This study gives the numerous questions for the local financial structure of Korea according to analysis of the local financial structure. The local finance is most essential to the local government and it render and effects with better and sound method for local administration. As a matter of fact, the announced policy of budget which was expanded for local finance by our government during last 1960-1970 was revised in many other systems. The elementary purpose and view of this study should be dissolved in connection with provincial difference of distance in which lay on many problems in our local finance. For example, the local finance in England has been included with income from the charges, fees, rents and loans for grants in aid as Korea. Even if we have these good system, we have not been putted to practical use in our country. So, our local government depended on and rely on effective of central government finance because it had not standed with dependence-finance. And government has been made to effort to keep maintain balance between central government and local finance. The new and more complicated factors of modern government are going to tendency toward New-centralization because the local finance and several units and branches of government is being in condition of embarrassment for gaining headways despite of it still covered with fully implementation by the national tax and local tax. Finally, I would like to recommend the capital budget system and sound finance operation for the purpose to improvement of the local finance structure. In connection with above mentioned circumstance, I most respectly insist upon as follows; (1) To alleviated central government finance. (2) To cooperate the national project of the government subsidy charge. (3) To cover self-reliance of the government finance. (4) To rationalize the application of the local governmt finance.
테라헤르츠 포토닉스를 위한 공액계 비대칭 유기재료의 설계 및 이들의 상호작용

테라헤르츠(THz) 포토닉스는 0.1-15 THz의 주파수를 가지고 있는 테라헤르츠파(THz wave)를 기반으로 한다. 테라헤르츠 파는 기존의 광학 영역과 전파의 특성을 동시에 지니면서도, 높은 투과성을 지니고 있어 바이오, 의료, 환경, 소재, 반도체, 보안 등 다양한 응용 가능성을 가지고 있다. 본 발표는 테라헤르츠 광자공학의 고효율의 광대역/협대역 테라헤르츠 파 광원을 위한 유기소재의 개발에 관한 것이다. 테라헤르츠 파 광원을 위한 유기소재는 고체상태에서 높은 비대칭 분자배열이 요구되며, 이를 위하여 다이폴 모먼트 상호작용 및 수소결합의 조절을 포한한 다양한 분자간 상호작용의 조절 연구가 필요하다. 퀴놀리니움을 기반으로 하는 비대칭 유기 단결정은 높은 비선형 특성을 나타내며 기존의 무기 단결정인 ZnTe에 비하여 10배 이상 높은 테라헤르츠 발생효율을 나타내었다. 또한 본 발표에서는 광학/테라헤르츠 영역의 실험을 위한 최적화된 결정성장기법 및 결정공학 기법을 소개한다.

This study was conducted to see whether the bacteria on the surface of the egg shell are pathogenic to human. Out of 390 eggs tested, Salmonella was isolated from only 1 egg(0.3%). The most frequent bacteria isolated were Escherichia coli(55.4%), followed by Enterobacter(19.5%), Acinetobacter(13.8%), Pseudomonas(7.4%), Citrobacter(6.9%), Proteus(3.0%), Serratia(2.3%), Aeromonas(1.8%), Burkholderia(1.5%), Stenotrophomonas(1.0%), Comamonas(0.5%) in order of frequency. All isolates of Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas were resistant to penicillin.
Salmonella 균 증식에 있어서 Ox-bile 의영향

This study was performed to investigate the effect of bile on the growth of Salmonella spp., and to find out the reason for the seasonal changes of epidemics and the carrier of gallbladder in the infection of Salmonella typhi and the results were follows. 1. Salmonella typhi and Salmonella choleraesuis can remain alive in distilled water for more than 90 days, the other hand Salmonella enteritidis can survive for about 70days. 2. Salmonella spp. can persist for long periods in the stock media contained with 5% ox-bile. 3. This results suggest that the growth of Salmonella was not inhibited with ox-bile in broth and agar plate media. 4. We could not find out any relation between becoming a gallbladder carrier in Salmonella typhi infection and ox-bile. But Salmonella typhi survive longer than Salmonella choleraesuits and Salmonella enteritidis in the distilled water containing 20% oxbile.
