        사물인터넷 기반 실내 환경 관제시스템 설계 및 구현

        오늘날 많은 사람들은 공동의 실내 공간에서 학업이나 업무 등의 다양한 일을 수행한다. 그러나 이렇게 함께 공동으로 사용하는 공간은 여러 가지 오염 요인에 의해 업무의 효율 뿐 만아니라 건강에도 좋지 않은 영향을 미치게 될 수 있다. 그래서 무엇보다도 공동으로 사용하는 공간에 대한 쾌적한 환경의 유지가 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공동으로 사용되는 사무실이나 도서관, 강의실 등의 공간을 보다 쾌적한 환경으로 만들기 위해서 환경적으로 유해한 요소들을 분석하고, 이러한 유해 요소들을 관리하여 보다 좋은 생활환경을 제공하기 위한 통합 실내 환경 관제시스템을 설계 구현한다. 제안된 실내 환경 관제시스템은 실내 환경의 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있고 액추에이터를 구동시킴으로써 쾌적한 환경을 제공할 것이다. 또한, 각종 실내 공간에 적용할 수 있을 뿐만아니라 사람들의 실내 환경오염 인지도 역시 높이는 방안이 될 것이다. Recently, many people perform jobs including study and work within a common indoor space. Yet this space could have an adverse effect on operational efficiency as well as health because of many pollution factors. So maintaining a pleasant environment in the common space is important. In this thesis we study the integrated environment management system for better living conditions. This system analyzes and manages harmful environmental factors to make more pleasant environment in office, library or classroom. The proposed indoor environment management system will provide a pleasant environment by monitoring the indoor environment and driving the actuator in real time. In addition, it can be applicable to different types of indoor space to reach solutions to raise recognition of indoor environment pollution by people.

      • 우리나라 海成粘土의 壓密常徵에 關한 硏究

        It is generalized that the compression index of soft soil is the main parameters to calculate the settlement. To determine the parameters, we must take consolidation test in the laboratory, but the test is very difficult becaue of sampling, disturbance, etc.. An account of this reason, many reporter have studied to identify the relationship between the compression index and the other soil properties except consolidation test method. The investigation described in this paper are to analyze the correlation between the compression index and the other soil properties fur the Korean marine disposit clay and to compare the previous report. With parameters and mathematical models being changed, experimental equations were obtained by regression analysis in which a personal computer was used.(Minitab statistics package) The analyzed result for 413 undisturbed samples have shown that the compression index is related to liquid limit, in-place ratio, and natural moisture content.         Currently according as most of the Construction works in Korea are concrete structure, the using of sea sand for fine aggregate is increasing as a fine aggregate for concrete because of the stable supply difficulty of the river sand. It was tested sea Sand without Standard Grading curve and discussed on the properties 10 Kinds of Sea Sand for fine aggregate of Concrete on the Eastern part in Korea. Compressive strength of mortar mixed Sea Sand as fine aggregate was measured by using Cubic Mould Strength of Mortar according to the salt sticking was discussed. also river sand was examined discussed.

      • 잔骨材用 海砂利用에 關한 實驗的 硏究(Ⅰ) : Sea Sand of Standard grading Curve 標準粒度曲線內海砂

        콘크리트 構造物의 量的인 增加에 依하여 骨材의 消費度가 높아져서 콘크리트用 잔骨材인 河川砂의 求得이 점차 심각해지므로 콘크리트用 잔骨材로서 海砂의 의존도가 높아지고 있는 실정이다. 鹽海地域의 建設工事時에는 工費의 절감을 위하여 인근의 海砂를 利用함이 좋을 것이다. 잔骨材用 海砂의 問題點은 骨材에 부착되어 있는 염화물과 骨材에 섞이여 있는 조개껍질이다. 본 硏究는 海砂를 콘크리트用 잔骨材로서 사용하기 爲하여 諸般物理的 性質試驗과 鹽分含有量試驗, 壓縮强度試驗을 通하여 河川砂와 比較 檢討하므로 海砂에 섞여있는 조개껍질은 問題가 되지 않으며, 海砂의 鹽分含有量에 依한壓縮强度는 鹽分含有物의 증가에 따라 壓縮强度가 증가함을 보인다. The using of sea sand for fine aggregate is increasing as fine aggregate for concrete because of the stable supply difficulty of the river sand. It would be very convenient to use sea sand for fine aggregates of concrete sea side construction works. In this paper, it was tested and disscussed on the properties of sea sand for fine aggregates of concrete on the Eesten part in Korea. The most serious problem of the sea sand as fine aggregate of concrete is the salt sticking on the fine aggregate. Compressive strenght of morter mixed with sea sand as fine aggregate was measured by using 50.8mm cubic Mould strength of morter according to the salt sticking was discussed.

