An analysis of heat and mass transfer has been carried out for multi-wafer Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD). Surface radiation analysis considering specular radiation among wafers, heaters, quartz tube and side plates of the reactor has been done to determine temperature distributions of 150 wafers in two dimensions. Velocity, temperature and concentration fields of chemical gases flowing in a reactor with multi-wafers have been then determined, which determines Si deposition growth rate and uniformity on wafers using two different surface reaction models. The calculation results of temperatures and Si deposition have been compared and found to be in a reasonable agreement with the previous experiments.

기독교 교육행정가로서 담임목사의 역할

조직의 성공이 조직의 최고 지도자에게 달려있는 것처럼 교회교육의 성공 역시 교회의 최고지도자인 담임목사의 역량에 달려 있다. 과거와는 다르게 전문화된 현대 사회에서는 담임목사는 교육현장에서 직접 가르치는 교육자로서의 역할보다 교육사역자나 평신도 교육사역자들을 지도하고 관리하기 위한 교육행정가로서의 역할이 요구된다. 담임목사는 먼저 하나의 단위 교육기관의 최고 책임자로서 자신의 교육적 철학이나 신념에 근거하여 교육목적을 수립하는 교육행정가로서의 역할이 있다. 교육목적을 성취하기 위한 교육과정이나 프로그램 수립 시 이것이 교육목적에 부합하는가를 감독해야 할 역할이 있다. 더욱이 평신도와 같이 신학적 토대가 부족한 교육사역자들의 책임 하에 교육기관이 운용되고 있을 경우 담임목사는 교육행정가로서 이 분야에 더욱 더 분명한 책임감을 발휘해야 한다. 교육 기관을 위한 인사관리자로서 담임목사는 소명감을 확인하고, 이들을 위한 직무설명서 제공, 연장교육 기회 제공 등의 교육행정가로서의 역할도 역시 가지고 있다. 교육목적을 달성하기에 적합한 교육시설 역시 담임목사의 역할에 의하여 마련될 수 있다. 마지막으로 교육행정가로서 담임목사는 조직의 리더로서의 역할을 통하여 조직행동을 긍정적으로 변화시켜 교육조직의 사역의 성공을 도울 수 있는 교육행정가로서의 역할이 있다.

결혼 갈등의 대상관계 이론적 이해

본 연구에서는 결혼 갈등의 양상에 대해서 알아보고 이러한 갈등을 일으키게 되는 근본적인 이유를 대상관계 이론적 맥락에서 설명하고자 하였다. 대상관계 이론이란 어린 시절 어머니-유아의 관계에서 형성된 정신구조가 성인이 된 후에도 지속적으로 영향을 미친다는 것을 주요 내용으로 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 부부간의 갈등과 좌절이 자신의 정신 내적인 갈등과정의 하나인 대상관계와 관련이 있다는 점을 밝히고자 하였다. 특히 이러한 부부 대상관계의 질적 수준들이 우리문화권에서는 어떠한 양상으로 나타나는지를 이해해 보고자 하였다. 주요어 : 결혼 갈등, 대상관계이론, 분리-개별화

多國籍企業의 經路戰略

The purpose of this paper is to establish the better marking channel strategies for the big enterprises in our country willing to invest in foreign countries. All data of this thesis are theoretical surveys and emphasize consumer goods more than industry goods. Examples in this study are American Sharpes Company producing razor in India , the undeveloped country, and International Foods Company producing evaporated milk in the United Kingdom and West Germany, the developed ones. There are seven conclusions drawn from this paper, and they are as follows: Firstly, in selecting the marketing channel of Multinational Corporation, there are two problems to analyze-technical and social problems. The former include products, prices, brand and channel, the latter are social systems, roles and behavior of the consumer, interaction, and management. Secondly, function and structure of MNC marketing are similar to domestic marketing channel. But MNC's marketer must consider the political, cultural and legal regulations of host countries, also analyze economic and rapid products supply, good after sales service, communication, channel structure, advertising and sales promotion actions. Thirdly, in order to mange the above conclusions efficiently, MNC's marketer should take account of market size and ownership, his brand's competitive position, political/economic factors, and problem/opportunity analysis. Fourthly, in case of Sharpes Company producing razor in India, the less developed country, MNC's marketer must consider marketing channel; rates of using local wholesalers having in charge domestic retailing shops must be a above 50%, national and family-integrated wholesalers must be under 50%. Accordingly, marketers of MNCs in India must take into account wholesalers to affect a number of retailers. Fifthly, MNC's marketers must possess much more product stocks in the less developed countries than in the developed ones, because they don't have advanced traffic networks. Sixthly, in case of MNC's marketing channel strategies of Interational Foods Company which has invested in the United Kingdom, they do not make of wholesalers and employ their own salesmen who sell their products directly to the ultimate consumers and the retailers. By doing so, they reduce their length of marketing channel and costs of distribution, while raising high salses volumes. Finally, length of marking channel of International Foods Company in West Germany is very long, but they employ sales forces to take full charge of wholesalers and the retailers. By using the wholesalers and the retailers, they got brilliant ideas from channel institution, and also they can teach them of good methods of management to extend their market shares.

