Resonance Fluorescence Spectra of Zn-Substituted Myoglobin

Laser-induced fluorescence spectra, including narrow resonance lines, were measured for Zn-substituted myoglobin (ZnMb) in the lowest optical absorption band at 4 K by using a combination of short light pulses from a CW mode-locked laser for the excitation and a time-correlated single-photon counting method for the detection. The site-energy distribution function, {\it i.e.}, the distribution of the number of chromophore at various sites as a function of the zero-phonon transition energy, was determined from the excitation profile of the narrow resonance fluorescence line. The single-site fluorescence spectrum was determined by use of the saturation effect of laser-induced fluorescence. By comparing the laser-induced fluorescence spectra and the absorption spectrum with the spectra calculated by using the experimentally determined site-energy distribution and single-site fluorescence spectra, we found that the coupling between the electrons of the chromophore and the vibrations of the polypeptide was quite weak. Furthermore, the density of states of vibrational modes of myoglobin weighted by the coupling strength between the chromophore and the polypeptide chain was determined from the single-site fluorescence spectrum by solving an integral equation numerically

서울시 사회복지관 직원수퍼비전의 현황분석 및 대안 모색

사회복지수퍼비전은 클라이언트에 대한 양질의 서비스 제공과 기관책무성 이행, 사회복지사의 역량강화를 위한 중요한 기제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 사회복지관을 중심으로 사회복지수퍼비전의 종합적 구성요소를 고려하여 수퍼비전의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 그에 대한 대안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 수퍼비전의 구성요소에 따른 세부 내용을 추출하기 위한 방법으로 포커스그룹인터뷰(7명), 학계 및 실무전문가 델파이(20명)를 실시하였고, 최종적으로 현황을 파악하기 위해 서울시 사회복지관 사회복지사 213명에게 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 수퍼바이저, 수퍼바이지, 조직특성, 수퍼비전 구조, 수퍼비전 유형 및 방법, 수퍼비전 관계, 수퍼비전 정책, 수퍼비전 교육의 영역에서 전체적으로 실행도 및 역량보유도가 낮게 조사되었으며, 특히, 사회복지사들이 인식하는 수퍼비전 중요도(4.40)에 비해 만족도(3.16)가 매우 낮았다. 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 각 수퍼비전 구성요소 및 기관 정책적 측면의 다양한 대안들을 제언하였다.

High-performance Semitransparent a-InGaZnO4 Thin-film Transistors Using Thin Al Electrodes

We investigate the feasibility of a 10-nm-thick semitransparent layer of Al as gate electrodes, instead of a conducting oxide, for bottom-gate-type amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide thin-film transistors (a-IGZO TFTs). Good adhesion with glass and plastic substrates is reported for 10-nm-thick Al-gate electrodes, with a sheet resistance of 32 Ω /ㅁ. The described semitransparent a-IGZO TFT also shows about a 70%-transmittance. A device operating at low voltage, a saturation mobility of 4.45 cm2/V s, a subthreshold swing of 1.06 V/decade, an off-current of about 10−11 A, and an on-off ratio of 107 at an operating gate voltage of 5 V are reported.

Purpose: The purpose was to investigate the factors influencing the alcohol consumption behavior of adolescents to provide basic data for a nursing intervention program to improve health management and prohibit alcohol consumption. Method: The subjects were 306 university students, living in K city in Chungnam province from April 1 to 20th, 2002. The instruments used were the alcohol consumption behavior scale, that is the drinking intensity score, and developed by Shin's scale of drinking problem, refusal self-efficacy scale by Aas et. al.(1995), alcohol expectancy by Goldman et. al.(1989), TPQ scale by Cloninger(1991), depression scale by Zung, family cohesion scale by Olson et. al.(1983). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS &SAS program. Results: The multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of alcohol consumption behavior was the influence of friends(drinking everyday) (17.0%). A combination of alcohol expectancy (8.0%), influence of friends(4.0%), father's influence(2.0%), depression(2.0%), refusal self-efficacy (1.0%), personality of harm avoidance(1.0%), and monthly pocket money (2.0%) accounted for 38.6% of the variance in alcohol consumption behavior. Conclusion: From the results, we recommend to use the database that develops nursing intervention program for decreasing the alcohol consumption behavior including the influencing factors in university students.

