        Novel Three-Dimensional Knitted Fabric for Pressure Ulcer Prevention: Preliminary Clinical Application and Testing in a Diabetic Mouse Model of Pressure Ulcers

        Background Population aging has led to an increased incidence of pressure ulcers, resulting in a social burden and economic costs. We developed a three-dimensional knitted fabric (3-DKF) with a pressure-reducing function that can be applied topically in the early stages of pressure ulcers to prevent progression.Methods We evaluated the effects of the 3-DKF in a streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus pressure ulcer mouse model, and the fabric was preliminarily applied to patients. Twelve-week-old male C57BL/6 mice were used for the animal experiments. In the pressure ulcer mouse model, an ischemia-reperfusion injury was created using a magnet on the dorsa of the mice. Pressure was measured with BodiTrak before and after applying the 3-DKF to 14 patients at risk of sacral pressure ulcers.Results In the 3-DKF-applied mice group, the ulcers were shallower and smaller than those in the control group. Compared with the mice in the control group, the 3-DKF group had lower platelet-derived growth factor-α and neutrophil elastase expression, as parameters related to inflammation, and increased levels of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1, TGF-β3, proliferating cell nuclear antigen, and α-smooth muscle actin, which are related to growth factors and proliferation. Additionally, typical normal tissue staining patterns were observed in the 3-DKF group. In the preliminary clinical analysis, the average skin pressure was 26.2 mm Hg before applying the 3-DKF, but it decreased to an average of 23.4 mm Hg after 3-DKF application.Conclusion This study demonstrated that the newly developed 3-DKF was effective in preventing pressure ulcers through testing in a pressure ulcer animal model and preliminary clinical application.

      • Development and Application of Robotics Education Program based on Entrepreneurship for Engineering College Students in IT major

        The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a robotics education program based on entrepreneurship for engineering college students in IT major. To do this, It has been reviewed and consulted with experts on the program developed and developed the robotics education program based on entrepreneurship for engineering college students in IT major through literature review. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the IT engineering college students in “A” university which took a robot related lecture and conducted a satisfaction survey. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed robotics education program based on entrepreneurship which included the basic robotics education and the entrepreneurship project using hands-on robots. Second, Students submitted prototypes, start-up plans and presentations as a result of this project and were evaluated by internal professors and external experts by conducting start-up tests within the department. Third, the 81 university IT students who participated in the robotics education program based on entrepreneurship were very satisfied with the results of the projects. They also evaluated the program as a program that can cultivate a variety of core competencies. Because I was able to have both positive and negative thoughts about start-ups at the same time, I thought it was a must-have education before thinking about start-ups.

        허용적 러프집합에 의한 소프트웨어 분류

        소프트웨어의 측정값에 근거하여 소프트웨어 품질에 관한 의사결정을 할 때, 동치관계의 요구조건인 추이적(transitive) 특성이 항상 만족되는 것은 아니다. 순환수(cyclomatic number)가 거의 비슷한 프로그램에서, 하나는 ‘구조적인’ 프로그램 범주에 속하고 또 다른 하나는 ‘비구조적인’ 프로그램 범주에 속한다고 명확히 분류할 수 있는가하는 점이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 동치관계보다는 허용적 관계를 만족하는 허용적 러프집합에 근거한 소프트웨어 분류기준을 제시하고자 한다. 분류기준을 생성하기 위한 실험 데이터 집합을 수집하고, 집합 내의 각 원소에 관한 허용적 클래스들을 생성한 후, 각 허용적 클래스들의 중심값을 클러스터링하여 분류기준을 생성한다. 생성된 분류기준을 또 다른 실험 집합에 적용하여 비교 분석한 결과 생성된 분류기준이 타당함을 보여준다. When we decide the software quality based on the software measurement, the transitive property which is a requirement for the equivalence relations is not always satisfied. Given two programs whose cyclomatic numbers are about the same, it is difficult for us to decide clearly that one is ‘structural' and the other is ‘non-structural’. Therefore, we propose a rough set based method for software classification that employs a tolerance relation instead of an equivalence relation. We collect the experiment data and generate the tolerance classes for elements in the experiment data, and generate the classification ranges for the decision of the software quality by clustering the means of the tolerance classes. We also apply the generated classification ranges to another experiment data and show their validity by comparing and analyzing them.

