        전국(소년)체육대회의 개선 방안으로서 초 · 중 · 고 통합 학생체육대회에 대한 인식

        이 연구는 전국(소년)체육대회의 개선 방안으로서, 초 · 중 · 고등학생을 통합 관리할 수 있는 학생체육대회로의 전환에 대한 인식을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 전국 17개 시도의 일반인 423명, 체육 및 스포츠 전문가 1,895명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 통계적 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과 및 논의점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 우수 선수 발굴을 통해 국내 · 국제 대회에서 국위선양을 하는 것도 중요하지만, 선수 훈련의 공정성 및 대회 참여에 따른 교육적 가치가 보다 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 고등부를 전국체육대회에서 분리하여 초 · 중등부와 통합하는 것에 대한 전문가 집단의 찬성과 반대 의견 비율은 비슷하였으나, 2010년의 조사결과와 비교할 때 통합 의견 비율이 4배 이상 증가하였으며(10.3% → 44.5%), 전문가 집단 내 경기 및 대회 관계자 집단과 교육(행정) 관계자 집단 간의 인식 차이가 명확하게 나타났다. 셋째, 초 · 중 · 고등학교 통합 학생체육대회는 학생들의 학습권 보장에는 긍정적이지만, 엘리트 선수 육성 침체 및 교육부 관리의 한계 등 예상되는 난점을 극복하기 위해 문화체육관광부와 대한체육회의 지속적인 지원이 필요하다. 결론적으로 초 · 중 · 고 통합 학생체육대회로의 전환은 ‘학생선수의 통합’, ‘학생선수와 일반학생의 통합’, ‘학습과 선수활동의 통합’이 전제가 되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness of transition of national sports competitions to a student sports competition that can be managed by elementary, middle and high school students in a unified way. To this end, 423 ordinary people and 1,895 sports experts from 17 cities and provinces nationwide were surveyed, and the following results and discussion points were derived through statistical analysis. First, it is important to promote national prestige in domestic and international competitions through the excavation of outstanding athletes, but the fairness of the training of athletes and the educational value of participating in the competition must be emphasized more. Second, the approval and opposition ratios of the expert groups on separating high schools from the primary and secondary branches were similar, but compared to the 2010 findings, the combined opinion ratio more than quadrupled (10.3% → 44.5%) and the difference in perception between the competition and competition officials within the expert group and the educational(administration) officials groups was evident. Third, the integrated student sports competition for elementary, middle and high schools is positive about guaranteeing students" right to study, but it needs continued support from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Sports Council to overcome expected difficulties, such as the slump in the promotion of elite athletes and the limitations of the education ministry"s management. In conclusion, the transition to integrated student sports competitions in elementary, middle and high schools should be the premise of "integration of student athletes", "integration of student athletes and ordinary students" and "integration of learning and activities".

        스마트폰 단안카메라를 활용한 3D 동작 분석 시스템 정확성 검증

        [목적] 본 연구는 스마트폰 단안카메라로 촬영된 영상으로 인공지능에 기반한 사용자 동작 인식 기술을 통해 산출된 3차원 동작 데이터의 정확성을 검증하여 신체활동 수행 동작의 측정과 피드백 제공의 신뢰도를 제고할 수 있는 애플리케이션 개발 가능성을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다.[방법] 준지도 학습(Semi-supervised learning) 방식으로 학습된 인공지능 기반 3D 동작 분석 시스템의 정확성을 확인하기 위해 상용화된 3차원 적외선 동작분석 시스템을 활용하여 3개 운동면상의 동작, 관절 움직임이 제한된 동작, 이동범위가 넓고 빠른 동작을 측정하고 비교하였다.[결과] 3D 동작 분석 애플리케이션을 통해 산출된 관성면상의 동작과 시상면상의 동작은 매우 높은 측정 정확성 보였지만 카메라로 직접 촬영을 하지 못한 수평면 상의 동작 측정 정확성은 관상면, 시상면 상의 동작에 비해 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 이동 동작에서 3D 동작 측정 정확도는 보통 수준으로 나타났으며, 관절 움직임이 제한 된 동작의 경우 3D 동작 측정 정확성이 낮게 나타났다.[결론] 움직임이 제한된 동작과 이동 동작의 감지율을 높일 수 있는 알고리즘 개선이 필요하지만, 스마트폰 단안카메라를 활용한 3D 동작 분석 시스템의 정확성이 매우 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 개발된 3D 동작 분석 시스템이 온라인 체육수업 현장에 활용되기 위해서는 체육과 교육과정의 내용 체계와 신체활동의 내용 분석을 통해 프로그램에 포함되는 신체활동 유형을 포괄적으로 구성하는 노력이 추가되어야 할 것이다. PURPOSE This study aimed to verify the accuracy of three-dimensional (3D) motion data produced through artificial intelligence-based user motion recognition technology with images obtained using a smartphone monocular camera. This was done to explore the possibility of developing an application that can improve the reliability of the measurement of physical activity performing motions and feedback provision. METHODS To check the accuracy of the artificial intelligence-based 3D motion analysis system that utilized a semi-supervised learning method, a commercialized 3D infrared motion analysis system measured and compared motions on three movement planes, motions with limited joint movement, and fast motions in a wide moving range. RESULTS The motions on the coronal and sagittal planes produced through the 3D motion analysis application showed very high measurement accuracy; however, the accuracy of the measurement of motions on the horizontal plane, which could not be measured directly with a camera, was relatively lower than that of the coronal and sagittal planes. Accuracy in measuring 3D motion was moderate in moving motions and low in motions with limited joint movement. CONCLUSIONS For the developed 3D motion analysis system to be used in online physical education, the types of physical activities included in the program should be comprehensively composed through the analysis of the content system of the physical education curriculum and the resultant physical activities.

