Korea's Tourism Policy had focused for the development of tourism industry during the past thirty years, but now it's time to change the tourism policy toward to the national tourism and build new paradigms for tourism education policy toward to the national tourism and build new paradigms for tourism education policy. one of them, the most important thing is the tourism education for the national tourist, because of the incorrected cognition of tourist. especially, in the mass tourism & mass leisure era, the education of tourism & leisure for the people will be impending task and lead to desirable and sound tourism activity. therefore, in this study the necessity of tourism education for the national tourist were suggested, the role & subject of the national tourist education were presented.

Automatic Name Line Detection for Person Indexing Based on Overlay Text

Many overlay texts are artificially superimposed on the broadcasting videos by humans. These texts provide additional information to the audiovisual content. Especially, the overlay text in news videos contains concise and direct description of the content. Therefore, it is most reliable clue for constructing a news video indexing system. To make the automatic person indexing of interview video in the TV news program, this paper proposes the method to only detect the name text line among the whole overlay texts in one frame. The experimental results on Korean television news videos show that the proposed framework efficiently detects the overlaid name text line.

Design and synthesis of pyrrolidine-containing sphingomimetics

<P>Based on the structures of natural sphingolipids, we designed heterocyclic sphingoid base mimetics in which the conformational restriction is introduced by incorporation of a pyrrolidine moiety between the 2-amino group and the C-4 carbon atom of the sphingoid base. Our synthesis features a regioselective nucleophilic ring opening of a cyclic sulfate with cyanide and subsequent manipulation of the cyanide group. During the course of synthesis, Staudinger-type reductive cyclization of 1,3-azido carboxylic acid and 1,4-azido alcohol offers a direct route to the five-membered pyrrolidone and pyrrolidine products. Microbial respiration-based detection of enrofloxacin in milk using capillary-tube indicators

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A simple method was developed for detecting enrofloxacin in milk using microbial respiration and capillary-tube indicators. A glass vial containing <I>E. coli</I> ATCC 11303 in LB was spiked with enrofloxacin and sealed with a screw cap supporting a silicon septum. A capillary tube with a drop of ink was inserted through the septum, and the ink-level change was measured. The growth of <I>E. coli</I> produced CO<SUB>2</SUB> gas, which increased the pressure inside the vial and raised the ink level in the capillary tube; in this manner, small changes in the gas volume were translated into large changes in the ink level. The increase in the ink level was inversely proportional to the concentration of enrofloxacin, which suppressed the growth of <I>E. coli</I>. Atypical Cellular Chorangioma: a rare case and review

Chorangioma of placenta is a benign and common tumor of the placenta composed of blood vessels in 0.5-1% of all pregnancies. Most chorangiomas are small and do not produce any symptom. But a tumour> 4 cm in size is called a giant chorioangioma and associated with maternal, fetal and neonatal complications. The maternal complications include preeclampsia, polyhydramnios, fetal growth restriction, fetal anemia, cardiomegaly and an increasing the risk of preterm labour and placental abruption. Atypical cellular chorangioma is mitotically active tumor with focal necrosis, exhibiting histologic features of a sarcoma. Some authors have suggested that these occasional chorangiomas require evaluation of malignancy. We describe an unusual chorangioma with high cellularity and abundant mitosis that, after careful examination and postpartum follow-up in 30years-old primiparous women (31 gestational weeks with PPROM). Also the careful ultrasonographic examination was also important in prediction palcenta disease.

Person Browser System Based on Named Entity Recognition for Broadcast News Interview Videos

This work introduces a novel approach to extract meaningful content information from video by collaborative integration of image understanding and natural language processing. We developed a person browser systemthat associates faces and overlaid name texts in videos. This approach takes news videos as a knowledge source,then automatically extracts face and assoicated name text as content information. The proposed framework consistsof the text detection module, the face detection module, and the person indexing database module. The successfulresults of person extraction reveal that the proposed methodology of integrated use of image understanding techniques and natural language processing technique is headed in the right direction to achieve our goal of accessingreal content of multimedia information

The identification and quantification of biogenic amines in Korean turbid rice wine, Makgeolli by HPLC with mass spectrometry detection

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A rapid and reliable method for the simultaneous determination of 9 biogenic amines (BAs; agmatine, phenylethylamine, tyramine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tryptamine, spermidine, and spermine) in Korean turbid rice wine, Makgeolli, was optimized and validated using ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS). This method involves pre-treatment with Makgeolli to remove proteins and a pre-column dansylation of the BAs. The BAs were separated on a C18 column under an LC gradient and were detected by MS/MS using the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The calibration curve of the proposed method was linear in the range of 0.5–500?ng/mL with a correlation value (r<SUP>2</SUP>) greater than 0.9683. The limits of detection (LODs) for the BAs were 0.1–4.6?ng/mL. Intra-day and inter-day relative standard deviations (RSDs) were <14.9% and <14.5%, respectively. This proposed method has been applied to the quantitative determination of all of the analytes, with recoveries of 83.0–108.7% for the Makgeolli samples. The established method was sufficient to determine the 9 BAs in Makgeolli samples. As a result, this method was successfully applied to the sensitive determination of tyramine, phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tryptamine, spermidine, and spermine in Makgeolli samples.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Development of 9 biogenic amines in Makgeolli by a new UHPLC–MS/MS. </LI> <LI> Method of validation provides suitable linearity, precision and high sensitivity. </LI> <LI> Occurrence of biogenic amines in Makgeolli collected from Korea market. </LI> <LI> This method was appropriated for determining biogenic amines in fermented food matrices. </LI> </UL> </P>

Conceptual design and implementation of Pulse Automation and Scheduling System for KSTAR

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The world clock based automatic sequential operation manipulator has been developed and begin to work on the 7th campaign in KSTAR Tokamak. The Pulse Automation and Scheduling System (PASS) divided into Pulse Automation System (PAS) and Pulse Scheduling System (PSS). The PAS is on the online control system and it has communicated with many other local control systems. Before PASS, the plasma experiment was performed manually by using Central Control System (CCS). However the PASS currently manipulates the sequential operation of KSTAR with the programmed shot interval time. It provides readiness check routine, shot time handler, and local system monitoring functions. The PASS has no hardware dependency and it was configured with EPICS extensions. The Real Time Monitoring System, PCS_GATE, Automatic Reporting System, Central Control System, and Timing Synchronization System are well organized and they communicate to each other. The PASS provides perceptual operation status, easy time manipulator, and intuitive man machine interface. The plasma disruption information which is used in the KSTAR standard software framework also comes from the PASS. We describe the functions and system architecture of the Pulse Automation System in this paper.
