      • 風路에 의한 都市氣候環境 改善에 관한 硏究

        There are many mountains and isn't much development district in Busan area. so, progressing in the large-scale reclamation with the urbanization. It thinks for the climate change in Busan area to accelerate by the reclamation. The way of making improve to the city environment aggravation which comes in the urbanization and the reclamation. There is the city vegetation and city planning in this way. The following was concluded from this study. 1) The minimum temperature rose remarkably in Seoul and Daegu by urbanization but, in this case, the maximum temperature rose remarkably in Busan by progressing of urbanization. 2) As a result of the study, Indoc-kyo plays a role of the wind road but, The very few influences occur. 3) The high-rise apartment building district and the four-lane road compared favorably with the low-rise building district and two-lane road for influx of sea wind.

        배양 표피세포 이식의 생착에 관한 연구

        We cultured the keratinocytes from different donors for 3 weeks and the cultured keratinocyte sheets were applied to the 15 cases of patients who had hypertrophic scars on their extremities. (auto-??allografting) And the applied keratinocyte sheets were studied for the adaptation, growth ?? differentiation with light and electron-microscopy. The results were as follows; 1. Grafted epidermal cells started differentiation from second week post-grafting and showed a similar appearance to the normal epidermis at fourth week post-grafing. 2. Keratohyalind granules were seen from fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 3. Immature desmosome-tonofilament complexes were seen at cultured epidermal sheet and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 4. Rete ridges showed its appearance at fourth week post-grafting and showed a normal appearance at fifth month post-grafting. 5. Fine structures of epidermo-graft bed junction showed a discontinuous appearance at second week post-grafting and showed a normal continuous appearance at fifth month post-grafting. In summary, the 'take' of grafted epidermal sheets begins at fourth week post-grafting and completed at fifth month post-grafting.

        In this paper, we describe fabrication method and sensing functions of amorphous magnetostrictive wire. (Fe,Co)77Si8B5 chosen as nonstoichometric composition, is melted under high frequency induced furnance and then the melted composition is injection-quenched on water-flow at high speed revolution through the nozzle. As the result amorphous magnetostrictive-wires whose diameters are about 125㎛ are obtained On investigation of characteristics of the amorphous wires, a sharp Matteucci effect occurs even by low external magnetic field. It occurs by large Barkhausen jump due to magnetostriction of the amorphous wire. As the results of experiments, we find that amorphous-wires have sufficient characteristics needed as high sensitive security sensor material.

      • 大學캠퍼스에서의 建物認知·評價에 관한 硏究 : 東新大學校 캠퍼스 利用者를 對象으로 Focusing on the Users of Dong-shin University Campus

        In order to analyze the degree of cognition of name, use and location on the map, the degree of utilization and the degree of evaluation on university campuses, results of research at the Dong-shin university campus using the S.D method are as follows; 1. Campus user's level on cognition of building is not high generally and evaluation shows a little negative. The reason why the level of cognition is not high is less interconnectionizing of the road system and of the facility placement system by campus's being under formation step and also dispersion placement by facility unit on a small scale disturb understanding completely about campus design structure. Low evaluation is affected by the disharmony and the shortage of diversity between placement of each building and layout with campus design. 2. It shows that cognition level of name, use, location on the map of campus building are affected a lots by the utilization measure. 3. The results of factor analysis based on the original data of the SD evaluation of campus building leads to seven evaluation factors; pluralism, restrictions, shape, friendship, scale, estheticism, simplicity. 4. It appears evaluation on campus building is distinguished into the positive building group and the negative building group in accordance with the axis of building evaluation factor, do the program method which can form mutual complemental design structure must be induced in case of reconstruction, enlargement, new construction of the existing building.

        In this paper, a CMOS fully-differential complementary current-mode integrator adequate to design low-voltage, low-power and high frequency application circuit. The designed fully-differential complementary current-mode integrator has a new architecture. When the improved integrator is compared with proposed current-mode integrator, the new integrator has lower power dissipation and higher frequency range. The small signal analysis results are showed in table.1 with several improved characteristics. And the results of PSPICE simulation using ORBIT company's 1.2㎛ CMOS n-well processing parameter shows fig. 3.

