대학생의 여가제약이 여가기능 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생의 여가제약이 여가기능 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향력을 파악하기 위하여 2017년 3월부터 6월까지 서울과 경기지역의 4년제 대학생을 대상으로 실증분석 하였으며 다음과 같은 연구결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 여가제약의 부정인식 요인은 여가기능의 여가조절, 여가자신감, 여가심취, 여가욕구 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 여건부족 요인은 여가욕구 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면 부상위험 요인은 여가심취 요인에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 여가제약의 시설환경 요인은 진로정체감의 진로자기의심과 진로유연성 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 부정인식 요인은 전반적 진로탐색, 심층적 진로탐색, 진로자기의심, 진로일체감 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 여건부족 요인은 진로자기의심, 진로유연성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 시간부족 요인은 진로자기의심, 진로일체감 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 진로몰입확신 요인에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 여가기능의 여가조절 요인은 진로정체감의 전반적 진로탐색, 진로일체감 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 여가자신감 요인은 심층적 진로탐색, 진로일체감 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 여가심취 요인은 진로준비행동의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 여가욕구 요인은 전반적 진로탐색, 심층적 진로탐색 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of leisure constraints on leisure function and career identity in university students from March to June, 2017. First, the negative perception factors of leisure constraints have had the effect of positive attention to leisure controlled, leisure confident, leisure infatuation, leisure desires factor leisure insufficiency condition factor positive (+) significant in leisure needs factors. On the other hand injury risk factors are a significant part in leisure infatuation factor - had an impact (-). Second, the facility environment factors of leisure constraint had a positive(+) influence on career self - doubt and career flexibility of career identity, and negative recognition factors were general career search, in - depth career search, career self - doubt, (+) Influence on the factors. The factors of shortage of environment had a positive effect on career self - doubt and career flexibility. The lack of time had a positive effect on career self - doubt and career unity, (-), respectively. Third, the leisure control factors of leisure function had a positive effect on the career path identity and the factor of career cohesiveness. The leisure confidence factor had positive influence on the career search, . The leisure intention factors had a positive (+) effect on all sub - factors of career preparation behavior, and the leisure needs factor showed a positive (+) influence on overall career search and in - depth career search.

<P>A strategy for the on-surface synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on a variety of two- to three-dimensional material surfaces, utilizing polydopamine, an emerging surface modifying agent, is reported in this paper. This material-independent platform for AgNP synthesis is useful for fabricating organic/inorganic hybrid nanomaterials and for preparing substrates for laser desorption–ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LDI-ToF MS). </P>

The effective use of vehicle have a energy savings and a reduction of greenhouse emission cause for a greenhouse effect. For the high cost of fuel and the effectuation of The Kyoto Protocol, we should achieve the vehicle Fuel economy and CO₂ emission test according to the variable vehicle weight and should announce the effectiveness that fuel economy and CO₂ emission depend on the driving method and circumstance to the driver.

Purpose: This study was initiated to examine the visitors’ satisfaction factors to a marine leisure event using IPA and provide fundamental information that helps further develop the event. In specific, this study attempted to identify important satisfaction factors for visitors to perceive in consuming a marine leisure event and levels of satisfaction in them. Method: The study employed a survey method with a total of 217 visitors to a marine leisure event held in BMC. The questionnaire was consisted of 5 satisfaction factors including accessibility, facility, operation, publicity and exhibition quality. All the factors and items were derived from previous research (Ryu, 2012) and validated by a panel of experts who checked out factor and item representativeness and appropriateness. With SPSS 20.0, the collected data were analyzed through t-tests and IPA. IPA results provide a strategic direction for each item such as ‘keep up the good work’, ‘concentrate here’, ‘low priority’, and ‘possible overkill’ based on the matrix (Martilla & James, 1997). Result: Findings of current study were as follows. First, the mean score of all 24 importance items were 3.85 at 5 point Likert scale and among others employee kindness, safety and security, amenity, program variety and overall facility quality had high priorities. Second, the mean score of all 24 performance items were 3.53 at 5 point Likert scale and among others safety and security, parking easiness, public transportation, staff kindness and overall facility quality had relatively high levels of satisfaction. Third, IPA results showed that program variety and experience program belonged to II in the quadrant which means ‘concentrate here’. In addition, such items belonged to I in the quadrant as safety and security, parking easiness, staff kindness, overall facility quality, public transportation, amenity, and information signs. Conclusion: Overall performance levels of all 24 factors were lower than overall importance levels of all the items. In conclusion, it was suggested that visitors’ satisfaction factors should be appropriately dealt with based on the IPA matrix. Especially, items with high importance and low performance levels need more marketing and operating efforts from event organizers.

<P>Graphene-wrapped metal oxide hybrid materials are synthesized through inspiration from natural CO<SUB>2</SUB> mineralization. We created hierarchical, nanostructured graphene/metal oxide by converting a CO<SUB>2</SUB>-mineralized graphene oxide/CaCO<SUB>3</SUB> precursor to metal-based minerals such as graphene-wrapped CuO hybrid materials, which highly enhanced the stability and recyclability of the CuO anode for Li ion batteries.
