영화 〈애정만세 愛情萬歲〉 속 부재의 미학

This article tried to analysis Vive L’Amour(1994) by director Tsai Ming-liang. Based on Edward Relph’s phenomenology theory of place, it can explain place(apartment) as a “Placeless”. This monotonous and other-oriented place is main space of this film. In this film we can find out the problem of alienation and absence of communication and this is common themes of Dir. Tsai’s “Trilogy of Taipei”. [Rebels Of The Neon God(1992) , Vive L’Amour, The River(1997)] He shows otherness and alienation through his characters in his movies. There is no background music, directing technique, dramatic narration and great deal of lines. Especially he makes audience keep their distance from character. Dir. Tsai uses extensively Long shot and Fixed camera. On the contrary, because of this effect audience identify themselves with the film’s main character. These ‘empty space’ is Dir. Tsai’s unique directing and complete these space is all up to viewers.

간호사의 직무요구,직무자원,감정노동 및 감성지능이 소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 종합병원에 근무하는 임상간호사를 대상으로 간호사의 직무요구-자원, 감정노동 및 감성지능이 소진에 미치는 영향 규명함으로서 간호사의 소진감소를 위해서 간호사의 감성지능증진 교육의 중요성을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 모형에서 각각의 경로계수들을 통하여 경로들이 유의미한지를 알아본 결과 감성지능에 유의미한 요인은 직무요구, 직무자원, 감정노동이었고 소진에 유의미한 요인은 직무요구, 직무자원, 감성지능으로 직무요구가 낮을수록, 직무자원이 높을수록 감성지능이 높아지고,직무요구가 높을수록, 직무자원과 감성지능이 낮을수록 소진이 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 소진에 대한 변인들의 효과에서는 직무요구가 가장 큰 효과를 보였고, 다음이 직무자원, 감정노동, 감성지능 순으로 나타났다. 이 중 직무요구, 직무자원 및 감정노동은 감성지능에 의해 소진이 높고 낮음이 나타나 감성지능이 조절효과로 작용하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 이러한 결과로부터 간호사의 소진을 감소시키기 위해서는 직무요구, 직무자원 및 감정 노동에 대한 중재가 필요하며, 이러한 변인에 영향을 미치는 간호사의 감성지능을 관리할 수 있는 중재프로그램개발이 필요하다고 결론을 내릴 수 있다. The purpose of the study was is to identify the intervening effect of emotional intelligence in the process of burnout affected by job demands, job resources and emotional labor of nurses. The participants were 238 nurses working at general hospitals in J-city, Korea. The data was collected through a structured questionnaire from November 4 to 30, 2009 and analyzed using SPSS/Win 18.0 and AMOS 18.0.Reportedjobdemands,job resources and emotional intelligence had observed to have a significant direct and indirect effect on meaning in burnout. In addition, job demands, job resources and emotional labor had a significant indirect effect on meaning in burnout. Job demands were the most influential factor, and all of these variables explained 54% of the variances in meaning in burnout among the nurses. The findings from this study of job demands, job resources and emotional labor had intervening effects on burnout by emotional intelligence. Therefore, in this study the effect of emotional intelligence was identified.

한국 호러 영화 속 ‘여귀(女鬼)’ 의 정체성 연구: <여고괴담> 시리즈를 중심으로

This article began with a review of the identity of the extinction and recall (or return) of identity, that is, the “the dead”. If it is a trans identity that discusses how the character’s identity is converted and what issues and discourses arise in this process, I think this concept should also be applied to the analysis of supernatural beings in the horror genre. Horror movies, especially occult movies featuring supernatural phenomena and existence, have a different distinction from other genres in that they deal with (or lead the play) the “dead” or returning from death. In other words, the existence of “evil,” which is a relatively anti-gonist in occult movies, is a unique setting that resurrects after the disappearance of identity (death), or that the identity resides in another completely different medium (body). In order to apply Trans-identity in such a variety of genres, the relevant sub-concepts and terms must be continuously presented and expanded. Therefore, it is necessary to organize and define how to deal with the identity of the dead in horror movies, especially occult movies, through concepts such as death, extinction, revival, and return. The singularity of the fact that existence was extinguished by death and then recalled again, and the exploration of the identity of a character who deviated from normality, will also be a study of marginalized non-mainstreamers, that is, others. As a result, we would like to apply the concept of Trans-identity to the ultimate and complex other of the character “female ghost(女鬼)”. Accordingly, we would like to analyze by applying the method of Trans-identity storytelling for the character “Female ghost(女鬼)” focusing on < Whispering Corridors > a representative horror film series in Korea.

The commercial space in the modern society is being advanced as a new industry that does not have the corporate gain as its main objective, but can provide various experiences, and the appearance of entertainment type street mall is that way.This study intends to understand the customer property and user"s consumer psychology and space, to find a commercial space that had a potential element in the city but can not be well used, to solve its problem, to repair the space, and to propose a plan activating the synergy effect of commercial consumption and mutual communication through metropolitan space networking and of street mall, in order to activate the network of street mall which was applied the environmental psychology.

