      • 前腕部 經穴 取穴에서 骨度分寸法과 一夫法의 比較 硏究

        Background : The cun measurement System, an essential and convenient method in locating acupoints, has been widely used in the practice of acupuncture. However, traditional cun measurement has been criticized for its lack of reliability. Objectives : The purposes of this study are to determine if one cun measured by the directional methods have a consistency with that of proportional methods and to investigate which factors are related with these differences, especially in forearm. Methods : The distance between the elbow crease and the wrist crease of forearm was compared to a reference value of one cun obtained by the directional method. In this method, one cun is one third of the distance between index finger and Small finger of a subject, measured at proximal interphalangeal joint. In addition, to investigate the factors influencing the differences between these two methods, we measured the height and body weight and calculated body mass index (BMI). Finally we analyzed the factors correlated with these lengths by linear regression test. Results : The results showed that one cun obtained by the directional methods were significantly different from one cun by the proportional methods in forearm. It was demonstrated that the length acquired with the directional method was more correlated with body weight and body mass index, while the length obtained by the proportional method was more correlated with the height.

      • 궤환선형화방식을 이용한 강인한 추적

        We treat the problem of the robust tracking of a calss of nonlinear systems which can be asymptotically decoupled in approximate sense by state variable feedback. A nonlinear control law is derived such that the tracking error in the closed loop system is uniformly bounded and tends to a certain small neighborhood of the origin. Simulation results show that simultaneous lateral and longitudinal maneuvers in airplane can be accurately performed in spite of uncertainty in stability derivatives.

      • 人工魚礁의 生物學的硏究 : 小橫于島 夏季 生物相과 人工漁礁의 附着生物(1)

        The assemblage of algae and invertebrates living within artificial reefs off the coastal water of Sohoenggan Do was studied from July to October 1980. According to the submarine obserbations by diving, the concrete blocks reefs submerged into the seabottom in depth 20-25m, generally the state of piling was low and flatly crowd or arrangement of blocks ramdomly. Epifaunal invertebrates of reefs identified included only 5 species and alga were 5 species. Organisms within the perimeter of the coastal study area collected 49 invertebrates and 47 alga species. The purpose of the present study was shapes of sunken reefs, fauling organisms of concrete blocks and floras, faunas to the circumference of reefs.

      • 남자 탁구선수의 국가별 경기기술 비교 분석

        본 연구는 제14회 부산아시아경기대회 탁구경기 남자 단체전에서 입상한 국가의 경기기술을 비교 분석하여 경기력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기에 입상한 4개국 12명을 대상으로 22게임의 경기를 2차원으로 촬영하여 경기기술을 비교 분석하였고, 분석된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 이용해 일원변량분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 국가별 기술항목 중 서비스 득점율에서는 중국과 한국, 대만이 홍콩보다 서비스에 의한 공격력이 좋았고, 2구선제 득점율에서는 중국과 한국, 홍콩이 대만보다 리시브부터 선제공격을 확보하기 위한 기술이 뛰어났으며, 상대범실 득점율에서는 중국과 한국, 대만이 홍콩보다 드라이브 공격을 이용해 상대범실을 유도하는 기술이 우수하였다. 둘째, 국가별 세부기술항목 중 서비스 득점율에서는 중국과 대만, 홍콩이 한국보다 포어핸드 서비스에 의한 공격력이 뛰어났으며, 2구선제 득점율에서는 중국이 한국과 대만, 홍콩보다 스냅 스트로크에 의한 리시브 기술이 우수하였다. 앞으로 우리나라 국가대표 탁구선수들이 우수한 경기력을 확보하기 위해서는 서비스에 의한 공격력과, 2구의 선제 공격기능 및 포어핸드 서비스 기술을 익혀야 할 것이다.

      • 수동표적추적필터의 성능향상에 관한 연구

        Since passive target tracking filter uses bearing informations from a single sensor, it remains unobservable prior to a sensor maneuver. Noisy bearing information extracted from underwater acoustic sensor deteriprates the tracking filter performance. Although the extended Kalman filter (EKF) yields satisfactory filter performance, there is erratic filter behavior. Stability improvements in tracking filter can be realized by pseudo measurement technique in ocean enviroment, but there is bias error. A target tracking filter for reducing bias error of filter using pseudo measurement technique presented and compared with EKF. Bias error did not appear significant for both system geometry and noisy acoustic bearing by computer simulation. The tracking performance of this tracker is more accurate than that of EKF.

