The unique colors of paper, that is, blue, green, red, and yellow were used in the estimation of color from the subjective feeling. The monochrome with unique color or the unique color surrounded with the background color was presented. Subject gazed the monochrome or the unique color, which was called target color. The target and background color were the complementary color each other. The various ratios of the area of gazed color and background were taken. Subject answered the level of subjective feeling consisted of pair of adjective items for unique color presented. With the use of the subjective feeling fer the target color presented, the estimation of the unique color was carried out due to Fuzzy theory and neural networks. The results of color difference between unique color presented and the estimated color gave very small value for the case without background, while the results of the case with background color depended on the ratio of area of presented color and background color till the ration of 2:1, The relation showed the Kirschman``s law. The color difference saturated in the increase of area of background with the ratio more than 2:1.

The existence of mechanical vibrations and electric vibrations in living body are explained. Especially, physiological tremor, which is defined as mechanical vibration of body part like finger, hand, upper limb, is take up. It is shown in the preceding research that physiological tremor has useful feature, because the function of both upper control system (i.e., brain) and reflex system is elucidated by analysis of the tremor wave . The function of the patients of disorder of lumber vertebrae (i.e., low back pain) is studied with use of physiological tremor of trunk of body. The sum of power spectrum in the frequency range (1 to 30 ㎐) for healthy persons is also obtained as total power. Using the total power, the criterion of the healthy persons is determined. On the basis of the total power for healthy persons, the function for the patients of disorder of lumber vertebrae is evaluated.

Recently various sensors have been utilized easily. The sensors are “small size”. They detect various physiological data of EMG (Electromyogram), EEG (Electroencephalogram), Pulse wave, Body Vibration, and Acceleration of muscle. These detected data are possible to send to analyzer by “wireless system”. In the presentation, following themes will be presented. (1) Both “EEG and Pulse wave” are measured simultaneously. The cerebral activity (i.e., brain activity) is evaluated with use of face scale that presents frequency of EEG. Pulse wave evaluates level of activity of autonomous nervous system as LF/HF. Both activities of brain nervous system and autonomous nervous system are possible to detect and evaluate simultaneously. The measured system is applied to evaluation for patients with chronic pain. (2) Both “EMG and MMG (Mechanomyogram)” are measured simultaneously. EMG is electric vibration just before muscular contraction, and MMG is mechanical vibration during muscular contraction. MMG denotes muscular ability. The measured system is applied to evaluation for muscles of thigh that has the largest muscles in the body. The measurement makes clear physical strength of human body. Other application is tried to study physiological tremor (e.g. Shivering) with use of EMG and MMG. The degree of advance of both disease of brain and aging is studied. (3) “Body vibration” is measured during sleep. The vibration is possible to extract many information from human body that shows heart rate, autonomous nervous activity, and sleep level. The measurement is applied to person in a home for the aged, and the results makes clear state of health in sleep. The results point out improvement of living rhythm for person lived in a home.
Quantitative Evaluation of “Body Care”

There were various kinds of body treatments or massages in the world. “Body preparation (SEITAI)”, “Anma” and “Acupressure” had been well known in Japan, and their treatments became popular. Various kinds of treatments were classified by techniques which practitioner touched body directly or not and by direction of treatment. “Body Care” made subject rest of heart and body, and made relaxation of tension. The effect of “Body Care” was known qualitatively, but the effect has not been researched quantitatively. In the presentation, both psychological and physiological effects by the body care were studied quantitatively.
Prostate stem cell antigen gene is expressed in islets of pancreas

Prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell surface antigen with an organ-dependent expression pattern in cancers; e.g., up-regulated in prostate cancer and down-regulated in gastric cancer. Previously it was reported that PSCA is not expressed in the normal pancreas but aberrantly expressed in pancreatic cancer. In this present study, we identified PSCA expression in islets of the pancreas by immunohistochemistry, which was co-localized with four islet-cell markers: insulin, glucagon, somatostatin and pancreatic polypeptide. In our investigation of the transcription start site of PSCA, we found a non-coding splicing variant of PSCA as well as authentic PSCA transcripts in mRNA samples from a normal pancreas. Both the transcripts were also identified in several pancreatic cancer cell lines. We previously reported that PSCA expression is correlated to the methylation status of the enhancer region in gastric and gallbladder cancer cell lines but not in pancreatic cancer cell lines, suggesting that PSCA expression is regulated in a different mode in pancreatic cancer from that in gastric and gallbladder cancers.

Purpose: Single-agent interferon (IFN) is no longer regarded as a standard option for first-line systemic treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) in Western countries. However, some patients with favorable-risk RCC may still achieve complete and long-lasting remission in response to IFN treatment. The present study compared favorable-risk Japanese patients with metastatic RCC Japanese patients who had been treated with IFN or tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy as a first-line systemic therapy. Materials and Methods: From 1995 to 2014, a total of 48 patients with favorable risk as defined by the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center criteria who did not receive adjuvant systemic therapy were retrospectively enrolled in this study. We assessed the tumor response rate, progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS). Results: The objective response rate for first-line therapy was 29% in the IFN group and 47% in the TKI group, but this difference did not reach the level of statistical significance. Median OS for IFN and TKI was 71 and 47 months, respectively (p=0.014). Median first-line PFS for IFN and TKI was 20 and 16 months, respectively (no significant difference). First-line IFN therapy did not prove inferior to TKI therapy in terms of OS according to metastatic sites. Conclusions: IFN is associated with a survival benefit in Japanese patients with favorable-risk metastatic RCC in the era of targeted therapy. Further prospective study is needed.

An orb was generated in experiments under an extracorporeal space and the orb and conciousness were synchronized to draw a thought graphy in manner and to caputure the formation process with a movie was conducted. The conditions for spiritual photo footage was studied.
