량, 민주시민의식, 정치참여의사 등과 같은 비인지적 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 진로성숙도나 학업성취도와 관련해서는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하거나 영향을 미친다 하더라도 상당히 제한적인 수준에 그치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 ‘학생 자치활동 참여’가 학생의 ‘정의적 역량 발달’에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있음을 지적한 선행연구의 주장을 뒷받침하며, ‘참여 민주주의 이론’에서 지적하고 있는 ‘참여’의 교육적 기능이 실제로 존재함을 확인시켜주었다. 이상의 논의 결과를 토대로 학생의 의견 개진 여건 개선, 학생의 학교 운영 참여 확대, 수업에서의 학생 참여 기회 보장 등과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. In South Korea, student participation in school has been receiving great attention in relation to achieving democratic citizenship education. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effect of student participation in school on educational outcomes including students" awareness of democratic citizenship, students" willingness in political participation, communication competency and career maturity. To this end, this study conducted a propensity score matching method to alleviate the problem of selection bias in the process of participation. In addition, the Least Squares Dummy Variables model was utilized to control the unobserved time-invariant school fixed effect. As the results of the analysis, we found that student participation in school had positive effects on students" democratic citizenship, communication competency, and willingness in political participation. However, no significant impact was found on students" perception of career maturity. Regarding the educational function of participation explained by participatory democracy theorists, these results indicated that student participation in school had the empirically-proved educational function to improve students" non-cognitive achievement. Based on these results, we derived policy implications for democratic citizenship education. Most of all, it is imperative to ensure requisite conditions for students to express their opinions and to expand participation opportunities into school management. Furthermore, it is required to facilitate student participation in classroom so as to enhance students" reflexivity and interaction.

      • 광방사에 의한 채색지의 새로운 내광성 평가 방법

        광방사에너지에 의해 염료나 안료의 밀도가 감소하며, 밀도 변화는 색변화를 초래한다. 이 연구에서는 방사에너지에 의한 염료밀도의 변화와, 밀도변화에 따른 색변화에 대한 가정을 이용하여 방사에너지에 의한 색변화를 예측할 수 있는 관계식을 만들었다. 또한 실험을 통하여 식중의 손상계수를 산출하였다. 이 식과 계수와 적절성을 검증하기 위하여 시료들을 일반 광원을 변색시키면서 그 변색의 크기를 측정하고 계산치와 비교한 결과, 대부분의 시료에서 일치하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 가시 방사대에서 분광 손상계수는 분광 흡수율과 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Density of a dye or pigment teduces by radiant energym and dinsity change induces color change. In this paper, we habe worked out an equation to predict the color change by the radiant energy under the assumption of colorant density changing pattern by radiant energy and the color changing pattern by colorant density chane. And the damaging factors in the equation was established by experiments. To evaluate the efectiveness of the equation and the method, several samples were irradiated by common light source and color change was measured. Good coincidence between the ceasured and the calculated color change was found. And it was also found that there is a close relationhaip between the spectral damaging factor and the spectral absorptance in visible wavelength range.