        구속 철근콘크리트 기둥의 극한강도와 거동해석

        본 연구는 편심축하중을 받는 구속 RC 장주의 거동해석에 대한 계속연구로서, 참고문헌에서 철근콘크리트기둥의 비선형성을 고려한 이론해석방법을 도출하고, 이 이론해석방법에 의한 비선형 해석프로그램을 개발하였다. 이 프로그램을 이용하여 정해에 보다 근접한 기둥의 극한강도를 해석하였으며, 만족한 결과를 이미 얻었다. 이 논문에서는 개발한 프로그램을 이용하여 구속 철근콘크리트 기둥의 극한강도와 거동에 영향을 주는 단부회전구속, 단부구속비, 단부편심거리, 단부 편심거리비, 단부횡방향구속, 콘크리트의 압축강도, 기둥의 철근비, 철근의 항복강도 등 각종 매개변수의 특성을 심도있게 연구, 분석하였다. In this study, Behavior of Eccentrically Loaded Restrained Concrete Slender Columns are investigated the continuation. The paper is : nonlinear constitutive relations of reinforced concrete columns are formulated, the multivariable nonlinear equation formulated in this study is solved by the incremental iterative method, the solution scheme is suitable for computer application, the proposed method bas been compared with the numerical examples and other research results and is shown to be in good agreement Accordingly, the objectives of this investigation are to use the method developed to conduct a parametric study of the different variable (Rotational Restraints,Ratio of End Restraints. End Eccentricity, Ratio of End Eccentricities,Lateral Restraint, Concrete Strength, Ratio of Reinforcement. Yield Point of Reinforcement) influencing the behavior and the ultimate strength for columns. Chosen values for different parameters and their variations are based on values encountered in practice and on results of other analylitical studies.

      • 산업연관지표를 이용한 조립가공업의 구조변화지수 추이 분석

        The objective of this study is to figure out the trends of structural changes index (SCI) and technical diffusion index (TDI) in the Korean Assembly and Processing sectors (APMs). Major findings are as follows; First, the values of SCI based on the total output, and export ratios to the amount of each indicators of manufacturing sector has been showing the W-type’s ups and downs for the past 15 years. The core sector affecting the values of SCI in terms of 2 indicators above were that of Electronic & electrical equipment through the whole period. Second, in case of small-sized classifications, the SCI values of sub-sectors within Electronic & electrical equipment have been largely changed during the Asian crisis, and those of sub-sectors within General machinery & equipment and Transportation equipment have been fluctuated during the Global financial crisis, respectively. Third, the values of TDI on the based of total intermediate input coefficients has been showing the relatively stable trends on the contrary of other indicators-based SIC. Lastly, in case of the values of TDI based on domestic intermediate input coefficients, the trend of APMs has been similar to those of total intermediate input coefficients, but those of sub-sectors within APMs has been comparatively different from that of APMs. 본 연구의 목적은 한국 조립가공업의 산업연관지표를 이용해 구조변화지수의 추이 및 그 특징을 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 첫째 조립가공업의 총산출 및 수출비중 기준 구조변화지수는 지난 15년간 W자 모양(등락을 반복)을 나타낸 가운데 1998년, 2003년, 그리고 2007년을 중심으로 급격한 변동을 보였다. 두 지표기준 모두에서 전기/전자부문의 구조변화지수 값이 기간별로 큰 진폭을 보이면서 변하였고, 조립가공업 전체에 영향을 주고 있다. 둘째, 총중간투입계수(경쟁형) 기준 기술변화지수 추이 분석결과 약간의 등락은 있으나 구조변화지수 추이와는 달리 비교적 안정적인 패턴을 보였다. 이것은 국산 및 수입투입계수를 합한 총중간투입계수가 대체로 일정한 수준을 유지하고 있기 때문이다. 마지막으로 국산중간투입계수(비경쟁형) 기준 기술구조변화지수의 경우 총중간투입계수 기준의 지수변화와 유사하지만 중분류 기준의 그것은 완전히 다른 패턴을 보였다. 이것은 국산중간투입계수의 변화방향과 관계가 있는데 수출비중이 높은 부문일수록 수입중간투입계수가 전반적으로 높아져 국산중간투입계수 값이 작아졌기 때문이다.

        Temporal Aquaporin 11 Expression and Localization during Preimplantation Embryo Development

        Environmental conditions during early mammalian embryo development are critical and some adaptational phenomena are observed. However, the mechanisms underlying them remain largely masked. Previously, we reported that AQP5 expression is modified by the environmental condition without losing the developmental potency. In this study, AQP11 was examined instead. To compare expression pattern between in vivo and in vitro, we conducted quantitative RT-PCR and analyzed localization of the AQP11 by whole mount immunofluorescence. When the fertilized embryos were developed in the maternal tracts, the level of Aqp11 trascripts was decreased dramatically until 2-cell stage. Its level increased after 2-cell stage and peaked at 4-cell stage, but decreased again dramatically until morula stage. Its transcript level increased again at blastocyst stage. In contrast, the levels of Aqp11 transcript in embryos cultured in vitro were as follows. The patterns of expression were similar but the overall levels were low compared with those of embryos grown in the maternal tracts. AQP11 proteins were localized in submembrane cytoplasm of embryos collected from maternal reproductive tracts. The immune-reactive signals were detected in both trophectoderm and inner cell mass. However, its localization was altered in in vitro culture condition. It was localized mainly in the plasma membrane of the blastocysts contacting with external environment. The present study suggests that early stage embryo can develop successfully by themselves adapting to their environmental condition through modulation of the expression level and localization of specific genes like AQP11.
