        A selective and quantitatively atomic absorption spectromethc measurements have been developed for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) with 0.1M Potassium thiocyanate and 2% Aliquat 336-MIBK. Cu(Ⅱ)-thiocyanate complex was extracted into quaternary ammonium salt and stripped into IN-HClO₄ solution. Beer's law obeys in the range of 8ppm in organic solvent. Analysis of Ni(Ⅱ) in seawater was performed by the proposed method.

      • 병풀(Centella asiatica) 엑스-베타시클로텍스트린 고체 분산체를 함유한 폴록사머 407 히드로겔 제조 및 피부투과

        Extract of Centella asiatica(ECA), which is poorly water-soluble extract from the Centella asiatica is known to express excellent wound healing properties. ECA-β-cyclodextrin (asiaticoside-β-cyclodextrin and genin-β-cyclodextrin) solid dispersion system, which was prepared by freeze-drying method, was formulated as gels containing poloxamer 407 and propylene glycol, and evaluated with respect to their viscosity. stability, skin permeation and drug amount in the skin of hairless mouse. The average molar ratio asiaticoside-β-CD and genin-β-CD was 1:1,7 and 1:22, respectively. When the molar ratio of genin and β-CD was 1:5, madecassic acid made 100% solid dispersion system and asiatic and about 65%. In dissolution study, >99% of asiaticoside from asiaticoside-β-CD was dissolved in 5 minutes, and >99% madecassic acid and >64% asiatic acid from genin-β-CD. The apparent viscosity of poloxamer 407 gels with ECA-β-CD solid dispersion system increased in proportion to poloxamer 407 and gels showed that asiaticoside was most stable and madecassic acid stable and asiatic acid similar to stability of gel with free ECA. The permeation amount of asiaticoside in poloxamer gels through-hairless mouse skin decreased as the concentration of poloxamer 407 increased. When propylene glycol was added at the level of 10%, the permeation amount of asiaticoside at poloxamer gels through hairless mouse skin increased but from 15% it decreased. The permeation of asiaticoside into the skin of hairless mouse was estimated to be about 0.10 ㎍/㎠.

      • (Sr_(1-x)Ca_x)_mTiO_3+yNb_2O_5 세라믹의 주파수 및 온도변화에 따른 유전특성

        시편은 1350(℃)의 환원분위기에서 소결하여 제작하였으며 소결된 시편의 양면에 금속산화물(CuO)을 도포하여 입계에 침투시켰다. 유전상수는 Ca의 치환량에 따라 15(mol%)까지는 거의 변화가 없었으며 20(mol%)에서는 감소하였고. Nb_20_5의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라서는 증가하였으며 0.8(mol%)이상에서는 감소하였다. 또한 유전손실의 온도특성은 치환 및 첨가량에 관계없이 0.5(%) 이내의 양호한 값을 나타내었다. 사용된 시편은 온도의 함수로서 주파수 증가에 따라 유전완화 현상을 나타내었으며. 완화주파수는 10^6(Hz) 이상이었다 The specimens were fabricated to form semiconducting ceramics by sintering at about 1350(℃) in a reducing atmosphere. After being fired in a reducing atmosphere, metal oxides(CuO) was Painted on the both surface of the specimens to diffuse to the grain boundary. The dielectric constant is not almost variation according to increase the substitutional contents of Ca, but decreased in Ca was exceed (Ca=20(mol%)). It were incrensed with increasing Nb_20_5.but decreased in (Nb_20_5 =0.8(mol%)) was exceed. Also, the temperature characteristics of the dielectric loss factor exhibited a stable value within 0.5(%) then not affectied by substitutional and additive contents. According to increase of the frequency as a functional of temperature, all specimens used in this study showed the dielectric relaxation, and the relaxation frequency was above 10^6(Hz).

        This article review the animals physical therapy. It is so called veterinary physical therapy. The animals physical therapist is working to physical therapy for animals in veterinary clinical field. The veterinary medicine has not veterinary rehabiliation medicine or physical therapy for animals, also physical therapy field in Korea. So, This research will explain about animals physical therapy of Korea and other countries' by journals and internet information and suggest the future of the animals physical therapist. Finally, The veterinary physical therapy is not used to veterinary clinical field in now. But, The veterinary physical therapy will desire to the view of medical serve and economy by the host of animals and clinical veterinarian the future. Animal physical therapy is a new and rapidly developing field of health care for animals. The benefits of physical therapy have long been recognized in humans. More recently, work in the veterinary field has shown the same benefits of physical therapy to be true for animal patients. Performing orthopaedic or neurological surgery, or fitting a human patient with a cast or splint, and then discharging the patient is an outdated approach. In such cases, physical therapy is clearly warranted. Similarly, recent research has shown that post-surgical rehabiltation and therapy after injuries significantly improves the functional outcomes for animals. Physical Therapy is a healthcare profession directed at evaluating, restoring and maintaining physical function and movement. Working with the owner, veterinarian and often other healthcare professionals, a physiotherapist helps your animal to achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being. Equipped with a specialized university Bacheloriate education and intensively educated in Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Histology, Neurology, and Pathology, PT's are able to assess, diagnose and treat movement and function. Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation are recognized sciences applied to both humans and animals. The goals of physiotherapy are to relieve pain, restore range of motion/movement, improve function, prevent injuries and expand the physical potential of the patient. Once in the field, physical therapists actively continue their education to keep up to date on the latest treatments and technologies. Via continuing education courses, physiotherapists can learn how to apply their unique and specialized knowledge to other animal species.

        Eugene O'Neill's object of self-exploration is to achieve a better understanding of man's inner life. He searches for "something" which oppresses and controls the psychological realities of human life. O'Neill defines "something" as "the Force behind- Fate, God, our biological past creating our present, whatever one calls it- Mystery certainly." the very mysterious, inscrutable Forces behind human life make O'Neill express himself in art. The characters in the middle play, The Great God Brown, positively struggle against the Force to overcome it. They try to achieve self-realization through the pursuit of a new god to give meaning to human existence and to comfort the fear of death. O'Neill suggests that man's blind pursuit of a material life in a capitalist society makes him dehumanized. Man is alienated by the god of science and materialism made by himself. His blind pursuit of the material life results in his spiritual corruption. O'Neill severely criticizes the established religions and a capitalist society, and seeks for his new god within man's inner self and purity.
