      • 南部地方에서 옥수수 및 수수-수단그래스交雜種의 靑刈栽培利用計劃樹立에 關한 硏究

        In order to obtain information on the planning of soiling crop production in the southern part of Korea, a corn and a sorghum-sudangrass hybrids were planted in the College of Agriculture and Animal Science Research Farm, Yeungnam University (Gyongsan) in 1983. Observations were made for 30 days from about 1 m high in plant height of corn and sorgh-um-sudangrass hybrids to two weeks after tasseling stage of corn and early heading stage sorghum-sudangrass hybrid. Shoot fresh weight of both corn and sorghum-sudangrass hybrids showeds a sigmoid curve and it was levelled off after tasseling stage of corn or early heading stage of sorghum-sudan-grass hybrid, but shoot dry weight increased linearly as plant advanced in growth. Until tasseling stage of corn and early heading stage of sorgum-sudangrass hybrid percent dry weight was about 11% in corn and 13% in corghum-sudangrass hybrid and then it increased very rapidly. Therefore, a reciprocal accumulative curve based on dry weight seems to be more reasonable than that of fresh weight to estimate required land area for a certain size of anirals, amounts of daily dry matter intake, and period of soiling crop utilization. A seeding rate of 12 kg/10a of corn was more feasible than that of 9 kg/10a for soiling crop production.

        소아에서 촉진되는 흉벽종괴의 Multi-Detector CT 소견: 임상화보

        A wide variety of diseases manifest as palpable chest wall masses in children. These include normal variation, congenital anomalies, trauma, infection, axillary lymphadenopathies, soft tissue tumors and bone tumors. Given that most of these diseases are associated with chest wall deformity, diagnosis is difficult by physical examination or ultrasonography alone. However, multi-detector CT with three dimensional reconstruction is useful in the characterization and differential diagnosis of palpable chest wall lesions. In this article, we review the spectrum of palpable chest wall diseases and illustrate their multi-detector CT presentation. 정상변이에서부터, 선천성 병변, 외상, 감염, 액와부 림프절 종대, 연부조직 종양과 골종양 등의 다양한 질환들이 소아에서 촉지되는 흉벽종괴로 나타난다. 이들 종괴들의 상당수가 흉곽의 구조적인 변이를 동반하므로 이들 질환에서는 이학적 검사나 초음파 소견만으로는 진단이 어렵다. 따라서 3차원 영상이 가능한 multi-detector CT가 촉지되는 흉벽병변의 특징을 평가하고 감별 진단하는 데 유용하다. 그래서 저자들은 소아에서 촉지되는 흉벽병변으로 나타날 수 있는 질환들을 분류하고 영상소견을 알아보고자 한다.

        Fractionation of Gelatin Hydrolysates with Antioxidative Activity from Alaska Pollock Surimi Refiner Discharge

        This study was conducted to obtain the gelatin fraction with a high antioxidative activity from Alaska pollock surimi by-products using a two-step enzymatic hydrolysis and ultrafiltration. Among gelatin hydrolysates from refiner discharge of Alaska Pollock surimi, the highest antioxidative activity (81.5%) resulted from gelatin hydrolysate sequentially treated with Pronase E and Flavourzyme each for 2 hr. However, no difference was seen in the antioxidative activity of the second hydrolysate (Pronase E-/Flavourzyme-treated hydrolysate) when compared to the permeate fractionated through a 10-kDa membrane. The results suggest that the Pronase E-/Flavourzyme-treated hydrolysate from refiner discharge gelatin of Alaska pollock surimi can be used as a supplementary raw material for improving health functionality.

        Expansion and Sub-Classification of T Cell-Dependent Antibody Responses to Encompass the Role of Innate-Like T Cells in Antibody Responses

        In addition to T cell-dependent (TD) Ab responses, T cells can also regulate T cell-independent (TI) B cell responses in the absence of a specific major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II and antigenic peptide-based interaction between T and B cells. The elucidation of T cells capable of supporting TI Ab responses is important for understanding the cellular mechanism of different types of TI Ab responses. Natural killer T (NKT) cells represent 1 type of helper T cells involved in TI Ab responses and more candidate helper T cells responsible for TI Ab responses may also include γδ T cells and recently reported B-1 helper CD4+ T cells. Marginal zone (MZ) B and B-1 cells, 2 major innate-like B cell subsets considered to function independently of T cells, interact with innate-like T cells. Whereas MZ B and NKT cells interact mutually for a rapid response to blood-borne infection, peritoneal memory phenotype CD49dhighCD4+ T cells support natural Ab secretion by B-1 cells. Here the role of innate-like T cells in the so-called TI Ab response is discussed. To accommodate the involvement of T cells in the TI Ab responses, we suggest an expanded classification of TD Ab responses that incorporate cognate and non-cognate B cell help by innate-like T cells.

