        유우의 비유곡선에 의한 산유량추정에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to estimate milk yield of dairy cattle using Wood`s model (Yn= An^b e^-cn). Data used for this study included a total of 1,311 lactation records of Holstein cows from 3 dairy farms from 1972 to 1987. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1. The value of a for the lactation curve under parities was highest for parity 4(3.4066), the values of b, c and peak-month were highest for parity 5(0.3441, 0.1688, 2.04). Maximum daily milk yield was highest for parity 4(26.83kg), but total milk yield was highest for parity 5(6144± 103.45㎏) 2. The value of parameter a for the lactation curve under calving seasons was 3.3636 in winter, 3.3334 in autumn, 3.3218 in summer and 3.2716 in spring. But the value of parameter b was 0.3146 in spring, 0.2867 in autumn, 0.2621 in winter and 0.1536 in summer. The value of parameter c was 0.1609 in autumn, 0.1549 in spring, 0.1510 in winter and 0.1363 in summer. Peak-month and persistency were highest in spring. Maximum daily milk yield and total milk yield were highest in winter. 3. The estimation factors were higher in the late stage of lactation than in the early stage of lactation, and higher for the Ist parity than for later parities.

        지적재조사에 관한 특별법상 합의경계에 관한 연구

        1910년 토지조사법 제정이후 110여년 만에 「지적재조사에 관한 특별법」이 제정되어 2030년까지 지적재조사사업이 추진될 예정이다. 본 사업에서 경계설정은 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 지적재조사측량규정에서는 지상경계 설정 기준에 대한 구체적인 예시를 두고 있다. 이러한 경계설정에는 지상경계뿐만 아니라 지적도상 경계, 지방관습에 의한 경계에 따라서 설정할 수 있으며, 토지소유자간에 합의한 경계로도 설정할 수 있다. 다만 토지소유자간 합의한 경계에 대해서는 지적소관청이 수용여부를 판단하여야 한다. 그러나 합의경계의 수용 여부를 판단하는 기준이 없으며, 합의경계를 악용할 수 있는 문제점 등이 나타나고 있다. 아울러 국가가 관리하는 공적 존재인 토지경계를 사인간 합의할 수 있는 대상인가라는 문제제기도 있다. 따라서 합의경계와 관련된 사항을 심층적으로 검토하여 개선안을 제시하고자 한다. 합의경계관련 사항의 개선을 통해 지적소관청의 판단기준을 정립하고, 토지의 효율적 이용이 증가되어 사업이 원활히 추진될 것으로 생각한다.

      • 乳牛의 泌乳期間과 必乳能力水準에 따른 泌乳曲線型의 差異에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to investigate factors affecting the shape of the lactation curve of dairy cattle using Wood's model ( ?? ) Data used for this study included a total of 1311 lactation records of Holstein cows from 3 dairy farms from 1972 to 1987. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows : 1. The values of parameter a, b, c for the lactation curve under lactation length were highest for 270 lactation length (a=3.4268, b=0.3964, c=0.2223) and the value of parameter p was highest for 390 lactation length (P=2.23). 2. The values of persistency and total milk yield increase with advancing lactation length. Maximum daily milk yield was highest for 270 lactation length. 3. The values of parameter a, b, p increase with advancing milk yield potential, but the value of parameter c was no significant difference. 4. The values of persistency and maximum daily milk yield increase with advancing milk yield potential.

