Gelidium (G.) elegans is a red alga inhabiting intertidal areas of North East Asia. We examined anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory effects of G. elegans, depending on drying and extraction conditions, by determining reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) in 3T3-L1 and RAW 264.7 cells. Extraction yields of samples using hot air drying (HD) and far-infrared ray drying (FID) were significantly higher than those using natural air drying (ND). The 70% ethanol extracts showed the highest total phenol and flavonoid contents compared to other extracts (0, 30, and 50% ethanol) under tested drying conditions. The scavenging activity on 2,2-diphenyl- 1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and nitrite correlated with total phenol or flavonoid content in the extracts. The greatest DPPH scavenging effect was observed in 70% ethanol extract from FID and HD conditions. The production of ROS and NO in 3T3-L1 and macrophage cells greatly decreased with the 70% ethanol extraction derived from FID. This study suggests that 70% ethanol extraction of G. elegans dried by FID is the most optimal condition to obtain efficiently antioxidant compounds of G. elegans.

An improved shovel design to minimize physical discomfort and the risk of cumulative trauma disorder at shoveling tasks is proposed in this study. Firstly, Korean standard data (KSB 7354, shovels and scoop) was used to check if they satisfy the anthropometric specification of Korean poulation in 1992. Secondly, for the discomfort shoveling tasks analysis, the mothods such as "Body Map" pictograph, self-conscious checklist, Ovako Working Posture are applied to field survey. Thirty one male and sixteen female subjects whose age are ranging from 18 to 65 voluntarily participed in the experiment. According to the results, the new shovel contributes to improving subjective comfort level(more than 40 degree) and reducing low back muscle fatigue. Through the research, we redesign the shovels and optimize the shoveling tasks in order to minimize the serious discomforts on workers back and shoulders.
FAGON: Fake News Detection Model Using Grammatical Transformation on Deep Neural Network

As technology advances, the amount of fake news is increasing more and more by various reasons such as political issues and advertisement exaggeration. However, there have been very few research works on fake news detection, especially which uses grammatical transformation on deep neural network. In this paper, we shall present a new Fake News Detection Model, called FAGON(Fake news detection model using Grammatical transformation On deep Neural network) which determines efficiently if the proposition is true or not for the given article by learning grammatical transformation on neural network. Especially, our model focuses the Korean language. It consists of two modules: sentence generator and classification. The former generates multiple sentences which have the same meaning as the proposition, but with different grammar by training the grammatical transformation. The latter classifies the proposition as true or false by training with vectors generated from each sentence of the article and the multiple sentences obtained from the former model respectively. We shall show that our model is designed to detect fake news effectively by exploiting various grammatical transformation and proper classification structure.

최근 사용자들의 대량의 디지털 데이터들이 급격히 증가하면서 이종산업간 빅데이터가 제한된 시간에 빠르게 저장하고 활용할 수 있는 백업 고속화 기술이 요구되고 있다. 이종 산업 사이에서 사용자의 행동 패턴을 이용한 ICT 융합기술과 데이터 융합기술이 빅데이터 활용에 대한 사업부문 측면에서 빅 데이터 활용 분야와 그룹차원의 데이터 활용 관점과 이종 산업간 데이터 활용 융합 관점 기업 간 또는 이종 산업 간에 데이터를 융합하여 각자가 구축해 놓은 기반을 함께 활용하는 사례를 통해서 각 기업간의 유 · 무선 융합 신규서비스 발굴 등을 고찰해 보았다.

최근 생체인식 서비스가 지속적으로 보급되고 있으나 그에 대한 보안의 문제에 대해서는 개선되고 있지 않는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 생체인식 보안에 대해서 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 무아레 생체 인증의 보안성을 개선하기 위하여 퍼지 추출기를 이용해 무아레 생체 인증의 보안성을 효율적으로 개선하고, 기존에 있던 무아레 생체 인증 보안성과 퍼지 추출기를 이용한 무아레 생체 인증의 보안을 비교하는 방향을 제시한다.

기술의 발달로 많은 분야에서 CCTV를 사용하고 있는데, 통합관제시스템 및 운영에 대해 자세히 알아보고자 하며 또한 관제센터에서 CCTV의 설치 증가로 인한 유지보수 및 운영에 대한 문제점이 발생하고 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 시스템 솔루션을 개발하고자 한다. 또한 관제 시스템을 위한 새로운 솔루션이 필요한 만큼 본 논문에서는 CCTV 관제 센터에서 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 장애가 발생하는 CCTV를 파악하여 유지보수에 문제가 안 생기고 활용적인 운영이 가능하도록 기존 시스템에서 새로운 기술 및 기능을 추가한 시스템을 이용하여 문제점을 해결하여 원활한 운영이 될 수 있도록 제안을 하고자 한다.