한국인의 기후변화 신념, 위험인식, 대응행동(개인행동, 정책지지) 간의 관계와 커뮤니케이션 채널(전통미디어 vs. 소셜미디어 vs. 대인 커뮤니케이션)의 역할을 탐구하였다. 기후변화 신념은 위험인식을 매개하여 개인행동과 정책지지에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 이러한 영향은 커뮤니케이션 채널별로 다르게 나타났다. 전통미디어는 기후변화 신념에 정적인 영향을 미침으로써 간접적으로 개인행동과 정책지지에 영향을 미쳤고, 직접적으로 대응행동에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 소셜미디어는 위험인식에 유의한 영향을 주어 간접적으로 개인행동과 정책지지에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 대인 커뮤니케이션은 위험인식, 개인행동, 정책지지에 정적인 영향을 주어 대응행동에 직간접적으로 영향을 주었다.

본 논문은 격리도가 향상된 US-PCS 대역 댁내용 중계기 안테나를 제안하였다. 일반적으로 중계기는 송신신호와 수신 신호 사이의 간섭을 줄이기 위해 격리도 확보가 필요하다. 그러므로 선형 편파 특성이 우수한 IBD(Integrated Balun Dipole) 안테나에 편파 다이버시티 기법과 캐버티, 멀티 캐버티, 개구정합 방법을 사용하여 안테나의 전후방비 개선을 위한 연구를 하였다. 시뮬레이션과 측정을 통해 개구 정합 방법과 편파 다이버시티 기법을 동시에 사용한 안테나는 US-PCS 대역에서 VSWR < 1.5의 대역폭, 8 dBi 이상의 이득, 그리고 약 15$\~$24dB의 격리도 개선효과가 있음을 확인하였다. This paper presents an antenna for US-PCS band indoor repeaters with enhancement of isolation. In common repeaters require an enough isolation to reduce the interferences between transmitted and received signals. Thus, it is investigated to improve front-to-back ratio of IBD(Integrated Balun Dipole) antenna which has a good linear polarization with a cavity or multi-cavity by using polarization diversity and aperture matching method. From the simulated and measured results, the antenna realized by using polarization diversity and aperture matching method has a VSWR below 1.5, gain over 8 dBi and enhanced isolation of 15$\~$24 dB in US-PCS band.

저소득 가정 아동을 위한 대학교 기반 멘토링 프로그램의 효과분석 및 모형제안:H대학교와 A시 위스타트센터의 연계 멘토링 사업을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 저소득 가정 아동을 대상으로 멘티 욕구맞춤형 멘토링 프로그램을 실시하고, 멘티와 멘토에 대한 프로그램의 효과성을 평가하여, 이를 토대로 대학교 기반 멘토링 프로그램 모형을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 멘티와 멘토 대상 사전사후검증 방법을 사용하였고, 멘토 6명을 대상으로 한 포커스그룹인터뷰 내용을 지속적비교분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 먼저, 사전사후분석결과, 멘티는 자기유능감, 대인관계 영역에서, 멘토는 대인관계, 의사소통, 팀워크, 문제해결 진로의사결정 영역에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 포커스그룹인터뷰 결과는 긍정성을 토대로 한 적극적인 의사소통노력, 상호발전 노력으로 하나 된 팀워크 생성, 다체계적 인간관계발전으로 성장함, 새로운 발견과 시도로 증진된 진로생각이라는 4가지 상위범주 영역 하에, 각 영역의 하위범주로, 1) 멘토와의 눈높이 소통이 상호이해를 증진함, 능동적인 소통 노력이 멘토 자신을 성장케 함, 2) 팀이라는 존재 자체의 든든함, 과업수행을 위한 팀 내 멘토 간 상호작용이 증진함, 3) 어린 멘티와 상호 교제함으로 성장함, 교수진 슈퍼비전 통해 배움, 인간관계를 다양화함, 4) 스스로를 재발견하고 바로 세움, 멘토와 멘티의 소망을 현실화하기 위해 애씀, 과업을 자발적으로 수행하기 위해 노력함, 전공에 대한 이해와 열정이 깊어짐으로 분석되어 양적 분석 결과를 지지함을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학교 기반 멘토링 프로그램의 운영모형을 제언하였다.

캐나다 토론토 H 정신건강협회 슈퍼비전 및 직원개발 체계

본 리뷰는 토론토 H 정신건강협회의 슈퍼비전 및 직원개발 체계의 현황과 발전방향을 살펴보고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 H 협회에서 근무하는 사회복지사 2명을 대상으로 2019년 10월, 각각 60분-90분, 2회의 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 본 사례는 인터뷰 내용을 중심으로 요약, 발췌하였고 협회 소개, 협회의 슈퍼비전 및 직원개발 체계소개, 슈퍼비전과 직원개발 체계의 문제점 및 발전방향 등을 중심으로 정리하였다. 마지막으로 H 협회 사회복지사 인터뷰 결과를 토대로 한국 사회복지현장에의 함의를 제시하였다.