        On this paper, we propose SOSL(Self-Organized Supervised Learning) and it's architecture SOSL is hybrid type neural network. It consists of several CBP (Component Back Propagation) neural networks, and a modified PCA neural networks. CBP neural networks perform supervised learning procedure in parallel to clustered and complex input patterns. Modified PCA networks perform it's learning in order to transform dimensions of original input patterns to lower dimensions by clustering and local projection. Proposed SOSL can effectively apply to neural network learning with large input patterns results in huge networks size.

      • 주거공간의 Home Network System에 관한 연구 : 홈 오토메이션을 중심으로

        21세기는 정보ㆍ문화의 시대라 일컬어지고 있다. 특히 이러한 시대의 큰 흐름은 디지털 문화 즉, 디지털에 기반한 정보기술(IT)의 융합화(Convergence)와 네트워크화를 그 배경으로 하고 있다. 디지털을 기반으로 하는 정보과학기술의 발달은 산업활동에서뿐만 아니라 주거 문화 등 일상 생활에서까지 변화를 유도하여 현대인의 패러다임을 변환시키고 있다. 이러한 변화의 핵심은 가전기기의 디지털화와 디지털 화된 가전기기를 서로 연결시켜주는 홈 네트워크 기술이다. 새롭게 형성된 홈 네트워크 기술은 사회와 주생활 문화 전반의 변화를 불러오게 하고 실내디자인의 인식 체계 또한 이에 따라 변화하게 된다. 따라서 디자이너는 디지털문화로의 변화에 능동적으로 대처, 이를 주도해야 하며, 보다 나은 삶을 확보할 수 있는 물리적 환경을 조성하기 위해서는 다학제적 관점에서 디지털문화와 물리적 환경의 관계를 총체적으로 살펴보고 그 변화의 양상을 예측할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 올 12월 말 개관 예정으로 강남구 신사동 삼성전자 마케팅 연구소 1층 공간에 주)삼성전자가 의뢰하고 주)시공간 사와 연구자가 공동 진행한 삼성 “홈 비타(HOME VITA) 갤러리” 전시공간의 홈 네트워크 시스템 및 공간구성, 디자인을 기본으로 구성되어있다. 또한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 홈 네트워크로서의 홈 오토메이션 기능을 하는 네트워크 기술과 정보가전의 개념, 원리 및 서비스 동향을 고찰하고 최근 건설되고 있는 홈 오토메이션이 적용되고 있는 인텔리전트 공간의 활용사례를 분석하였으며 그 결과를 바탕으로 디지털가전과 홈 네트워킹이 결합된 신 주거공간인 가칭 “홈 비타(HOME VITA) 갤러리”를 제시하였다. This 21st century has a named as the period of information and culture. particularly, nowaday huge movements is based on the digital culture which is founded on the convergence of information and technology(IT) and network. It has been converted the moderns' paradise to develop the information, science and technology based on digital not only industry operations but also ordinary life such as residence style. The kernel of this change is the technology of home network that connected the digitalizing of household electric appliances and the digitalized household electric appliances each other. This new made up network technology has brought the transform of the entire social and life style. As the result, the recognition system in interior design has been changed. Therefore, designers should lead as actively deal with the change of digital culture. Then they must predict the aspect of change with looking at the relationship of digital culture and physical environment at the point of entire system of education. This study was made up of the home network system, the spatial construction and the design in exhibition space; SamSung "HOME VITA GALLERY" where is going to open on the first floor in marketing laboratory of SamSung Electron in ShinSa-Dong, GangNam-Gu on this December. And this research was requested by SamSung Electron(Inc.) and progressed by SiGongGan(Inc.) with researcher. We also considered the network technology, the concept of internet information appliances and the service trend which has technical ability in home automation as the home network to attain research's purpose. Then they(we) presented new residence space in combination with the digital household electric appliances and the home networking with the tentative name "HOME VITA GALLERY", after they(we) analyzed the practical used examples of intelligent space that are applied by home automation, recently.
