        크롬(Ⅵ)의 체내 흡수와 소실속도에 관한 연구

        The CrO3 mostly used in plating. metal surface disposal, leather, cosmetic manufacturing, as an experiment material by repeatedly inhaling and exposure the male S.D. rats at a 0.00, 0.2., 0.50, 1.25 mg/㎡ concentration(particle size: 0.5-0.5 aerosol)6hours a day, 5day a week in 13weeks comparing with 2weeks, 8weeks of recovery group about the noxiousness of the experiment animal and the reduce scale of the CrO3 in the internal organ especially in blook and respiratory organ with the period of convalescent and clearance. The experiment results which we received are as follows. 1. In blood the RBC, HGB and HCT experiment, rats with 0.20, 0.50 mg/㎡ concentration showed that there were some decreases but not dependent. The kidneys absolute weight compared with control group was reduced intentionally(p〈0.05) and the lungs absolute weight compared with control group showed intentional increase(p〉0.05). 2. After the exposure of the experiment material, the whole blook, l\blood plasma and red blood cell in blood by (x): the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr concentration, was y=66.51 e -0.057x, y=67.2 e-0.101x, y=70.01 e-0.030 in 0.50 mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life (day)was estimated 12.0, 6086, 23.0 each. 3, After the exposure of the experiment material, the experiment animals lung, liver and kidneys by(x); the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr conentration, was y=1808 e-0.00493x, y=12.02e-0.0297x, y=67.61 e-0.0292x in 0.50mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life(day)was estimated 140.6, 23.3, 23.7, each, and including lung, liver with all of the experiment internal organs, the Cr clearance decreased as the exposure concentration increased.

Sang-Woo Kim, Jae-Young Choi, and co-workers report on p. 2187 the electrical and structural stability of the nanogenerators, with excellent charge scavenging performance under external mechanical loads such as bending and rolling.       • 人蔘粉末을 投與한 瀉血家兎의 血液化學値에 관한 硏究

        In order to investigate the influence of the panax ginseng powder on the blood picture and serum chemical values of the rabbits which were depleted 20% of the amount of total blood from heart and which were devided control group, 8 heads and feeded panax ginseng powder group, 9 heads following experimental studies had been carried out with the rabbits(body weights were 1.5kg. to 2.0kg.). 1. There were no significant difference between control and experimental group in changes of number of erythrocyte. But at the three hours after blood depletion, the number of erythrocyte of control group were significantly decreased(p<0.05) than that of the prior period to blood depletion of the group. 2. The numbers of leucocyte of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group. 3. The numbers of reticulocyte were markedly increased in experimental group than that of the control group(p<0.01) in early time after blood depletion. 4. There were not observed any significant differences in the hemoglobin, calcium, phosphate and magnesium values between the control and experimental group. 5. Ion-calcium of the control group was significantly decreased after 12 hours(p<0.05) and 24 hours of the blood depletion(p<0.01). 6. In the experimental group, the serum cholesterol was decreased than that of the control group in early stage after depletion but it was increased continuously and over the normal range in late.

        나노 반도체 광촉매 동향 및 정보분석

        나노 반도체 광촉매는 활용범위가 광범위하고 반응성이 우수하며 시스템 구성이 간편하다는 장점 때문에 그 응용분야가 지속적으로 확대되고 있어 기술의 파급성 및 응용성 또한 매우 높은 분야로 주목받고 있는 실정이다 이에 본고에서는 국내외 나노 반도체 광촉매의 개발현황 및 전망에 대하여 기술하였으며, 또한 나노 반도체 광촉매를 포함한 나노 촉매분야 전반에 대한 문헌 및 특허자료를 활용하여 정보적 측면에서의 기술동향을 분석하였다.

