        The purpose of this study is to investigate the fatigue-degree which appears after performance of exercise. For the experiment, I took urine from six students gefore and after their physical exercise. The six students (three athletes and three non-athletes) are sophomore of Jeonbug National University. I made use of Donaggio-O ci Reaction method for this experiment. The results through the statistical analysis of materials are as follows: 1. Before exercise fatigue-degree is normal in both sides of atheletes and non-athletes, but after exercise the fatigue-degree of non-athletes shows much higher than that of athletes throughout the events. Especially in the cases of 2,000m dis. run and football. the results of experiment show significant differences. 2. Through the preliminary experiments, proteinuria isn't found in both sides of athletes and non-athletes before exercise. However after exercise the trace of proteinuria appears mainly in the case of non-athletes. 3. It is shown that according tb the intensity of exercise, fatigue-degree of athletes and non-athletes increases in the order of volleyball, basketball, football and 2,000m dis. run. 4. Fatigue-degree of athletes shwws low in thier major events.

      • 最大酸素攝取量과 體脂肪量이 體力에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of VO_2 Max and Total Body Fat on Physical Fitness. The subjects of this investigation consisted of 45 athletes (15 Track and Field players, 15 basketball players, and 15 Judo players), who were in Chonbuk province. After analyzing in this group the correlation of VO_2 Max with Physical Fitness Total Body Fat with Physical Fitness and comparing VO_2 Max and Total Body with Physical Fitness according to athletic sports, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Between VO_2 Max and Physical Fitness, only 1000m-run(r=.33) showed a little coefficient, and on the othes hand, 100m-run(r=.03), Standing-long-jump(r=.05), Pull-up(r=.06) and Sit-up(r=.01) Showed very little coefficient, but only 1000m-run showed significant difference(P<0.05). 2. The coeficient between VO_2 Max and Physical Fitness was in such an order from high as 1000m-run, Pull-up, Standing-long-jump, 100m-run and Sit-up. 3. In the correlation of Total Body Fat. With Physical Fitness, 1000m-run(r=.66) showed outstanding coefficent : Sit-up(r=.30) and Standing-long-jump(r=.26) low coefficient : 100m-run(r=.09) and Pull-up(r=.08) very little coefficient : and only 1000m-run(P<0.01) and Sit-up(P<0.05) showed significant difference. 4. The coefficient between Total Body Fat and Physical Fitness was in such an order as 1000m-run, Sit-up, Standing-long-jump, 100m-run, and Pull-up. 5. VO_2 Max of athletice was in such an order as Track and Field, Judo, and Basketball : in Total Body Fat, the order was Judo, Basketball, and Track and Field. 6. In the athletic groups, therefore, it can be said that Total Body Fat has more influence on Physical Fitness than VO_2 Max.

      • 女子排球選手들의 生理週期에 따른 競技力의 變化

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the different phase of menstrual cycle on skill performance of woman's volleyball players. To achieve this purpose, 25 women's volleyball players of 165 in 10 woman's volleyball teams of Korea were selected as subjects. All data acquired from subjects at the event were computed. The result through statistical analysis for these data were as follows : 1. The result through discriminant analysis to search skill performance of women's volleyball players was deduced a formula as follows : Skill performance = (1.10×Team spike charge PCT)+(0.24×Team blocking charge PCT)+(0.08×Team receive charge PCT)+(0.17×Serve ace PCT)+(-0.32×Total errors). 2. In team spike charge PCT, team blocking charge PCT and skill performance, there were appeared significant differences throughout the phase of menstrual cycle(P<0.01). 3. Skill performance throughout the phase of menstrual cycle was appeared to the sequence of the next of follicular phase, the first of follicular phase, the next of menstrual phase, the first of luteal phase, the first of menstrual phase, and the next of luteal phase. 4. In menstruation, state anxiety and trait anxiety, there were no appeared correlation(P<0.05). 5. The result through regression analysis to predict changeable patterns of skill performance and skill factors of woman's volleyball players were deduced quadratic equations as follows : Team spike charge PCT = 12.29 - 1.22x - 0.05x^2 Team blocking charge PCT = 1.22 + 3.22x - 0.11x^2 Skill performance = 14.47 + 2.10x - 0.08x^2

