목적 : 초등학교 고학년 학생의 장애아동에 대한 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 김해시에 소재한 통합교육을 실시하지 않는 초등학교의 4, 5, 6학년의 비장애 아동이었다. 연구 기간은 2008년 10월 2일부터 10월 17일까지였으며, 설문지를 사용하였다. 설문지의 하위 영역은 사귐, 활 동, 학업 영역의 세 부분으로 각 10문항으로 이루어져 있으며 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 장애아동에 대한 인식조사 결과 첫째, 성별에 따른 인식은 남학생보다 여학생의 평균 점수가 높았으나 통계 적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 학년에 따른 인식은 4학년의 평균 점수가 가장 높았고 6학년이 가장 낮았으 며 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(F=3.546, p<0.05). 셋째, 장애인 접촉 유무에 따른 인식은 접촉 경험이 없 는 학생이 있는 학생보다 평균점수가 높았으나 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 결론 : 비장애학생의 장애아동에 대한 인식은 학년에 따라 차이가 있었다. 본 연구는 작업치료사들에게 장애아동에 대한 또래집단의 인식에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 학교환경에 대한 이해를 도울 수 있을 것이다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate attitude of grade-schoolers toward children with disabilities. Methods : The subjects of this study were grade-schoolers who have not received an inclusive education in Gim-hae. The study was surveyed from October second to 17th in 2008. The survey was categorized into three parts; comradeship, activity, and study. Each part of the survey consists of 10 questions. Data were analyzed by SPSS (version 12.0). Results : The results were as follows; First, the attitude of girls toward disabled students was non-significant compared to boys. Second, the order of attitude degree in grade of students was 4, 6, and 5. The attitude toward children with disabilities showed statistically significant difference according to grade(F=3.546, p<0.05). Third, the attitude of students who have experience of contact with people with disabilities was non-significant compared to non-experienced students. Conclusion : In conclusion, therefore peer groups in lower class levels showed more positive attitude toward the children with disabilities. The result will be useful information for understanding disabled children and making positive attitude. Also it is expected that occupational therapists help disabled children to participate in school life successfully using these information.
중합효소연쇄반응법을 이용한 급성 치수 및 치근단 질환의 병원성 세균의 동정

The purpose of this study was to investigate the frequency of 7 putative pathogens in endodontic infections. The specimens were collected from infected pulpal tissue of patients who were referred for root canal treatment to the department of conservative dentisty, Chosun University. Samples were collected aseptically using a barbed broach and a paper point. The cut barbed broaches and paper points were transferred to an eppendorf tube containing 500 ml of 1 X PBS. DNAs were extracted from the samples by direct DNA extraction method using lysis buffer (0.5% EDTA, 1% Triton X-100). Identification of 7 putative pathogens was performed by PCR based on 16S rDNA. The target species were as follows: Porphyromonas endodontalis, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia, Prevotella nigrescens, Bacteroides forsythus, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, and Treponema denticola. Our data revealed that the prevalence of P.endodontalis was found in 88.6% (39 / 54), P.gingivalis 52.3% (23 / 44), P.nigrescens 18.2%(8 / 44), P.intermedia 15.9% (7 / 44), B.forsythus 18.2% (8 / 44), A.actinomycetemcomitans 2.3% (1 / 44), T.denticola 25% (11 / 44) of the samples. The high prevalence of P. endodontalis and P.gingivalis suggests that they may play an important role in the etiology of endodontic infections.
Styrene과 2-Hydroxypropylacrylate(2-HPA) 공중합 특성

Solution copolymerization of Styrene(St.) with 2-Hydroxypropylacrylate(2-HPA) was carried out with Benzoylperoxide(BPO) as an initiator in toluene at 80℃ in a batch reactor. Reaction volume and reaction time were 0.3 liters, 7hours respectively. The time to reach steady state was about the six time. The monomer reactivity ratios, r1(St.) and r2(2HPS) were determined by both the Kelen-Tudos method and the Fineman-Ross method : r1(St.)=0.376(0.330), r2(2-HPA)=0.408(0.778). The activation energy of thermal decomposition was in range of 33∼55 kcal/mol.

<P>Background: Posttransplantation diabetes mellitus (PTDM) is an important metabolic complication after renal transplantation. Activation of the innate immune system via toll-like receptors (TLRs) is implicated in the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and deficiency. Although links between diabetes, dysregulated innate immune responses, and the TLR signaling pathway have been reported, no study so far has investigated their associations with PTDM. In this study, we ascertained whether single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in TLRs are associated with PTDM in the Korea population. Methods: A total of 305 patients who received renal transplants without previously diagnosed diabetes were included. We analyzed the association between PTDM development and 6 SNPs within 2 genes of TLR2, 1 gene of TLR4, and 3 genes of TRL6. Results: Of 305 patients, PTDM developed in 51 patients (16.6%). Patients in the PTDM group were older than those in the non-PTDM group (45.56 +/- 1.28 vs. 38.28 +/- 0.71 years). Patients with PTDM had significantly higher allele frequency compared to those without PTDM for the TLR4rs1927914*T, TLR6rs3775073*A, TLR6rs3821985*C, and TLR6rs1039559*C alleles. Of the 6 SNPs, rs1927914 in the TLR4 gene and rs1039559 in the TLR6 gene were significantly associated with the development of PTDM after adjustment for age, gender, and tacrolimus usage. Conclusions: Our study demonstrates a significant association between SNPs rs1927914 in TLR4 and rs1039559 in TLR6 and PTDM in the renal transplantation recipient group. These data suggest that the activation of the innate immune system and inflammation via TLR activation might have an essential role in the pathogenesis of PTDM in renal transplantation. (C) 2016 S. Persistence of Genetically Modified Potatoes in the Field

Volunteers from genetically modified (GM) potatoes may pose an environmental problemif allowed to grow in the field after the annual crop is harvested. We tested whether they are more likely to produce volunteers than non-GM potatoes. Specifically, we compared the number of volunteers, number of tubers per plant, tuber size, and their vertical distribution in the soil. More volunteer plants came from non-GM potatoes than from GM potatoes, but the number and size of tubers were similar between the two. Vertical distribution of the tubers differed significantly, with most non-GM tubers being found in shallower soil (<2 cm deep). Our results suggest that spontaneous GM volunteers may emerge and produce tubers to a degree similar to that of the non-GM plants. No viable volunteers emerged from GM tubers in the next growing season, probably deterred by winter frost and a period of low soil temperatures (below $-2^{\circ}C$) at our study site. However, in regions with warmer climates, such GM volunteers may survive Winter and produce more plants the following year.
