      • 어린이 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션에 대한 비교연구

        최근에는 스마트폰을 이용해 어린이들을 교육하는 모습을 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있으며, 많은 기업과 회사들은 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션 개발에 힘쓰고 있다. 많은 교육용모바일 어플리케이션이 생겼고 생겨나고 있지만 개발자들에게는 가이드라인이 존재하지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션을 비교분석해 교육용모바일 어플리케이션에 필요한 요소들이 어떠한 것이 있는지 알아보고자 했다. 이 때 비교분석을 위해 어린이 디자인 가이드라인을 모바일 어플리케이션에 맞춰 수정해 적용하였다. 또한 실험에 참여한 초등학교 1, 2학년생들을 인터뷰하였다. 본 연구결과, 한 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션은 고루 높은 점수를 얻었고 인터뷰 결과에서도 좋은 평가를 받았지만, 또 다른 모바일 어플리케이션은 점수가 고르지 않았으며 인터뷰에서도 아쉬움을 남는 결과를 얻었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션의 중요 요소들은 유추해낸 결과, 모든 모바일 어플리케이션이 그러하듯 사용자 혹은 구매자의 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있어야하는데, 어린이 교육용 모바일 어플리케이션의 경우 게임의 다양성과 일러스트 등을 통해 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있음을 알아냈다. Nowadays, children use educational mobile applications for their study. Also many companies make educational mobile applications. However, developers do not have guideline. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to compare the contents in the current educational mobile applications and find out the factors to complement the contents. Reacher use children design guideline that modify and change suitable for children"s educational mobile applications. Also, researcher did interview elementary school students who participate in this study. Research result, other children"s educational mobile applications get high score and good evaluation at the interview. But, another children"s educational mobile applications get low score and negative evaluation at the interview. When all the studies were combined, in this case, children"s educational mobile application should arouse user’s interest, various game and illustration.

        Event-trigger-based Fault-tolerant Control of Uncertain Non-affine Systems with Predefined Performance

        Fault-tolerant control (FTC) of a non-affine system with uncertainties is one of critical issues in nonlinear control. In this paper, in the presence of unknown actuator failures, an event-trigger-based FTC scheme is proposed for such a nonlinear system with predefined performance. For actuator failures, a compensation mechanism is designed to alleviate their impacts. By utilizing a predefined performance function, higher tracking accuracy can be obtained. Meanwhile, an event-triggered mechanism with a time-varying threshold, depending on tracking error, reduces the number of communications for a controller-to-actuator channel. An adaptive event-triggered function is then proposed with the compensation mechanism to improve the self-adjusting ability of the triggered function. Also, extended state observers and tracking differentiators are utilized to reconstruct unknown dynamics of the system and to simplify high-order derivation of virtual control laws, respectively. The stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed by input-to-state practically stability. Finally, two simulation results are supplied to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

        Hair Growth Promoting Effects of 650 nm Red Light Stimulation on Human Hair Follicles and Study of Its Mechanisms via RNA Sequencing Transcriptome Analysis

        Background: Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) leads to thinning of scalp hair and affects 60%~70% of the adult population worldwide. Developing more effective treatments and studying its mechanism are of great significance. Previous clinical studies have revealed that hair growth is stimulated by 650-nm red light. Objective: This study aimed to explore the effect and mechanism of 650-nm red light on the treatment of AGA by using ex vivo hair follicle culture. Methods: Human hair follicles were obtained from hair transplant patients with AGA. Hair follicles were cultured in Williams E medium and treated with or without 650-nm red light. Real-time RT-PCR and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect the expression level of genes and proteins in hair follicles, respectively. RNA-sequencing analysis was carried out to reveal the distinct gene signatures upon 650 nm treatment. Results: Low-level 650 nm red light promoted the proliferation of human hair follicles in the experimental cultured-tissue model. Consistently, 650 nm red light significantly delayed the transition of hair cycle from anagen to catagen in vitro. RNA-seq analysis and gene clustering for the differentially expressed genes suggests that leukocyte transendothelial migration, metabolism, adherens junction and other biological process maybe involved in stimulation of hair follicles by 650-nm red light treatment. Conclusion: The effect of 650-nm red light on ex vivo hair follicles and the transcriptome set which implicates the role of red light in promoting hair growth and reversing of miniaturization process of AGA were identified.