      • 생약 배합에 따른 탈모 방지 및 발모 촉진에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서 생약 추출물을 이용한 탈모 방지 및 발모 촉진에 대한 효과를 검증하고자 Norwood's V형 1명, Ⅵ형 1명, Ⅶ형 2명의 성인 남자 4명과 Ludwig's Ⅱ형의 여자 2명 모두 6명을 대상으로 8개월간 생약 도포와 복용을 동시에 실시하여 두피 변화와 발모 효과에 관찰하였다. 생약 추출물을 도포하고 복용한 이후, 탈모 수가 점차 줄어들고 있어 탈모 방지에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 지정한 부위의 모발 생성을 찾아 볼 수 있었다. 도포 및 복용 실험 전 피검자들의 1㎠ 당 평균 모발수는 평균 150개의 모발이 생성되고 있는 정상인의 1/3 수준에도 이르지 못하는 약 44개였으나, 생약 추출물의 도포와 복용 실험에 들어간 지 3개월 후에는 두피 1㎠ 당 평균 약 57개로, 6개월 후에는 평균 약 88개로 각각 증가하였다. 도포 및 복용 후 발모로 인해 대인관계에 자신감을 느낄 수 있었으며, 미용에 관심을 더 갖게 되는 등 피검자들이 실험에 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 현재 생약 추출물은 식품 개발과 함께 의약품, 향미료, 화장품, 염료 등 다양한 상품으로 개발되고 있듯이, 본 연구에 활용한 생약 추출물도 모근의 혈액 순환을 촉진시켜 건강한 두피 유지와 모발 생성, 미용 생체 활성 물질로 응용할 여지가 크다고 생각된다. This study was conducted to examine the effect of herb extract on hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion. Four baldheaded men and two partly baldheaded women were selected as the subjects of this study. After they took the herb medicine and sprayed the herb extractant, the change of hair and scalp condition, hair roots, the number of hairs, and thickness of hairs was examined. It appeared that the amount of hair loss decreased gradually and new thin hairs were generated after receiving the treatment. Before the treatment, the average number of hairs in 1㎠ was approximately 44, which was below one third of that of normal people who had about 150 hairs in the 1㎠. After spraying and taking the herb extract for three months, the average number of hairs increased to 57, and it increased to 88 after another three months. It gradually improved and finally maintained healthy condition. According to their response, they felt confident in personal relations due to hair generation and growth. They were also concerned about beauty more than before. More than half of them were satisfied with the treatment. As herb extracts have being developed as various products such as medicine, perfume, cosmetics, and dyes, the herb extract which was used in this study can be applied to maintenance of healthy scalp, generation of hair, and active materials for beauty.

      • 초등교사의 스포츠 활동참여와 건강관리 실태에 관한 조사 연구

        The main purpose of this study is to survey on the status of elementary school teacher's participation in sport activities and health administration. The following conclusions were drawn from research procedures and data analysis: 1. More than half of the teachers are proved to be very interested in their health care. Men teachers are very interested in their health care than women teachers. 2. General method to maintain a healthy life are as follows: rest, good nutrition, and appropriate exercise. They have plan to change the method from the static method to dynamic method. They believe exercise is good for health. 3. Most teachers think highly of the importance of a sport activity, expecting release from pressure to get revitalized, and for the development and maintenance of a healthy body. 4. Teachers usually exercise during half an hour to one hour in a day, For those teachers who do not exercise, the reasons given most frequently is unable to spare the time. 5. Teachers belive that their participation in sports produce a positive effect on the job to their health and to reduce stress. 6. The ranks of sports that men teachers could be accessible are climbing, jogging and volleyball, but wemen teachers prefer to participate in bowling, climbing, jogging. But the ranks of sports that they'd like to participate in are bowling, fencing, swimming.