자궁내막증에서 혈청 CA125와 CA19-9의 임상적 의의

목적 : 자궁내막증은 진단시 다른 질환과의 감별이 어려우며 치료 후에도 재발 가능성이 높아 유용한 혈액지표의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이에 저자 등은 자궁내막증 환자에서 치료 전 후와 재발시의 CA125 및 CA19-9 혈청값의 동태를 분석함으로써 자궁내막증의 진단 및 임상경과 추적검사와 재발에 대한 예측인자로서의 유용성을 알아 보고자 하였다. 방법 : 1994년 1월부터 1998년 12월까지 월경통이나 불임, 골반통 등을 주소로 이화여자대학교 목동병원 산부인과 외래를 내원한 환자 중, 복강경 및 개복술 시행 후 자궁내막증이 확인된 88명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원시와 치료개시후 3-6개월에 추적검사된 CA125와 CA 19-9을 후향성으로 조사, 분석(retrospective analysis)하였다. 결과 : 자궁내막증 환자군의 혈청 CA125와 CA19-9의 치료 전 평균치는 각각 81.0±252.5 및 36.6±53.4(mean±2SD,U/㎖)으로 대조군의 11.6±12.8 및 9.4±8.6 에 비하여 유의하게 높았고(p<0.05), 전체 민감도는 CA125가 53.4%, CA19-9이 42.9%, 병합시 64.3%였으며 제 3,4기의 경우 각각 85.4% 및 55.0%로 제 1,2기에 비하여 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 혈청 CA125는 병기에 비례하여 유의한 상승을 보였고(p<0.05) CA19-9는 증가하는 경향을 보였으며(p=0.055), 양자 모두 치료 후 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 또한 치료 종결 후 보다 재발시 혈청 CA125가 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 결론 : 혈청 CA125와 CA19-9는 자궁내막증 환자에서 진단시 질환의 중증도를 판정하고 치료 경과 및 재발예측을 위한 추적검사로서 유용하다. Objective : Because endometriosis is difficult to diagnose and has a high recurrence rate after treatment, a reliable serum marker of endometriosis is necessary. Therefore, the aim of this study is to measure the serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9 in patients with endometriosis before and after treatment and during recurrence, and to assess the usefulness of these levels in the diagnosis, clinical follow up and prediction of recurrence in endometriosis.Methods : Eighty-eight patients who visited the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ewha Mokdong Hospital from January 1994 to December 1998 and were diagnosed as endometriosis by laparoscopy or explo-laparotomy were enrolled as subjects. A retrospective analysis of serum CA125 and CA19-9 levels at 1 month before and 3 to 6 months after initiation of treatment was done.Results : The serum CA125 and CA19-9 levels of endometriosis group(81.0±252.5, 36.6±53.4 ; mean±2SD, U/ml) before treatment was significantly higher than control group(11.6±12.8, 9.4±8.6)(p<0.05). Overall sensitivity rate for CA125, CA19-9 levels and both was 53.4%, 42.9% and 64.3% respectively. The sensitivity rate for endometriosis, stage 3 and 4(85.4%, 55.0%) was significantly higher than that, stage 1 and 2(p<0.05). The serum CA125 level in endometriosis group showed a significant increment according to stages(p<0.05) while the serum CA19-9 level showed an increasing trend(p=0.055) and both levels decreased significantly after treatment(p<0.05). The serum CA125 level was also higher at recurrence after treatment(p<0.05). Conclusion : The serum CA125 and CA19-9 levels are a useful marker for diagnosing severity of disease, monitoring efficacy of treatment and predicting recurrence in endometriosis.

임부의 스트레스, 우울 및 배우자와 가족의 지지가 모성 정체성에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify the factors influencing maternal identity in pregnant women. Methods: Using a descriptive research design, a cross-sectional survey was conducted. In total, 127 pregnant women were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Korea from January to April 2019. Measurements included maternal identity, stress, depression, spousal and familial support, and demographic and obstetric characteristics. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS version 25.0. Results: The mean score for maternal identity was 131.15 out of 160, and the mean scores for stress, depression, and spousal and familial support were 14.59 (out of 40), 6.82 (out of 30), and 109.04 (out of 132), respectively. Stress (r=-.38, p<.001), depression (r=-.37, p<.001), and spousal and familial support (r=.37, p<.001) were significantly correlated with maternal identity. In multiple regression analysis, stress (β=-0.27, p=.005) and spousal and familial support (β=0.23, p=.014) were found to be significant factors influencing maternal identity in pregnant women (F=14.19, p<.001). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop effective strategies to mitigate stress and to encourage spousal and familial support in pregnant women. Such strategies could further enable pregnant women to enhance their maternal identity.

Fetus in fetu is an very rare condition in which a vertebrate fetus is incorporated within its twin. Although a number of cases were reported at 3rd trimester of gestation or postnatally, the authors present a retroperitoneal fetus in fetu with 9×7×6 cm sized cystic mass that was diagnosed at 2nd trimester using ultrasonography and confirmed on a computed tomography scan after birth. The mass was successfully excised postnatally and consistent with a fetus in fetu by pathological confirmation. Solid mass was surrounded by a fluid-containing sac and showed highly ordered organogenesis around an axial vertebral column.
