Investigation of the Magnetic Co Antidot Array Structure on Anodic Porous Alumina

The surface morphology and the magnetic properties of thin Co films deposited on anodic porous alumina substrates have been studied. The uniform porosity of the alumina substrate prepared by using the two-step anodization process allows the fabrication of Co films with an antidot nanostructure. Also, by varying the deposition temperature, we obtain two distinctive surface morphologies through the thermally-driven coalescence process. Careful measurements of their magnetization curves reveal that the magnetic properties, such as the coercivity and the shape of the hysteresis curve, of the Co films deposited on the porous substrates differ significantly from those of films deposited on non-porous substrates.

The purpose of this study is to analyze kindergarten teachers’ attitude toward inclusive education according to the variables into environmental support attitude, social support attitude, and academic support attitude to investigate the effect on inclusive education. This study conducted survey and analysis on 550 general early childhood teachers and early childhood special education teachers in national·public kindergarten and private kindergarten around the nation. Attitude of kindergarten teachers on inclusive education was analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and the results are as follows. Attitude of kindergarten teachers towards inclusive attitude according to their variables was closely related with their responsible class, career in inclusive education, and training experience in inclusive education. It was identified that attitude of kindergarten teachers towards inclusive education(environmental support attitude, social support attitude, academic support attitude) affected the service agency, teaching experience, career in inclusive education, and inclusive education training as a major factor because there was correlation between background variables and responsible class(general class, inclusive class special class) of kindergarten teachers. To raise attitude toward inclusive education based on the research results, it would be necessary to take responsibility for securing kindergarten teachers status at the national level and to expand teacher education and training program for inclusive education to cope with actual situations by recognizing the importance of training program of inclusive education. 본 연구는 유치원 교사의 변인에 따른 통합교육에 대한 태도를 환경적 지원 태도, 사회적 지원 태도, 학습적 지원 태도로 분석하여 통합교육에 미치는 태도를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 전국 국·공립유치원과 사립유치원을 중심으로 일반유아교사 및 유아특수교사 등 550명을 대상으로 조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 통합교육에 대한 유치원 교사의 태도 분석은 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 20.0을 적용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 유치원 교사의 변인에 따른 통합교육에 대한 태도는 담당학급, 통합교육 경력 및 통합교육 연수 등과 밀접하게 연관되어 있었다. 그리고 유치원 교사의 배경변인과 담당학급(일반학습, 통합학급, 특수학급) 간에는 상호 관련성이 있으므로, 담당학급에 따라 통합교육에 대한 태도(환경적 지원태도, 사회적 지원태도, 학습적 지원태도)가 유치원 교사의 근무기관, 교육경력, 통합교육 경력, 통합교육 연수 등에 주요 변인으로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 통합교육에 대한 태도를 높이기 위해서는 유치원 교사의 신분보장을 국가차원에서 책임져야 하고 통합교육 연수의 중요성을 인식하여 다양한 교수 경험과 실제 상황에 대처할 수 있는 교사교육 및 통합교육 연수 프로그램을 확대할 필요성을 시사하고 있다.