Thallium(I)-Selective Electrodes Based on Calix[4]pyrroles

Thallium(I) selective electrodes based on meso-alkyl substituted calix[4]pyrroles such as, meso-octamethyl-calix[4]pyrrole (L1), meso-octaethylcalix[4]pyrrole (L2) and meso-tetraspirocyclohexylcalix[4]pyrrole (L3) as sensor molecules have been pre pared and tested. The conditioned electrode (E4) incorporating L3gave best results with a wide working concentration range of 10-5.5 ~10-1 M near-Nernstian slope of 56.0 mV/decade of activity and detection limit of 10-6.0 M. This electrode exhibited a fast response time of 30 s and high selectivity over Na+ , K+ and other metal ions with only Ag+ interfering. The electrode works well in the pH range 2.0-11.0 and can be successfully employed for the determination of Tl+.This proposed electrode was also used as an indicator electrode in potentiometric titration of Tl+.

High-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy of Ordered Structure for Lead Magnesium Niobate Solid Solutions

The nonstoichiometric ordering of Mg and Nb cations in undoped and La-doped lead magnesium niobate solid solutions has been investigated by means of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and computer image simulation. High-resolution lattice images were obtained under various microscope imaging conditions and objective apertures. Computer image simulations were performed for a wide range of sample thickness, defocusing value, and long-range order parameter. The simulated images revealed that the lattice images of the ordered regions were predominantly dependent on the long-range order parameter. From the comparisons of the experimental and simulated images for the ordered regions, the long-range order parameter approximately ranged 0.2 to 0 7. It was also found that the ordered structure has a $(NH_4)_3-FeF_6$ structure, which consists of alternating Mg- and Nb-preferred sublattices along the (111) directions. La이 첨가되고 또한 첨가되지 않은 $Pb(Mg_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ 고용체에서 Mg과 Nb의 비화학양론적인 구조 규칙화 현상이 고분해능 전자현미경과 컴퓨터 이미지 시뮬레이션에 의해 연구되었다. 고분해능 격자 이미지는 여러 이미지 형성 조건과 대물렌즈 구경에서 얻었다. 컴퓨터 이미지 시뮬레이션은 여러 시편 두께, 초점 거리, 장거리 규칙도에서 실시되었다. 규칙격자 구조를 가지는 영역의 격자 이미지는 장거리 규칙도에 크게 의존되는 것이 발견되었다. 규칙격자 구조를 가지는 영역에 있어서, 실험 격자 이미지와 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 이미지의 비교로부터, 규칙격자 구조를 가지는 영역의 장거리 규칙도는 $0.2\sim0.7$의 간을 가지고 있는 것이 관찰되었다. 또한 규칙격자는 $(NH_4)_3FeF_6$ 결정구조를 가지고 있었다.

농촌노인의 사회연결망 유형과 웰빙

This study aims to identify the social network types of elders and to identify differences among latent classes by social network and examining the relationship between the social network type and well-being of the elderly living in rural area. Data from the first wave of 「Korean Social Life, Health and Aging Project(KSHAP)」 data was used for analyzing 814 elderly over 60 and their spouse. The results showed that social network type of elderly were divided into four groups which were isolated, extroverted, moderated, family focused type. There were differ in social network type by elderly's general characteristics. Women, elderly who were older, elderly who had no job, elderly who had lower education level, elderly who had lower income were more parted of isolated group than their counterpart. In the meantime, elderly's well-being level were difference depending on the social network type. Isolated type were the worst health state, the lowest cognitive function, the lowest life satisfaction, the highest depressive symptom. On the contrary, extroverted type were the best health state, the highest cognitive function, the highest life satisfaction, the lowest depressive symptom. 본 연구는 농촌 거주 노인의 사회연결망을 유형별로 구분하고 그 특성을 확인하는 한편, 사회연결망 유형과 노인의 웰빙과의 관계를 확인하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여노인의 사회연결망의 구조적 특성과 상호작용적 특성 중에서 사회연결망의 크기, 구성, 접촉성, 친밀감 등의 네 가지 특성을 중심으로 유형화를 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 “한국인의사회적 삶, 건강과 노화에 대한 조사(KSHAP:Korean Social Life, Health and Aging Project)” 1차년도자료에 포함된 60세 이상 노인과 배우자 814명을 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 잠재집단분석을통하여 농촌노인의 사회연결망은 고립형, 외향형, 중도형, 친족집중형의 네 개 유형으로 분류되었으며 성별, 배우자 유무, 연령, 학력, 직업 유무, 소득수준에 따라 사회연결망 유형에는 차이가 있었다. 여성, 무배우자, 고령, 저학력, 직업없는 노인, 저소득층이 그 반대집단에비해 고립형에 더 많이 속했다. 한편 사회연결망 유형에 따라 노인의 웰빙에는 차이가 있었는데, 고립형 연결망이 다른 유형에 비해 건강상태가 나쁘고 삶의 만족도도 낮으며 인지기능도 낮고 우울감 수준은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 반해 외향형 연결망은 다른 유형에비해 가장 건강상태가 좋고, 삶의 만족도도 높으며 인지기능이 높고 우울감 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 중도형과 친족집중형은 위 두 유형의 중간 수준에서 웰빙 영역에 따라 순위에 변동이 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 농촌 노인의 웰빙 향상을 위해 사회적 관계 유지및 증진과 관련한 제언을 제시하였다.