        학교체육진흥정책사업 성과지표 개발 및 검증

        본 연구는 교육부의 제2차 학교체육진흥 기본 계획(2019~2023), 2019년 학교체육 활성화 계획, 2020년 학교체육 활성화 계획을 토대로 정책 사업별 성과지표를 개발하여 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석과 전문가 협의회(교육부, 시·도교육청, 지역교육지원청, 초중등학교, 학교체육 현장 전문가)를 통해 4개 과제, 10개 세부추진과제, 36개 지표요인, 42개의 성과지표를 선정하였고, 4차례 델파이 조사를 통해 4개 과제, 8개 세부 과제, 14개 지표요인, 45개 성과지표로 수정되었다. 성과지표는 ‘영역 중요도’, ‘지표 활용성’, ‘실행 가능성’, ‘현장 적합성’, ‘정책 목표와의 정합성’을 기준으로 성과지표의 타당성을 검토하였다. 학교체육진흥정책사업 성과지표 개발은 학교체육정책 운영 현황을 종합적으로 수집하고, 정책사업별, 지역별 사업 성과 분석을 통해 보다 균형 있고 체계적인 학교체육정책의 운영을 촉진할 수 있다. 향후 학교체육진흥정책 사업의 성과지표별 자료를 체계적으로 분석하고, 교육부 및 시도교육청, 학교별 자료를 누적 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 요구되며, 학교체육진흥정책의 변화를 반영한 성과지표 보완 연구가 지속되어야 한다. This study aimed to develop and verify performance indicators for a policy project based on the 2nd Basic School Physical Education Promotion Plan (2019-2023), 2019 School Physical Education Activation Plan, and 2020 School Physical Education Activation Plan of the Ministry of Education. To that end, 4 tasks, 10 detailed promotion tasks, 36 indicator factors, and 42 performance indicators were selected through literature analysis and expert councils (including the Ministry of Education, metropolitan/provincial offices of education, regional education support offices, elementary and secondary schools, and experts in the field of school physical education), and the foregoing were further modified into 4 tasks, 8 detailed tasks, 14 indicator factors, and 45 performance indicators after performing four rounds of Delphi surveys. The validity of the performance indicators was reviewed based on ‘area importance’, ‘indicator usability’, ‘feasibility’, ‘site suitability’, and ‘compatibility with policy goals’. Through utilization of the school physical education performance indicators developed in this study, the performance of school physical education can be comprehensively evaluated, and based on the evaluation data, project performances by policy and region can be analyzed to promote the balanced development of school physical education. It is suggested that efforts of the Ministry of Education and metropolitan/provincial offices of education to develop a system to systematically analyze and manage the performance of school physical education projects by performance indicators are required, as well as the accumulation and management of indicators on an annual basis. In addition, it was proposed that studies of performance indicators reflecting the changing school physical education promotion policies should be continued.

