Objective: An ovarian dermoid cyst (ODC) as teratoma has a multiformity cells and tissues including inside like tooth, fat, hair and thyroid. But protein of ODC fluid was no completely characterization base on the ODC type. ODC fluid has a lot of great factors and possibility for stem cell control like proliferation and directional differentiation. Methods: This work a proof by Institutional Review Board comminutes in college of medical, Dank University. And we collect from volunteer of obstetric patient in department of obstetrics and gynaecology, Hospital in Dankook University. We investigate ODC fluid protein component analysis using by 9000 different protein chip array. Results: We have classified specific type like tooth abundant dermoid cyst. And we performed histological and biochemical study of each dermoid cyst tissue and fluid. We investigated the property of ODC sample by clinical diagnostics. Then we harvest ODC fluid. We performed ODC fluid analysis for cellular and biochemical functional study. In ODC fluid has a lot of good cytokine and growth factor. Conclusion: In conclusion, we identified tooth specific differentiation factor as BMP, VEGF, NGF and BDNF for dental differentiation factor from ODC fluid. Also fluid of ODC with tooth has a utilized for directional differentiation of mesenchymal stem cell for tooth agenesis for dental recovery.

Uterine sarcomas are rare mesodermal tumors that account for 3-7% of uterine cancer. They are a heterogeneous group of tumors and have poor prognosis. It is difficult to diagnosis at preoperatively, that the positive predictive value using image study such as Abdominal Pelvis computed tomography (AP-CT) or Pelvis magnetic resonance (MRI) scan is very low. We present a rare case of the primary ovarian fibrothercoma mimicking uterine sarcoma. A 89-years old postmenopausal women present with progressive abdominal pain and palpable abdominal mass. AP-CT revealed about 16cm sized uterine was suspected uterine sarcoma. Tumor markers are normal range. She underwent exploratory laparotomy. There are a huge irregular hard mass with several feeding vessels originated right ovary and grossly normal uterus and left adnexa. A surgical exploration was performed within whole abdomen. there was no metastatic nodules. we performed Right salpingo-oophorectomy and requested frozen biopsy at pathologist. It was a ovarian stromal tumor. Therefore, we performed total hysterectomy, Left salpingo-oophorectomy and both pelvic lymph node biopsy. The final pathologic diagnosis documented an ovarian fibrothecoma. This case reported an unusual case of the primary ovarian fibrothecoma mimicking uterine sarcoma.