        환경친화건축을 위한 기후맵 작성방안에 관한 연구 : 부산·경남지역 기후존 설정을 중심으로 Focused on Setting Climate Zone in Busan·Gyeongnam Area

        Recently the ecological building design has been considered to be very important as the interest has been gathered on environmental problems of the earth. For the ecological building design, it is essential to understand regional climatic characteristics correctly. But as no architect can ever study all of microclimate found in the specific region, architects must use the available published data and modify it to fit their specific site. For this purpose, long term weather data on the broad area are necessary but in Korea weather data can be collected from only sixty nine weather station. In this paper, therefore, the climate regions are divided and climate map(climate data table) is framed using the AWS(Automatic Weather monitoring System) data of 43 station and the data of 11 meterological observatories and weather station in Busan·Cyeongnam area.

        Many studies revealed the neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and chemopreventive actions of dietary flavonoids. The plausible mechanistic interpretation of the various effects of flavonoids was concentrated on the anti-oxidant or free radical-scavenging properties of these phytochernicals, both in model systems and under in vivo conditions. While there has been a major focus on the anti-oxidant properties. there is an emerging view that flavonoids and their in vivo metabolites. do not act as conventional hydrogen-donating anti-oxidants. but they may exert regulatory functions in cells through actions at protein kinase or lipid kinase signaling pathways. Flavonoids and more recently their metabolites. have been reported to act at phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI 3-kinase). Akt/protein kinase B(Akt/PKB), protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen activated protein kinase(MAP kinase), and various tyrosine kinases signaling cascades. Inhibitory or stimulatory actions at these pathways are likely to affect cellular function profoundly by altering the phosphorylation state of target molecules and by modulating gene expression. A clear understanding of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids, either as anti-oxidants or modulators of cellular signaling pathways, and the influence of their metabolism on these properties are key to the evaluation of these potent biomolecules as anti-cancer agents, cardio-protectants, and inhibitors of neurodegeneration.

        Reclamation area has a characteristic nature surroundings than a town-region or a inland area. It has a adverse conditions; low temperature, gale, much sunshine, moistured salt; at climate than inland area. In case propelling development with examining enough topography and climate characteristics of Water Front, climatic environment would grow worth. And it would lead to a rise of energy and maintenance expenses by calculating inaccurate capacity of installed equipments and by occurrence of defects of equipments. On this study, final object is selecting a friendly environment facility system and establishing a accurate energy supply and demand program in grasp of climate characteristic on reclaiming and developing in Busan Newport Area. So we drew up it based on AWS(Automatic Weather System) measure data and standard climate data in Busan Newport Area.

      • 軟弱地에서 動力耕耘機 沈下量 推定을 위한 平板의 適正形象 및 크기에 관한 硏究

        This study was conducted to determine the optimum shape and dimension of plate predicting the sink age of power tiller in soft paddy field. Various size of disc and rectangular plates were tried at five different soil moisture content, and the resules are summarized as follows. 1. Linear relationship is recognized between contact pressure and sinkage of plates using log-log paper at higher soil moisture content, but the plate sinkage is affected by hard pan in case of the lower moisture soil conditions. 2. Concerning the value of soil deformation coefficient K, the variation of measured values due to shape and size of plate can be practically negligible for the rectangular plates which have 2.5, 5 and 10cm width and with 2 or 3 aspect ratio, and the disc plate which has 20cm diameter. The variation of the exponent of sinkage n, can be practically negligible for the rectangular plates which have 5, 10 and 15cm width, and disc plates which have 20 and 30cm diameters. 3. Relationship between the sinkage of some type of plate and that of power tiller was linear. The closest relationship were found between the sinkage of power tiller and plates for 2.5 and 5cm width rectangular plates regardless of aspect ratio and for the disc plates having 10 and 20cm diameters. 4. Consequently, the optimum plate shape and size for predicting the sinkage of power tiller in soft paddy field are found as the rectangular plates which have 5 and 10cm width and 2 or 3 aspect ratio, and the disc plates having 10 and 20cm diameter.