        Automatic fatigue crack length measuring system using DC electrical potential method and the system control program for automatic fatigue testing under random load condition were made in this study. And using these system and control program, fatigue tests were executed under constant and random load condition. As the result, the propagation of crack in random loading can be represented Paris equation and log normal probability function. But, constant and random load test show different crack propagation properties.

        For the purpose of developing of anticariogenic agents, p-phenylphenol derivatives were synthesized and determined their antibacterial activities against a cariogenic bacterium, Streptococcus mutans. Among synthetic compounds, 2-nitro-6-bromo-p-phenylphenol showed as potent antibacterial activity as magnolol and honokiol.

      • Rosemary와 sage 추출물의 항산화 작용

        Rosemary와 sage의 에탄올 및 핵산 추출물을 시판 대두유에 각각 0.1%씩 첨가하여 60±1℃를 유지하는 항온기에서 저장하면서 과산화물가를 측정하여 그 변화를 비교, 조사하였다. 한편 이들 추출물과 0.02% citric acid 또는 BHT와의 상승효과를 아울러 조사하였다. Rosemary와 sage의 용매에 대한 추출수율은 에탄올로 추출하는 경우가 핵산에 의한 경우 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. Rosemary와 sage의 에탄올 및 핵산 추출물은 모두 대두유기질에 대해 항산화효과를 나타냈으며, 특히 에탄올추출물의 경우 더 강한 항산화효과를 보였다. 이들의 항산화효과는 합성 항산화제인 BHT보다 월등히 우수하였다. Rosemary와 sage의 에탄올 및 핵산 추출물은 모두 citric acid와 상승효과를 보였으며, 특히 핵산의 추출물과 조합한 경우 더 강한 상승효과를 보였다. The antioxidant activities of hexane and ethanol extracts of rosemary and sage extract were studied. The antioxidant activities of 0.1% hexane and ethanol extracts of rosemary and sage based on the relative antioxidant effectiveness(RAE) were compared one another. RAE was taken as the ratio of the induction period of a soybean substrate with the rosemary and sage extracts to that of the control oil. The induction period was defined as the time in days required for each substrate to reach a peroxide value of 40meq/kg oil. The ethanol extracts had higher rosemary and sage contents than those of the hexane extracts. All the extracts showed antioxidant activities in the soybean oil. The ethanol extracts showed stronger antioxidant effect than hexane extracts. The antioxidant activities of the extracts were stronger than 0.02% BHT. Citric acid acted as synergist to the ethanol and hexane extracts of rosemary and sage. The citric acid showed stronger synergistic effects with the hexane extracts than the ethanol extracts.

      • 중부지역 옥수수 파종기에 따른 생육단계 및 수량성 변화

        Maize hybrids were planted on April 1, April 25, May 20 and June 15 in 2012, 2013 at the experimental paddy and upland fields in Suwon city , respectively to know changes of growth stage and yield according to different planting time. Maize planting on April 1 was not recommended because total growing days at planting on April 1 was not different with that at planting on April 25 due to many days from planting to emergence over 20 days at planting on April 1. Total growing days were not much different among three planting time after April 25 because days from silking to maturity was lengthened though days from planting to silking was shortened at later planting time. Stalk weight was decreased as planting time was delayed, particularly at planting times after May 20 at paddy field by excess water injury during early growth stage. But, grain yield was not low as in May and June. It is needed to introduce early maturity maize variety as Yanganok at late planting for higher grain yield and enough time for soil preparation for next winter crops

        능이버섯 가공품이 스테이크용 우육의 품질에 미치는 영향

        The possibility of using the dried powder form of Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody (a kind of mushrooms) as a meat tenderizer was explored in this study. The freeze-dried powder had higher protease activity compared to the hot air dried powder of S. aspratus. The powder kept higher activity when preserved at -20℃ than at ambient temperature. The hardness of the meat decreased and the cooking loss increased more rapidly when the meat was treated with the mushroom powder at ambient temperature than at -41℃. In terms of sensory evaluation, 0.1% of the powder based on the meat and 3 hours of treatment at 4℃ gave the highest acceptability score. In the comparison test, the meat was more acceptable when treated with the mushroom powder than with the imported commercial tenderizer. This led to the conclusion that it is quite feasible to develop a natural meat tenderizer using the Sarcodon aspratus fruitbody.