      • 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 ‘블록체인기술 활용’ 키워드 분석 : 신문기사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 신문기사로부터 수집한 ‘블록체인기술 활용’ 관련 텍스트를 대상으로 텍스트마이닝을 수행하여 키워드를 중심으로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 신문기사는 빅카인즈로부터 21개의 언론에서 총 14,456건의 신문기사가 수집되었다. 이 때, 처음으로 관련 기사가 등장한 2013년부터 2019년 9월 30일까지의 보도자료를 수집하였다. 텍스트마이닝을 통하여 수집된 텍스트로부터 키워드를 추출하였고, 키워드 빈도 및 가중치를 분석하여 워드클라우드를 생성하였다. 분석결과, 신문기사는 2015년부터 기하급수적으로 증가하였으며 IT_과학 분야와 경제 분야에 집중되었다. 기간에 따라 차이는 있었지만 암호화폐, 비트코인, 가상화폐와 관련된 키워드의 가중치가 높았다. 또한, 금융거래에 집중되었던 블록체인기술은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능으로 점차 확장되었다. 이에 따라 기업의 키워드 변화도 함께 이루어져 은행에 집중되었던 초기에 비해 대기업과 글로벌 기업을 중심으로 관련 기업이 점차 증가하면서 블록체인 기술의 확산과 활성화를 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, text mining was performed on the texts related to ‘Blockchain technology’ collected from newspaper articles, and the results were analyzed based on keywords. Newspaper articles gathered data from Big Kines, and a total of 14,456 newspaper articles were collected through a total of 21 media. At this time, we collected press releases from 2013, when the article first appeared, to September 30, 2019. The keywords were extracted from the text collected through text mining, and the word cloud was generated by analyzing keyword frequencies and weights. Although there were differences according to the period, the weights of keywords related to cryptocurrency, bitcoin, and virtual currency were high. In addition, blockchain technology, which was focused on financial transactions, has gradually expanded to big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. As a result, the company’s keyword changes were also carried out, and the banks were able to confirm the activation of blockchain technology by expanding them to large companies and global companies.

        중학교 ‘기술․가정’의 기술 영역 단원(‘기술 활용’ 영역)을 위한 로봇 표준화 체험 활동 과제 개발

        이 연구는 중학교 ‘기술․가정’교과의 기술 영역 단원에서 표준화를 체험하기 위해 미래 사회의 국가 경쟁력의 화두로 자리잡고 있는 로봇기술과 표준화를 통합하여 로봇 표준화 체험활동 과제를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 준비, 개발, 평가의 단계를 거쳐 체험활동 과제를 개발하였다. 준비 단계에서는 중학교 교육과정의 표준 관련 내용 체계 및 성취기준을 분석하였으며 표준 체험 활동 과제 개발과 관련된 선행 연구를 고찰하였다. 또한, 표준 관련 성취기준에 부합하는 체험 활동 과제의 주제를 선정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 구체적인 표준화 체험 활동 과제를 개발하였다. 총 10차시로 개발된 표준화 체험 활동 과제는 교수 학습과정안, 학습활동지, 평가도구로 구성되었다. 평가 단계에서는 내용 전문가와 현장 전문가의 내용 검토 및 학생에 의한 평가를 바탕으로 체험 활동 과제의 개선할 점을 확인하여 수정․보완하였다. 개발된 체험 활동 과제는 ‘생활 용품의 스마트한 변신’이며, 과제는 문제 인식, 연구와 개발, 실현, 평가의 교수학습활동 과정에 따라 구성되었다. 특히, 이 연구에서는 표준화에 대한 기본적인 이해를 바탕으로 개발된 최신 기술을 표준화 전략과 함께 경험하도록 함으로써, 바람직한 표준화의 방향을 정확하게 이해할 수 있도록 가르칠 수 있다. 표준은 국가경쟁력을 강화하는 필수적인 요소인 만큼 기초적인 표준 체험 활동 과제와 함께 최신 기술과 관련된 표준 체험 활동 과제 개발이 지속적으로 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to develop a ‘robot and standardization’ hands-on activity in order to experience standardization in the “technology utiliy” domain under the 2015 Revised middle School “Technology & Home Economics” Subject Curriculum. So, We integrates robotics and standardization, which have become the issues of national competitiveness of the future society. The hands-on activity was developed in the following stages: preparation, development and improvement. Especially, the improvement stage is pilot-test and field-test to the students and the result were used to modify and improve the hands-on activity assignment. The developed hands-on activity assignment was “smart transformation of the living supplies,” and consisted of 4 stages : problem recognition, research and development, realization and evaluation. Specially, In this study, it is taught to understand the direction of desirable standardization by experiencing the latest technology developed based on the basic understanding of standardization with the standardization strategy.