      • 정어리 Sarcoplasmic Protein과 Myfibillar Protein의 특성비교

        일반적으로 기능성이 떨어져 가공도중 거의 대부분 폐기되는 어육 sarcoplasmic protein의 재활용성여부를 검토하기 위하여, 그의 특성을 가공특성의 주체적역할을 하는 것으로 알려진 myofibrillar protein의 특성과 비교하였다. 또한 이들을 succinic anhydride로 acyl화시켰을 때 단백질의 특성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 정어리 sarcoplasmic protein과 myofibrillar protein의 함량은 각각 15.7, 56.0%이였고, 1/100량의 succinic anhydriede를 사용했을 때 acyl화도는 각각 25.0, 31.0%를 나타내었다. 2. Sephadex G-75 gel여과 pattern에서는 sarcoplasmic protein은 뚜렷한 3개의 큰 작은 peak를 나타내었으나 myofibrillar protein의 경우는 뚜렷한 2개의 peak와 작은 3개의 peak를 나타내었다. 또 acyl화의 영향은 Sarcoplasmic pratein의 경우는 작은 peak는 사라지고 가운데 두 큰 peak에 집중된 pattern을 나타내었다. myofibrillar protein의 경우는 acyl화가 단백질의 분리능에는 큰 영향을 나타내지 않았으나 앞의 큰 peak가 현저히 증대되는 현상을 나타내었다. 3. SDS-PAGE pattern에서 Sarcoplasmic protein은 30Kd정도의 굵은 band와 여러개의 엷은 band를 나타내었으며 sarcoplasmic protein은 분자량 17∼68Kd에 해당하는 약간 작은 수의 엷은 band들을 나타내었다. 4. Sarcoplasmic protein과 myofibrillar protein의 기능성특성에서는 각각 유화활성 53.1, 57.6%, 유화용량은 16.8, 25.0㎖, 기포용량 275,387㎖, 거품안정성 19.3, 21.3㎖로서 sarcoplasmic protein이 myofibrillar protein에 비하여 다소 떨어지나, 흡수성과 열응고성은 각각 3.9, 3.5㎖, 95.0, 92.0%로서 오히려 sarcoplasmic protein쪽이 다소 큰 경향을 타나내었다. 5. Sarcoplasmic protein과 myofibrillar protein의 기능성특성에 대한 acyl화의 영향은 모두 유화활성, 유화용량, 거품안정성, 흡수성 등이 증대되는 경향을 나타내었으나 sarcoplasmic protein의 흡수성이 현저히 크게 증대되었으며 myofibrillar protein의 거품용량은 다소 감소되는 등의 차이를 나타내었다. 6. Acyl화에 의하여 두 단백질의 용해도는 모두 다소 증대된 경향을 나타내었으나 pH 변화에 따른 용해도의 변화에는 큰 영향을 나타내지 않았다. Sardine tissue contains about 16% of sarcoplasmic protein. The sarcoplasmic proteins are usually wasted during the processing of fish products. In order to examine the reuse of waste portion, the physicochemical and functional properties of sarcoplasmic protein were compared with those of myofibillar protein from sardine, Sardinops melanosticata. And then the effects of acylation with succinic anhydride on the characteristics of sarcoplasmic protein were compared with those on the characteristic of myofibrillar protein. The results were as follow: 1) The yields of sarcoplasmic protein and myofibrillar protein were 15.7 and 56.0%, and their acylation degrees with succinic anhydride were 25.0 and 31.0%, respectively. 2) In gel-filtration through Sephadex G-75, the sarcoplasmic protein showed 3 big peaks and 2 small peaks, while the myofibrillar protein showed 2 peaks and 2 small peaks. 3) In SDS-PAGE pattern, sarcoplasmic protein showed one thick band of about 30Kd and several thin bands of broard range's molecular weights, while myofibrillar protein showed morefew thin bands of 17∼68Kd. 4) Emulsifying activity, emulsifying capacity, aeration capacity, water absorption, and viscosity of sarcoplasmic protein were smaller than those of myofibrillar protein. But the foam stability of sarcoplasmic protein was greater than that of myofibrillar protein. 5) The detected functionalities of sarcoplasmic protein increased 1.1 through 2.8 folds by acylation with succinic anhydride. The emulsifying activity, emulsifying capacity, foam stability, and water absorption of myofibrillar protein increased 1.1 through 2.7 folds, but its aeration capacity, heat coagulation and viscosity decresed to 0.8 through 0.4 folds by acylation with succincic anhydride. 6) The pH-dependence of solubilities of sarcoplasmic protein showed one isoelectric area of pH5, while that of myofibrillar protein showed two isoelectric areas of pH5 and 9. Acylation affected the pH-dependence of solubilities of myofibrillar protein, but not those of sarcoplasmic protein.

