Economic benefit analysis of distributed generation (DG) is helpful for the formulation and adjustment of the DG industry policy, and the dynamic visual simulation model couldimprove the accuracy in decision making. This paper first reviewed the domestic and foreign research status of distributed generation(DG)economic benefit, then analysed the direct benefits, indirect benefits and the costs of DG through the cost-benefit master model of DG set up by System Dynamics method. Meanwhile, each cost-benefit sub model is also provided. Finally simulation for 5 MW photovoltaic power station is carried out and its costs and benefits are presented. The validity of the model was verified for the results conforming to the anticipated target, the results also showed that subsidies had significant effects on the benefits of DG and the indirect benefits, especially carbon reduction benefit are obvious.

최근 중국의 산업에서 “인터넷+”와 전통산업의 융합으로 인터넷 보험이 발전되었 고, 이는 중국 국민 경제에 지대한 영향을 주고 있다. 본 연구는 기술 수용 모형(TAM) 을 기반으로 한 인터넷 보험 이용자의 이용요인을 분석함으로써 중국 인터넷 보험사들 의 경쟁력 증진 전략을 수립하는데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공할 것이다. 중국 보험 이용자의 지각된 인지와 신뢰성 인지라는 두 가지 변수를 도입하여 보험 이용자의 이 용요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 AMOS 23.0 구조방정식 소프 트웨어를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하여, 연구가설과 연구모형의 적합성을 검증하였 다. 분석결과, 지각된 인지와 신뢰성의 인지는 인지 유용성과 인지 사용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 인지 사용성과 인지유용성은 중국 인터넷 보험 가입 자의 이용의도에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 중국 인터넷 보험가 입자들에게 일률적인 서비스를 제공하기 보다는 인터넷 보험가입자들의 특성에 적합 한 차별적인 서비스 전략의 필요성을 명확하게 함으로서 보험 가입자의 이용 만족도를 증진시킬 있음을 제안할 수 있다. Recently, in the Chinese industry, the continuous integration of “internet +” and traditional industries has led to the rapid development of internet insurance, which has exerted a far-reaching impact on China’s national economy. In this study, based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), through the analysis of the use factors of internet policy holders, provides useful basic information for the establishment of the competitiveness enhancement strategy of China’s internet insurance companies. This study introduces the risk perception and trust perception of Chinese internet insurance policy holders and analyzes the influencing factors of their use intention. For the purpose of this study, AMOS 23.0 structural equation software was used for empirical analysis. and it verifies the rationality of the research hypothesis and research model. The results show that perceived risk and perceived trust affect perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Moreover, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness also have a certain impact on the use intention of chinese internet policy holders. This study suggests that, instead of providing consistent services for internet policy holders in China, it is better to make clear the necessity of differentiated service strategies suitable for the characteristics of internet policy-holders, so as to enhance the use satisfaction of internet policy-holders.
Plasmonic Nanoantennae Fabricated by Focused Ion Beam Milling

We show a novel approach to fabricate plasmonic nanoantennae based on a maskless focused ion beam nanoring patterning process. Antenna nanoarrays with desired outlines are achieved by precisely controlling the geometric parameters during the milling process. Various nanoantenna designs of bow-tie, nanoclusters (pentamers), and ellipsoid shaped satellites surrounded particle lattices arerealized. The whole fabrication method is programmable and monolithic since only a one-step milling process is involved. The opticalproperties are experimentally characterized. Such nanoantennae may find extensive applications in chemical/bio-sensing due toremarkably enhanced near field intensity at the plasmon resonance.
Ceratovacuna atrovirensa Qiao, a new species from China (Aphididae: Hormaphdinae)

Ceratovacuna atrovirensa Qiao sp.n., a woolly aphid on Indocalamus tessellatus from China, is described and illustrated. The new species is supported by both morphological and molecular data. An updated key to apterous viviparous females of Ceratovacuna is provided. The type specimens are deposited in the National Zoological Museum of China, Institute of Zoology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China and the Natural History Museum, London, United Kingdom.

고려 말의 역성형명은 이념적으로 새로운 정세에 부흥하고 낡은 불교를 대체할 수 있는 정신적인 힘과 이론적인 도구를 요청하였다. 고려 말에 수용되어 조선 초에 이르러 지속적으로 발전된 주자학은 이러한 시대적 요청에 따라 크게 발전하게 되었다. 일면으로는 주자학의 진리성(眞理性)이 권력의 지지를 얻게 되었고 다른 일면으로는 주자학도 그 진리성에 의하여 정치통치의 합리성을 위한 사상적 의의의 버팀목이 되었던 것이다. 이러한 절묘한 결합으로 인하여 한국의 주자학은 조선왕조의 건립과 발걸음을 같이 하여 세월이 갈수록 국가정치통치의 핵심적인 이념과 사회의 주류적인 문화로 성장하였을 뿐만 아니라, 일종의 제도화(制度化)된 존재로서 조선사회에 깊이 뿌리내리게 되었다. 즉 한국주자학은 새로 탄생된 조선왕조에 의해 수용되는 과정에서 국가권력과 밀접하게 결합되고, 정치도덕실천에서는 대의명분을 따지고 의리를 추구하며, 주자학의 이론연구에서는 ‘심’, ‘경’등과 같은 개념에 주력하는 특징을 드러냈다. The Dynasty Change Revolution which occurred in the late Koryo and early Choseon dynasties, asked for the ideal introduction of new mental strength and theoretical tools which could adapt to the new situation and substitute old Buddhism. Zhuism which was introduced in late Koryo and developed in the early Choseon period coincided with the day. It got the opportunity for great development as the the ruling class supported its truth. On the other hand, Neo-Confucianism also provided significant support for the rationality of reality ruling based on its truth. This ingenious combination synchronized Korea Zhuism and the Choseon Dynasty. Zhuism increasingly became the core idea of political domination and mainstream culture of the society. It also rooted deeply into Choseon society as an institutionalized presence. Hence, Zhuism showed some notable features while it assimilated into the newly found Choseon Dynasty, including close combination with the state system, dedication to rationalism during political and moral practice, and pursue of ‘mind’ and ‘respect’ in its theoretical research.
Cloning and Expression of Mycobacterium bovis Secreted Protein MPB83 in Escherichia coli

The gene encoding MPB83 from Mycobacterium bovis Vallee111 chromosomal DNA was amplified by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique, and the PCR product was approximately 600bp DNA segment. Using T-A cloning technique, the PCR product was cloned into pGEM-T vector and the cloning plasmid pGEM-T-83 was constructed successfully. pGEM-T-83 and pET28a(+) were digested by BamHI and EcoRI double enzymes. The purified MPB83 gene was subcloned into the expression vector pET28a(+), and the prokaryotic expression vector pET28a-83 was constructed. Plasmid containing pET28a-83 was transformed into competence Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3). The bacterium was induced by isopropyl-$\beta$-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG) and its lysates were loaded directly onto sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), approximately 26 kDa exogenous protein was observed on the SDS-PAGE. The protein was analyzed using Western-blotting. The results indicated that the protein was of antigenic activity of M. bovis. The results were expected to lay foundation for further studies on the subunit vaccine and DNA vaccine of MPB83 gene in their prevention against bovine tuberculosis.
