      • 굴(Oyster) 배지에서의 세균 증식

        This study was performed to develop Korean products of culture medium which favors the growth of the enteric bacteria and others. The essential nutrients was made from the extract of a oyster (Ostrea gigas). The new plating Oyester agar medium was tested for the growth of the members of the Enterobacteriaceae and Vibrionaceae and their ability to from colonies with nutrient agar medium. The following results were obtained. 1. Oyster agar medium was better than nutrient agar medium for the growth and isolation of all the members of the Enterobacteriaceae. The Salmonella enteritidis and E. coli formed large colonies especially on the oyster agar plate. 2. Oyster agar plate was the best media for the isolation and selection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 3. Most of the Vibrionaceae were inhibited on Oyster agar media and Staphylococcus aureus were highly inhibited.

        에너지 저장 시스템용 납 축전지의 최근 실증 사례

        에너지 저장 시스템(energy storage system, ESS)은 발전설비에서 생산된 전력에너지를 저장하여 필요한 시점에 사 할 수 있도록 전기에너지를 화학적으로 저장하는 체계이다. 따라서 에너지 저장 시스템은 에너지 이용 효율향상, 전력공급 시스템의 안정화에 기여할 뿐 아니라, 이산화탄소의 감축 및 화석연료의 고갈문제에 직접 대응할 수 있게 한다. 이차전지인 납 축전지는 현재까지 가장 기술적으로 안정되어 있고, 경제적이며, 신뢰성이 있는 축전지 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 납 축전지를 적용한 에너지 저장 시스템의 국내외 실증사례를 조사하여 사례별로 정리하여 관련 연구에 참고하고자 한다. Energy storage system is an energy reservoir which can store the electrical energy produced by the power plant into the chemical energy at the time whenever it needs to use. Accordingly, the energy storage system can help to improve the energy utilization efficiency and the stabilization of the power supply system. In addition, it can cope with the issues of carbon dioxide reduction and depletion of fossil fuel. Lead-acid battery in the secondary battery fields is one of the most developed technologies. It is also economical, reliable storage device. Therefore, the instantiation case of energy storage system using lead-acid battery was investigated for the reference studies.

        납축전지 전류집전체로서 그라파이트 시트의 전기화학적 안정성과 방전성능 평가

        Graphite sheet electro-deposited with lead was evaluated as a possible candidate for current collectors of lead acid batteries. Cyclic voltammetry was performed on the materials to evaluate the electrochemical properties. The graphite sheet electro-deposited with lead is electrochemically stable in the cathodic potential sweep. However, in the anodic potential sweep, the graphite sheet electro-deposited with lead is electrochemically unstable due to the oxygen evolution and the intercalation of sulfuric acid. Lead acid batteries were prepared by using a graphite sheet and a cast grid as current collectors for anode and performance test using those batteries was carried out. A lead acid battery with graphite sheets showed higher capacity and energy density than a conventional lead acid battery with cast grid. 납축전지 전류 집전체로서의 가능성을 보기위해 납 도금된 그라파이트 시트를 적용하여 평가하였다. 전기화학적 특성을 평가하기 위해 순환 전압전류법을 실시하였다. 납 도금된 그라파이트 시트는 납축전지의 음극으로 운용되는 전압범위에서 전기화학적으로 안정하였으나, 양극으로 운용되는 전압범위에서는 산소발생과 황산의 인터칼레이션으로 인해 전기화학적으로 불안정하였다. 납 도금된 그라파이트와 주조된 납 기판을 음극 전류집전체로 사용하여 전지를 제작하고, 방전 성능을 평가하였다. 납 도금된 그라파이트 시트를 적용한 납축전지가 금속 납 전류 집전체를 적용한 전지보다 더 높은 용량을 나타내었고, 에너지밀도 또한 더 높았다.

        변단면 단일 현장타설말뚝의 소성힌지 영향분석

        본 연구에서는 말뚝재료의 항복거동 및 기하학적 비선형 거동인 P-△ 효과를 고려한 변단면 단일 현장타설말뚝의 거동특성을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 실제 시공된 현장타설말뚝에 대한 말뚝재료의 균열 휨모멘트 및 균열 수평하중을 산정하였고, 국내 · 외에서 적용하고 있는 대표적인 수평변위 기준과의 비교분석을 수행하였다. 또한 구조적 특성을 파악하기 위하여 설계자료를 토대로 재료 및 지반조건을 반영한 현장타설말뚝의 거동을 예측하여 변단면 설계의 타당성을 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 재료의 항복거동과 P-△ 효과 고려시, 이를 고려하지 않는 경우와 비교하여 최대 모멘트가 지표면 부근에서 발생하여 소성힌지 위치에 영향을 주는 것을 나타났으며, 말뚝의 재료파괴는 주로 기둥부의 단면적이 작은 말뚝-기둥 접합부에서 발생하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 주로 말뚝이 수평변위 기준에 도달하기 전에 재료의 파괴가 먼저 발생하기 때문에 말뚝의 항복효과를 고려해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과, 변단면 단일 현장타설말뚝의 설계 시 불확실성을 고려하여 지지력을 과소 평가하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 말뚝재료의 항복거동 및 기하학적 비선형 거동인 P-△ 효과를 고려한 해석기법을 통하여 거동특성을 정확히 예측한다면 경제적인 설계가 가능할 것으로 판단되었다. In this study, the behavior of Pile-Bent structure with varying diameters subjected to lateral loads were evaluated by a load transfer approach. An analytical method based on the beam-column model and nonlinear load transfer curve method was proposed to consider material non-linearity (elastic, yielding) and P-△ effect. For an effective analysis of behavior Pile-Bent structure, the bending moment and fracture lateral load of material were evaluated. And special attention was given to lateral behavior of Pile-Bent structures depending on reinforcing effect of materials and ground conditions. Based on the parametric study, it is shown that the maximum bending moment is located within a depth (plastic hinge) approximately 1~3D (D: pile diameter) below ground surface when material non-linearity and P-△ effect are considered. And distribution of the lateral deflections and bending moments on a pile are highly influenced by the effect of yielding. It is also found that this method considering material yielding behavior and P-△ effect can be effectively used to perform the preliminary design of Pile-bent structures.

