Relative to Chinese, as to Naxi Language, its corpus is very rare, its annotation is also difficult, and these factors make its Syntactic Analysis much too difficult. Aiming to the problem, in the paper, it is proposed a method for building Naxi Language Dependency Treebank based on Chinese-Naxi Language relationship alignment. Firstly, the corresponding words of Chinese-Naxi sentence pairs are aligned; then, the dependency grammar on Chinese sentences; Finally, some characteristics and rules of Naxi Language in itself being considered, the generated Chinese Dependency Tree is mapped to Naxi Sentence by using Chinese-Naxi Languages relationship alignment, as a result, Naxi Dependency Parsing Tree is generated. Experimental results show that: This approach can simplify the process of manual collection and annotation of Naxi Treebank, and save manpower and time to build the dependency treebank of Naxi Language.
Study of the Optical Properties of Bi3:15Nd0:85Ti3O12 Ferroelectric Thin Films
Rong-Jun Zhang,Yi-Ming Chen,Yu-Xiang Zheng,Peng-Hui Mao,Wei-Jie Lu,Liang-Yao Chen 한국물리학회 2008 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.53 No.4
The optical properties of Bi3:15Nd0:85Ti3O12 (BNdT) feroelectric thin films were studied. The BNdT thin lms were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by using a sol-gel technique. The elipsometric spectra of the BNdT thin film were measured and investigated in the photon energy range of 1.5 - 4.5 eV. The elipsometric spectral data were fited by using the four-phase layer structure model and the Forouhi-Bloomer (FB) model, which was used to describe the optical dispersion relation of the sample. The optical constants of the sample were obtained by using a data analysis based on Tauc's principle and showed that the direct band gap of the BNdT sample existed at 3.89 eV.
Knockout of the EgriBLOS2 gene results in the transparent integuments of Ectropis grisescens larvae

The body colors of insects have evolved specialized roles in body protection, signaling and physiology. In some case, the larvae can camouflage their body colors to adapt the habitants and protect themselves. However, the genetic and molecular basis on larval body colors of the tea geometrid, Ectropis grisescens, remains poorly known. Here, we reported an effect of the lysosome-related organelles complex-1, subunit 2 (EgriBLOS2) gene knockout on larval integuments of E. grisescens, by using a clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9) system. Combining transcriptomic data and PCR approaches, we first identified the EgriBLOS2 gene from E. grisescens, which encoded 137 amino acids and comprised 3 introns. In the phylogenetic analysis, EgriBLOS2 clustered in the Lepidoptera clade with high conservation to members in other lepidopteran species. Developmental expression profiles revealed that EgriBLOS2 was constantly tran scribed at each stage, in which its expression was significantly lower in 2nd instar larvae than that of other instars. After injecting EgriBLOS2-specific guide RNA and Cas9 messenger RNA into eggs, 70% of larvae showed the translucent integuments in G0 generation, with an emphasis on black splayed patterns in the 2nd and 8th segments of abdomens. However, some typical characteristics of larvae were not obviously changed in mutant instars, such as ocelli, mouthparts and other appendants. This study has unraveled the roles of EgriBLOS2 in the formation of larval integument colors, and provides an alternative strategy for pest management based on the colors in this species.

Chen, Wei-Qiang,Xu, Bin,Mao, Jian-Wen,Wei, Feng-Xiang,Li, Ming,Liu, Tao,Jin, Xiao-Bao,Zhang, Li-Rong Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.7
Background: Pine needle oil from crude extract of pine needles has anti-tumor effects, but the effective component is not known. Methods: In the present study, compounds from a steam distillation extract of pine needles were isolated and characterized. Alpha-pinene was identified as an active anti-proliferative compound on hepatoma carcinoma BEL-7402 cells using the MTT assay. Results: Further experiments showed that ${\alpha}$-pinene inhibited BEL-7402 cells by arresting cell growth in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle, downregulating Cdc25C mRNA and protein expression, and reducing cycle dependence on kinase 1(CDK1) activity. Conclusion: Taken together, these findings indicate that ${\alpha}$-pinene may be useful as a potential anti-tumor drug.

A new molecular-baiting method was studied by retrieving targeted gene fragments from an oligonucleotide microarray bait after hybridization. To make the microarray bait, 70-mer oligonucleotides that were designed to specifically represent the SSAl gene of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were printed on the slide. Samples of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae mRNA were extracted and labeled by the RD-PCR (Restriction Display PCR) method using the CyS-labelled universal primer, then applied for hybridization. The sample fragments that hybridized to the microarray were stripped, and the eluted cDNAs were retrieved and cloned into the pMD 18-T vector for transformation, plasmid preparation, and sequencing. BLAST searching of the GenBank database identified the retrieved fragments as being identical to the SSAl gene (from 2057-2541bp). A new method is being established that can retrieve the sample fragments using an oligo-microarray-bait.

A new molecular-baiting method was studied by retrieving targeted gene fragments from an oligonucleotide microarray bait after hybridization. To make the microarray bait, 70-mer oligonucleotides that were designed to specifically represent the SSA1 gene of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were printed on the slide. Samples of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae mRNA were extracted and labeled by the RD-PCR (Restriction Display PCR) method using the Cy5-labelled universal primer, then applied for hybridization. The sample fragments that hybridized to the microarray were stripped, and the eluted cDNAs were retrieved and cloned into the pMD 18-T vector for transformation, plasmid preparation, and sequencing. BLAST searching of the GenBank database identified the retrieved fragments as being identical to the SSA1 gene (from 2057-2541bp).
