Fusobacterium is a very rare cause of liver abscess. Fusobacteria are anaerobic gram- negative bacilli that are part of normal flora of the oral cavity, the urogenital tract, and the gastrointestinal tract. However, Fusobacterium bacteremia is uncommon, accounting for less than 1% of all bacteremias in adults. Liver abscess due to Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum) was reported in patients with AIDS or idiopathic CD4+T lymphocytopenia. We experienced a 54-year-old woman who presented with intermittent fever and generalized weakness for 2 months. Abdominal CT scan revealed an 8 × 10 cm mass in the right hepatic lobe with central low density. Ultrasound-guided aspiration of liver abscess was performed. About 30 mL of greenish-yellow foul-odored pus was aspirated. F. nucleatum was cultured from the aspirated pus. Intravenous administration of antibiotics for 4 weeks and repeated aspiration improved symptoms and decreased size of liver abscess. We report a case of liver abscess due to F. nucleatum in an immunocompetent woman. ( Korean J Gastroenterol 2002; 39: 386-389)

Developed shape awareness technology and vision technology for optical lens slant in this research, and including external form state of lens for the performance verification, developed so that can be good, achieve badness finding. And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7μm×3.7μm(0.1369×1O^(-4)mm²) the accuracy to 10^(-4)mm minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

The government is conducting a pilot project, “Low Carbon, Green Village Development Project,” in rural areas. The Deungyong village of Buan, a private sector-led energy self-sufficient town, is a successful case of a bio-energy project. The town has installed power generation facilities using solar energy. In addition, it has been supplying a variety of clean energy using solar power plants, solar water heaters, small wind powers, boilers of wood pellets, and geothermal heat pumps for heating and supply of hot water to houses, offices, restaurants and an education building in the town. This case is a typical successful project as the villagers were interested in energy saving and self-sufficiency. There are many cases of biomass villages in advanced countries, such as Juhnde and Achental of Germany, Samsø of Denmark, Kuzumaki of Japan and so on. The keys to the success of these villages are increase in business efficiency through government support for renewable energy projects, voluntary participation of local residents, and maximization of available resources. A clean energy system should be established for sustainable agriculture in the rural sector. For the system, this study estimated the possible amount of renewable energy that can be supplied by photovoltaic, solar, hydro, wind, geothermal, and bio-energy for different rural regions and classified the regions according to the type of clean energy source a rural region can utilize. An example of the first type is Gimje in Jeollabuk-do, a rural city with plenty of agricultural byproducts. The Inje county in Gangwondo was chosen as an example of the second type because the county is rich in forest byproducts. Hongseong County in Chungcheongnamdo has plenty of livestock waste and was chosen as the example for the third type. According to the analysis of this study, the government first needs to identify the characteristics of nature in rural areas. Secondly, it is necessary to find out what clean energy sources are available and put them into a database. Thirdly, local residents should be actively involved in bio-energy projects. A variety of programs should be developed for continued education, discussion, and public relations improvement. Fourth, a mid- and long-term goal should be made after investigating what natural resources are available. Finally, it is important that the government and local residents enhance cooperation, individual responsibilities and obligations for energy conservation and clean energy use. And the central government should establish a long-term clean energy policy.

This paper describes the design of a cellphone curved glass measuring device using by camera. The measuring device was composed of two camera, two backlight system, a body and so on, and the program was made for a camera calibration and noise removal, and also the program was made for height measurement of a cellphone curved glass using by subpixel algorism. And then a new technique for measuring the height of the cell phone curved glass was proposed. The characteristics test of height measurement of gage blocks and cell phone curved glasses was carried out, the error of the height measurement of gage block is less than ±0.005 and the error of the height measurement of the cell phone curved glasses is less than ±0.005. Thus it thought that the designed cellphone curved glass measuring device and the new technique for measuring the height was used to measure the height of the cellphone curved glass.