        겔식 납축 전지의 충전상태에 따른 임피던스 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 겔식 VRLA (valve regulated lead acid번지의 충전상태(SoC) 판단을 위해 임피던스 기법을 이용하여 조사하였다. 임피던스는 VRLA전지 (2V/1.2Ah)의 다양한 충전상태에서 진폭 10mV로 100kHz에서${\sim}$10mHz까지 측정하였다. 측정된 임피던스 데이터로부터 등가회로를 유도하고, CNLS (Complex Non-linear Least Squares) 법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 양극 쪽의 전하전이 저항과 전기이중층 커패시턴스가 음극보다 높았다. 겔 저항은 충전상태가 감소함에 따라 증가하며 이는 VRLA 전지의 충전상태를 판단하는데 중요한 파라미터임을 확인하였다. In the present study, impedance spectrometry has been used for predicting State-of-Charge (SoC) of gel type, Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA), battery. The impedance measurements of VRLA battery (2V/1.2 Ah) at various SoC were made over the frequency range from 100kHz to 10mHz with an amplitude 10 mV. The impedance parameters have been evaluated by the analysis of the data using an equivalent circuit and a complex non-linear least squares (CNLS) fitting method. The charge transfer resistance values and double layer capacitance values of the positive electrode were higher than those of the negative electrode. The gel resistance values increased with decreasing in SoC. This indicates that the gel resistance is an important parameter for predicting SoC of VRLA battery.

        폐암과 폐결핵환자의 기관지폐포 세척액의 면역글로불린의 동향

        N/A The immune status changes in patients with lung cancer, but there is controversy about the degree and mechanism of changes in local humoral immune response. To evaluate 1) that the local immune response of lung cancer(Ca) is different from that of benign lung disease and 2) how the local immune response changes according to the extent of lung cancer. We measured immunoglobulin G.A.M. level in bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) fluid of 25 patients with lung cancer and 16 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(Tbc) 1) There was no difference in the concentration of serum IgG.A.M. between lung Ca and pulmonary Tbc. 2) In the BAL fluid, IgA concentration of lung Ca was higher than that of pulmonary Tbc(p<0.05), IgA concentration of lung Ca stage Ⅲ was higher than that of lung Ca stage I, Ⅱ (p<0.05) and lgM concentration of lung Ca stage, I , Ⅱ was higher than that of stage Ⅲ(p<0.05) 3) In the ratio of Ig to Albumin in BAL fluid. IgG and IgM of lung Ca was higher that those of pulmonary Tbc(p<0.05) and IgA of lung Ca stage g was higher than that of stage I, Ⅱ(p< 0.05) and IgM of lung Ca stage I, Ⅱ was higher than that of stage Ⅲ(p<0.05) 4) In the ratio of Ig to albumin-ratio of BAL to serum[(Ig/Alb) BAL/(Ig/Alb) Serum], IgA, M,G. of lung cancer and pulmonary Tbc were above l.0 but those of lung Ca was higher that those of pulmonary Tbc and IgM of lung Ca-stage I, Ⅱ was higher than that of lung Ca stage Ⅲ. In conclusion, local immune response of lung Ca is higher than that of pulmonary Tbc and the more extensive is the lesion of lung Ca, the higher is the local response of IgA and the less is the local response of IgM.

        운동역학 : 펜싱 플러레 종목에서 마르쉬 후레쉬 기술 동작의 운동학적 분석

        This study was designed to examine the kinematic factors in the each phase during the marche fleche motion. For this study, the subjects were 5 elite male fencing players. The direct linear transformation (DLT) method was used in calculating 3-D coordinate of the digitized body parts. The cubic spline function was used for smoothing and the kinematic data for displacement, velocity and angle variables were calculated for Kwon3d version 2.1. And the following conclusions were drawn;1. For stable posture and the fast motion of the marche, it showed to do that the displacement change of the trunk lean angle and the lower extremity joints must be small, and as followers the vertical height of COG maintains in the same gurad posture as possible.2. For a precise attack toucher in the trunk avancees plane, it showed that the shoulder and elbow angles must be ready to extend at the same time the contrary foot contacts in the floor at the marche phase. Especially when the contrary foot contacts in the floor, it showed that the contrary upper extremity segments must be extend backward for the projection force of COG and the stable motion. Therefor, the linear velocity of COG increase in the fleche phase.3. During the toucher event, the velocity of the attack upper extremity segments appeared to increase more the distal segment than the proximal segment. But for a fast attack, it showed that the velocity of the upper extremity segments must be movement the same velocity in the fleche phase. For these, all subjects must be movement as the second dentence of the conclusions.4. During the attack toucher, all subjects appeared to increase the COG angle, as followers the trunk lean angle appeared the same increase. Therefore, It showed that all subjects must be small the COG angle for the next guard posture after attack.