      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        Recently many studies on technical development of close range photogrammetry have been performed actively to monitor structural deformation precisely and stability of structures effectively. Different from the ground surface which only needs one-sided analysis, the terrestrial structures require many-sided analysis. Therefore, the development of ideal and precise analytical techniques are urgently needed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy of the three dimensional positions in accordance with control configuration and number of control points. For this purpose, a cylinderical structure was taken as an object, for which multiple circular strip was formed. In the next process, using bundle adjustment, the solutions of space resection and space intersection were obtained.

        This study proposes a reliability based design criteria for the reinforced concrete slab system. Resistence and load factors corresponding to the target reliability index (β_0 = = 3.0) which is considered to be appropriate level of reliability are calculated by using the proposed methods. Because of the large variation in load-effect uncertainties, the magnitudes of the factors varied considerably depending on the design section being considered. The same set of load factors associated with different resistence factors for each different design bay of a slab system are adopted as a reliability based design criteria for the purpose of practical. design applications.

        실리콘 겔에 활성화된 복강 대식세포의 interleukin-6 및 tumor necrosis factor-α에 의한 섬유모세포 중식 자극

        Silicone gel breast implants may induce local(fibrous capsular contracture) or systemic(rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis, etc) complications. The exact mechanism of fibrous capsular contracture has not been fully understood. In the present study, we tried to find out the effect of silicone gel on the fibroblast proliferation which has been known as a major contributing factor in fibrous capsular contracture formation. In vitro, activated macrophages are known to secrete monokines which affect fibroblast proliferation and collagen synthesis. And tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6), which were released by macrophages, were reported as potent stimulator of fibroblast proliferation. The goal of this study is to investigate the role of macrophages and tumour necrosis factor-αor interleukin-6 in the interaction of fibroblasts and silicone gel. We designed four groups, two experimental and two control, using Institute for Cancer Research(ICR) mouse peritioneal macrophage and silicone gel. For the preparation of the conditioned medium of macrophages, peritoneal macrophages were prepared and cultured for 24 hours on the silicone gel-coated and naked (not coated) surface [silicone gel-macrophage conditioned medium(SCM; experimental group) and normal polystyrene-macrophage conditioned medium(NCM; control group) respectively]. To correct the effect of 10% fetal bovine serum which was included in Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing Institute (RPMI) 1640 medium and draw the effect only by macrophages, the RPMI 1640 medium with 10% fetal bovine serum was cultured by the same method on the silicone gel-coated and naked surface (silicone gel-macrophage free conditioned medium; SFM and normal polystyrene-macrophage free conditioned medium; NFM respectively). Each conditioned medium was added onto NIH 3T3 fibroblasts culture at a final 25% concentration of total culture medium and followed by the cultivation for 24 hours. For antibody neutralizing experiments, each conditioned medium was preincubated with polyclonal rabbit anti-mouse TNF-α antibody or polyclonal rat anti-mouse IL-6 antibody for 1 hour and then, conditioned medium with antibody was added to the culture medium of NIH 3T3 fibroblasts by the same method. After 24 hours cultivation, total number of viable fibroblast(cell growth), DNA synthesis and collagen synthesis of fibroblasts with each medium were measured by sulforhodamine B(SRB) assay, 3H-thymidine and 3H-proline incorporation respectively. The results were as follows: 1. In the experiment about the effect of the conditioned medium on the fibroblast activity, the experimental group(SCM), compared with the control group(NCM), showed a significant increase of the cell growth (p<0.01), a significant decrease of DNA synthesis(p<0.001), but no significant difference in the collagen synthesis. 2. In the experiment about the effect of polyclonal rabbit anti-mouse TNF-α antibody on the fibroblast activity, after the addition of antibody the experimental group, compared with the control group, showed a significant decrease of the cell growth(p<0.001), a significant increase of DNA synthesis(p<0.01), but no significant difference in the collagen syn thesis. 3. In the experiment about the effect of polyclonal rat anti-mouse IL-6 antibody on the fibroblast activity, after the addition of antibody the experimental group, compared with the control group, showed a significant decrease of the cell growth(p<0.001), a significant increase of DNA synthesis(p<0.0001), but no significant difference in the collagen synthesis. In conclusion, culture supernatants (conditioned medium) of peritoneal macrophages, activated by silicone gel, stimulate the NIH 3T3 fibroblast proliferation. TNF-α and IL-6, products of macrophage, are involved in the stimulation of NIH 3T3 fibroblast proliferation in an in vitro condition.
