대기중 휘발성 유기화합물질의 검출한계와 정량한계에 대한 연구

Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are emitted as air pollutant from many petrochemical process. The measurement for these materials are difficult, because of a very little amount existed in atmosphere. This study was conducted in order to investigate the limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantitaion(LOQ) for VOCs measurement. The concentrations of VOC's LOD and LOQ were assayed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection(GC/FID). The results are as follows; 1. LOD and LOQ of acrylonitrile were 0.0114㎍/㎖, 0.0144㎍/㎖, respectively. 2. LOD and LOQ of benzene were 0.0136㎍/㎖, 0.0150㎍/㎖, respectively. 3. LOD and LOQ of 1.3-butadiene were 0.0114㎍/㎖, 0.0136㎍/㎖, respectively. 4. LOD and LOQ of 2-butanone was 0.1016㎍/㎖, 0.1073㎍/㎖, respectively. 5. LOD and LOQ of carbon Tetrachloride were 0.0065㎍/㎖, 0.0188㎍/㎖, respectively. 6. LOD and LOQ of c--hexane were 0.0112㎍/㎖, 0.0143㎍/㎖, respectively. 7. LOD and LOQ of ethylbenzene were 0.0112㎍/㎖, 0.0131㎍/㎖, respectively. 8. LOD and LOQ of n-hexane were 0.0172㎍/㎖, 0.0582㎍/㎖, respectively. 9. LOD and LOQ of styrene were 0.0122㎍/㎖, 0.0142㎍/㎖, respectively. 10. LOD and LOQ of tetrachloroethylene were 0.0121㎍/㎖, 0.0320㎍/㎖, respectively. 11. LOD and LOQ of 1.1.1-trichloroethane were 0.0016㎍/㎖, 0.0062㎍/㎖, respectively. 12. LOD and LOQ of trichloroethylene were 0.0064㎍/㎖, 0.0183㎍/㎖, respectively. 13. LOD and LOQ of toluene were 0.0136㎍/㎖, 0.0148㎍/㎖, respectively. 14. LOD and LOQ of xylene were 0.0140㎍/㎖, 0.0154㎍/㎖, respectively.

In machining screws which are important members in mono pumps or progressive cavity pumps, CNC turning center with 3 axes is usually used. This soil of screw machining requires large amount of CL data points and rotational tools are used in machining. When working out the CL data points, consideration of possible tool interference is important in order to avoid undercut. This paper describes the checking methods of tool interference that could occur in the screw machining on the CNC turning center. First of all a specific shape of a screw cross-section that could commonly be applied to all screws was chosen, and then possible tool interference associated with that shape was identified. Checking method was mathematically developed and verified. This checking method will be utilized in the CAM system developed by the authors for screw machining on the 3-axis CNC turning center.

The nature of the signals collected by an SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope) in order to form images are all dependent on the detector used to collect them, and the quality of an acquired image is strongly influenced by detector performance. Therefore, the development of detector with high performance is very important in pulling up the resolution of SEM This study presents the secondary electron detector for use in scanning electron microscope, electric circuit and I/V conversion circuit for driving that detector.

In this report, a new method compounding the electrolytic machining with ball end milling process to increase the machining efficiency was introduced. And the cutting characteristics by electrolytic machining conditions was examined. From the experimental results, it was confirm-ed that effect of cutting force reduction obtained at the condition of transpassive state of electrolytic machining conditions.
미소결함의 형상인식을 위한 디지털 신호처리 적용에 관한 연구

In this study, the classified researches the artificial and natural flaws in welding pails are performed using the pattern recognition technology. For this purpose the signal pattern recognition package including the user defined function was developed and the total procedure including the digital signal processing, feature extraction, feature selection and classifi-er selection is treated by bulk. Specially it is composed with and discussed using the statistical classifier such as the linear discriminant function the empirical Bayesian classifier. Also, the pattern recognition technology is applied to classifica-tion problem of natural flaw(i.e multiple classification problem - crack, lack of penetration, lack of fusion, porosity, and slag inclusion, the planar and volumetric flaw classification problem). According to this results, it is possible to acquire the recognition rate of 83% above even through it is different a little according to domain extracting the feature and the classifier.

Syringoadenoma papilliferum occurs as a solitary lesion appearing usually on the scalp. It's origin is not definitely known, and about one-third of cases are associted with nevus sebaseous. We describe a case of syringoadenoma papillferum associated with nevus sebaseous in a 29 year-old female who had developed bean sized verrucotic nodules on the Rt. temporal area of the scalp since 6 years after removal of nevus sebaceous. Histopathologic findings showed hyperkeratosis, acanthosis and villi that projected into a cystic lumen. And the villi were surrounded by two cell layers.