        9m 점프 슛 상황에서 핸드볼 골키퍼 방어 범위에 대한 고찰

        [목적] 본 연구는 핸드볼 경기 중 발생하는 9m 점프 슛에 대하여 골대, 골키퍼, 공의 상대적 위치에 따라 골키퍼 방어범위가 어떻게 변화하는지 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다.[방법] 제99회 전국체육대회 남자핸드볼 예선 7개 경기에서 발생한 231개의 9m 점프 슛 상황에서 공이 슈터의 손에서 떨어지는 시점을 기준으로 골대, 골키퍼, 공의 위치를 파악하고 이를 통해 골키퍼의 방어범위를 산출하였다. 영상분석은 Kwon3D 3.01 프로그램을 사용하였고, 3차원 좌표의 계산은 DLT방법을 이용하였다.[결과] 첫째, 실제 핸드볼 골대의 크기는 가로 3m, 세로 2m이지만 골키퍼의 실질적 방어범위의 가로는 골대의 너비보다 좁았고, 세로는 골대의 높이보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골키퍼가 정면이 아닌 측면에서 공격수의 슈팅을 방어할 경우, 골키퍼가 위치한 곳에서 가까운 쪽 골대보다 먼 쪽 골대의 방어범위의 상하폭이 더 길었다.[결론] 핸드볼 골키퍼의 방어범위는 슈팅 높이와 골키퍼의 방어 위치가 중요한 요인으로 작용하며, 특히 골키퍼 훈련에 있어 골키퍼의 좌우 움직임보다는 상하 움직임이 더 중요하다는 것을 알고 훈련에 임하는 것이 경기력 향상에 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to examine the goalkeeper’s area of defense and how the range varies depending on the relative position of the goal, goalkeeper, and ball in a 9-meter jump shot during handball matches. METHODS Data was collected from seven qualifying divisions in mens handball from the 99th National Sports Festival in Korea. A total of 231, 9-meter jump shots were analyzed with the goalkeeper‘s area of defense measured from the point the ball left the shooter’s hand and calculated based on the relative position of the goal, goalkeeper, and ball. Video analysis was conducted using the Kwon3D 3.01 program and three-dimensional coordinates calculated using the DLT method. RESULTS First, dimension of handball goals measure 3m wide and 2m high, however, results show that goalkeeper’s actual area of defense was narrower than the width of the goal posts, while vertically, area exceeded the height of the cross bar. Second, if the goalkeeper defended the striker’s shot from the side rather than from the front, the goalkeeper’s defense range was higher for the opposite side of the goal post than the near side of the goal post. CONCLUSIONS Key factors influencing goalkeeper’s area of defense include height of shot and position of goalkeeper. Results also indicate that vertical movements are more important than horizontal movements for goalkeepers in handball thus such implementation in training may lead to performance enhancement.

        7m 드로 시 여자 핸드볼 골키퍼의 이상적인 방어 위치 탐색

        본 연구는 7m 드로 상황에서 여자 핸드볼 골키퍼 방어율을 높이기 위한 이상적인 방어 위치를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실제 경기에서 7m 드로 방어를 하는 여자 일반부 핸드볼 골키퍼 선수 9명의 방어 자세 자료를 획득하였다. 총 41개 7m 드로방어 동작을 획득하였으며, 골키퍼의 이상적인 방어 위치 탐색을 위해 슛의 속도 및 발사 위치, 슛 성공률, 슛 위치에 따른 골키퍼의 슛 방향 예측율과 방어율, 골키퍼 방어 위치, 골키퍼 방어 위치에 따른 예측율과 방어율, 골키퍼 방어 자세, 골키퍼 위치에 따른 방어 범위 면적 및 가용 시간을 분석하였다. 그 결과 여자 골키퍼 방어 자세는 남자 골키퍼보다 양 손이 낮게 위치하였으나 전반적으로 큰 차이는 없었다. 골키퍼의 방어 위치에 따른 슛 방향 예측율과 방어율에는 차이가 없었다. 골키퍼가 앞으로 나아가 방어를 할수록 반응 시간이 짧아졌지만, 골라인에서 방어를 하는 경우와, 앞으로 나와 방어를 하는 경우 모두 방어에 충분한 시간적 여유가 없었다. 그러나 골키퍼 위치가 슈터와 가까워질수록 방어 범위 면적이 줄어들어 슈터가 공을 넣을 수 있는 공간이 줄어들었으며, 이 경우 슈터가 심리적 압박을 느껴 슛 실수 확률이 높아질 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 7m 드로 시 여자핸드볼 골키퍼의 방어율을 높이기 위해서는 방어 범위 면적을 줄여 공격수 범실을 유발하는 전략이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to find the ideal defensive position to increase the defense rate of a female handball goalkeeper in 7m throw situations. To that end, defensive posture data on nine female handball goalkeepers who were defending against 7m throws were obtained. To find the goalkeeper's ideal defensive position, the speeds and shooting positions of the shots, the success rate of the shots, the goalkeepers’ shooting direction prediction rates and defense rates according to shooting positions, the goalkeepers’ defensive positions, the prediction rates and defense rates according to the goalkeepers’ defensive positions, the defensive postures of the goalkeepers, and the ideal defense areas (IDA) and available times according to the goalkeepers’ defensive positions were analyzed. According to the results, both hands were positioned lower in the defensive postures of female goalkeepers compared to those of male goalkeepers, but the differences were not significant in general. The goalkeepers’ shooting direction prediction rates and defense rates were not different among goalkeepers’ defensive positions. Although the reaction was shortened as the goalkeepers went forward for defense, there was not enough time for defense both when the goalkeepers were defending on the goal line and when they went forward for defense. However, the closer the goalkeeper was to the shooter, the smaller the IDA was and the less space the shooter could use to shoot the ball. Therefore, this strategy could increase the psychological pressure on the shooter and the probability of shooting mistakes. Therefore, in order to increase the defense rate of the female handball goalkeeper at 7m throws, the strategy to reduce the IDA, thereby increasing the mistakes of attackers, is considered effective.