      • 姙娠期 飼料에 動物性 脂肪 添加가 仔豚의 生産性과 初産豚의 등지방 두께에 미치는 影響

        초산돈 40두를 10두씩 4처리로 나누어 임신후 반기 임신돈 사료에 분만 1주, 2주, 3주 및 4주전 부터 분만까지 동물성지방을 1일 100g씩 첨가급여 한 후 자돈의 생존산자수와 이유두수 및 이유시까지의 생존율, 출생시와 10일령 및 이유시 체중 그리고 초산돈의 등지방두께를 측정하였다. 생존산자수와 이유두수는 처리간에 유의차가 없었다. 생시체중은 동물성지방을 분만 3주나 4주전부터 분만까지 첨가급여한 처리구가 다른처리구들보다 유의적(P<.05)으로 높았다. 동물성지방을 분만 1주, 2주, 3주 및 4주전부터 분만까지의 각처리구간 자돈의 이유시까지의 생존율은 88.30%, 94.32%, 93.33% 및 98.81%였다. 초산돈의 등지방두께는 처리간에 유의차가 없었다. Forty primiparous sows were arranged with completely randomized designinto 4 treatments, that is, 4 different starting time(1, 2, 3 and 4 wk.) of fat supplementation before farrowing. In addition to 2.4 kg of basal gestation diet, 100g of animal fat were supplemented per day per sow during treatment periods to meanure of litter size, weaned litter size and survival rate to weaning and birth, 10 day and 21 day (weaning) weight of piglets and backfat thickness, and days of estrus return of primiparous sows. Live litter size and weaned litter size were not significantly among treatments. Body weight at birth were higher(p<.05) in treatments from 3, 4 wk before farrowing to farrowing than others and at 10 day and 21 day(weaning) were higher(P<.05) in tratements addtioning fat fed treatments from 2, 3, and 4 wk before farrowing to farrowing than other. Survival rate to weaning of piglets and backfat thickness of primiparous sows were not significantly among treatments.

      • 처녀발생유기된 돼지난포란의 체외발달

        The objective of this study was to determine the activation and developmental pattern of porcine oocytes after electrical stimulation. Porcine oocytes were cultured in BSA-free Whitten's medium containing 10% porcine follicular fluid with hormonal supplements for 20h and 40h additional culture without hormonal supplements. After 40, 50 and 60h of maturation, the oocytes were activated by electrical pulse. After activation, the percentage of activated oocytes was higher in oocytes at 50 and 60h of maturation then at 40h of maturation(P<0.05). At 20 and 30h after electrical stimulation, the incidence of cleabage to the 3-4 cell stage was higher in aged oocytes(50 and 60h of maturation) than that in oocytes at 40h of maturation. There was no difference in the development of age oocytes(50 and 60h of maturation)at 96h after stimulation compared with young oocytes(40h of maturation).

        Lysine 급여수준이 돼지의 정액성성에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigated the effect of lysine levels on semen quality of boar. Total 12 boars were allotted to 4 treatments(3 boars per treatment); NRC lysine requirement(A), additions of 3g(B), 6g(C), 9g(D), lysine to NRC lysine requirement. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows ; 1. Semen volume and total number of sperm of the treatment C and D were increased significantly(p $lt;0.05) as compared with the treatment A and B. But abnormal sperm percent of the treatment B, C, and D was decreased significantly(p $lt;0.05) as compared with the treatment A. 2. Number of sperm and motility index were not significant differences among the treatment groups. 3. Amino aicd contents of semen plasma were not difference among the treatment groups. However the treatment B, C and D showed slightly more cystine, tyrosine. phenylalanine, tryptophan, lysine, and arginine than the treatment A.

        소 미성숙 난포란의 체외성숙

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of hormones, protein sources and anti-oxidants on in vitro maturation (IVM) and in vitro fertilization(IVF) of bovine follicular oocytes. The rates of Holstein follicular oocytes classified as grade A and B(50.2% and 33.2%) were higher than those of Hanwoo cattle(40.3% and 32.0%, P<0.05). The cumulus cell expansion rates of oocytes cultured in TCM-199 and Ham's F-10 medium supplemented with 10% FCS and hormones were higher (81.9~87.6%) than those of non-treated groups (74.5~81.7%). The fertilization rates of oocytes cultured in TCM-199 and Ham's F-10 medim supplemented with 10% FCS, 1% BSA and 10% bFF was 53.8~55.0%, 51.4~52.6%, and 47.0~50.0%, respectively. The polyspermy rates was 13.6~14.2%, 10.0~11.1%, and 10.0%, respectively. When the oocytes were cultured in TCM-199 and Ham's F-10 medium with 50 -tocopherol, the fertilization rates was 62.0 and 60.2%, respectively. In the maturation medium added of 100 cysteamine, the fertilization rates was 64.7 and 66.7%, respectively. The fertilization and polyspermy rates of treated groups were higher than those of non-treated group. The results show that hormones, protein sources and anti-oxidants can provide a benefit for in vitro maturation and fertilization of bovine follicular oocytes.

The optimum value of NMR data should be below 100Hz of Half width.