        Functional roles of glutamic acid E143 and E705 residues in the N-terminus and transmembrane domain 7 of Anoctamin 1 in calcium and noxious heat sensing

        Anoctamin 1 (ANO1) is an anion channel that is activated by changes in cytosolic Ca<sup>2+</sup> concentration and noxious heat. Although the critical roles of ANO1 have been elucidated in various cell types, the control of its gating mechanisms by Ca<sup>2+</sup> and heat remain more elusive. To investigate critical amino acid residues for modulation of Ca<sup>2+</sup> and heat sensing, we constructed a randomized mutant library for ANO1. Among 695 random mutants, reduced Ca<sup>2+</sup> sensitivity was observed in two mutants (mutant 84 and 87). Consequently, the E143A mutant showed reduced sensitivity to Ca<sup>2+</sup> but not to high temperatures, whereas the E705V mutant exhibited reduced sensitivity to both Ca<sup>2+</sup> and noxious heat. These results suggest that the glutamic acids (E) at 143 and 705 residues in ANO1 are critical for modulation of Ca<sup>2+</sup> and/or heat responses. Furthermore, these findings help to provide a better understanding of the Ca<sup>2+</sup>-mediated activation and heat-sensing mechanism of ANO1. [BMB Reports 2018; 51(5): 236-241]

      • Analysis of errors of commission for a CE type plant with the advanced control room in the full power condition

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This study analyzes errors of commission (EOCs) committed by operators of an Combustion Engineering (CE) type plant with the advanced control room during full power operation, by using the Commission Errors Search and Assessment (CESA) and Misdiagnosis Tree Analysis (MDTA) methods. The contribution of EOCs to plant safety is significant in the digital control room of the reference plant, where the cognitive behavior of an operator plays more important role in the control than in the analog control room. In this study, the CESA and MDTA methods are applied to the identification and quantification of EOCs, respectively. This study chooses eight initiating events that account for approximately 90% of the total core damage frequency (CDF) in the full power condition of the reference plant. As a result of applying the CESA method, twelve EOCs are identified along with the accident sequence groups. Then, the probabilities of those EOCs are quantified through the MDTA method. Finally, this study discusses the effect of EOCs on system failure probability, as well as the necessity of considering EOCs in the probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) of the reference plant.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Errors of commission (EOCs) are identified and quantified for a CE type plant at full power. </LI> <LI> An approach to combine the CESA and MDTA methods is suggested. </LI> <LI> As a result, 12 EOCs have been analyzed and the impact on the PSA has been discussed. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • Modeling and Analysis of Through-Silicon Via (TSV) Noise Coupling and Suppression Using a Guard Ring

        <P>In three-dimensional integrated circuit (3D-IC) systems that use through-silicon via (TSV) technology, a significant design consideration is the coupling noise to or from a TSV. It is important to estimate the TSV noise transfer function and manage the noise-tolerance budget in the design of a reliable 3D-IC system. In this paper, a TSV noise coupling model is proposed based on a three-dimensional transmission line matrix method (3D-TLM). Using the proposed TSV noise coupling model, the noise transfer functions from TSV to TSV and TSV to the active circuit can be precisely estimated in complicated 3D structures, including TSVs, active circuits, and shielding structures such as guard rings. To validate the proposed model, a test vehicle was fabricated using the Hynix via-last TSV process. The proposed model was successfully verified by frequency- and time-domain measurements. Additionally, a noise isolation technique in 3D-IC using a guard ring structure is proposed. The proposed noise isolation technique was also experimentally demonstrated; it provided -17 dB and -10dB of noise isolation between the TSV and an active circuit at 100 MHz and 1 GHz, respectively.</P>
