It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

This thesis is what I studied to suggest the plan of Establishing Presidential Archives. For that purpose, first, I introduced and analyzed "Presidential Records Act" announced on April 27th this year, offering a Act basis. Second, I investigated the present status and conditions on presidential records control. Third, I searched the functions given to the Presidential Archives-the record control, research, and educational function etc, studying the cases of the U.S. Presidential Records Act, and the Presidential libraries. The president retains the supreme power in our country, the Korea, which has adopted the presidential system. All the records involved with the president should remain as the president is ultimately in charge of determining the momentous business of the country. Not until records remain, would it be possible to objectively evaluate the president. Thus, the Presidential Archives must be established so that those records may be managed securely and systematically.
국산 Avana 인공치아와 외국산 ITI 인공치아의 악골조직내 적합성에 관한 비교연구

The purpose of this article is to confirm the longterm biocompatibility of national Avana implant and international ITI implant in dogs. At the fourth month after extreaction of the mandibular third and fourth premolar in three dog, both implants were inserted using careful atraumatic technique and prosthetic abutments were applied onto the implants in three months. After that, the implants were examined by naked eye and radiographic image every three months during 1 year, for detection of the complications, such as, mobility, bone resorption and wound infection. At 1 year after application of prosthetic abutment, the dogs were sacrificed for the histopathologic analysis by light microscope. The results obtained were as follows; 1. All implants had the ralatively good prognosis without mobility, wound infection and moderate bone resoprtion, in clinical and radiological evaluation during one year. 2. The all histopathologic specimens at one year after application of prosthetic abutment onto the implants showed the distinct osseointegration between implant system and bone, with projection of new bone apposition onto the peri-implant tissue. But Avana implants had the less osseointegration than ITI implants in the cancellous and marrow layer of jaw bone. 3. The all histopathologic specimens at one year after application of prosthetic device showed the firm junction by dense connective tissue pattern between the implant and the gingival portion. But Avana implants had the less firmer junction than ITI implants. 4. The authors confirmed that Avana implant and ITI implant have more higher tissue biocompatibility in dental implantation, but ITI implant has the more osseointegration than the Avana implant.

Polyhydrazide was prepared by solution polycondensation of an aromatic dihydrazide, bis (2-hydroxy ethyl terephthalic mono-hydrazido) fumarate (BHF) and an isophthaloyl chloride in N-methyl pyrrolidinone (NMP) in the presence of pyridine as an acid acceptor. The polymer was converted into oxadiazole-containing polymer, POD by chemical cyclodehydration with thionyl chloride. In this work, isophthaloyl chloride was introduced t o enhance solubility. The POD can be dissolved in aprotic polar solvents such as NMP and organic solvents such as chloroform/trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) mixed solvent The POD having molecularly designed structure of the fixed conjugation length shows photoluminescence(PL) at about 440 nm which corresponds t o blue color, and Δλ l/2 is about 80 nm which means it emits relatively pure light.

This paper is the research to suggest for the long-term preservative media through analyzing the types of the recording media. To do so, firstly, the general properties of the recording media will be analyzed and the suggestion for the legal ground about the recording media will be done. Secondly, we divided the recording media into analogue media and digital media, and examined the types and the properties with the analysis of their merits and demerits. As the representative recording media for the research, the analogue media is classified as paper and micro film, and the digital media is divided into magnetic disk, optical disk, magneto-optical disk, and flash memory. And thirdly, based on the results of the analysis of the analogue media and the digital media, we presented the possible way for the development of the long-term preservation of the analogue media in the future. And we searched for the best possible long-term preservative media among the four digital media; magnetic disk, optical disk, magneto-optical disk, and flash memory. The development of the recording media must be constantly proceeded for the records which are produced in the past and the records that will be produced in the future. And not to be turned over the radical changes of the time, these researches for the long-term preservative media should be positively done.

Background & Purpose : Patients with complex partial seizure have impaired cognitive performance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the cognitive function of patients with epilepsy using Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE). Methods : We measured the K-MMSE in 23 patients with complex partial seizure and 22 normal controls. Frequency matching was done about age, sex and residence between the two groups. The evaluation of cognitive function was assessed with K-MMSE. Results : Compared with controls, patients with epilepsy showed significantly lower in total score of K-MMSE and attention-calculation item(P=0.008, P=0.014). There were no differences in the score of other items of K-MMSE between the two groups. Conclusions : These results showed that epileptic patients have impaired cognitive function, especially in attention-calculation performance.
Flavobacterium meningosepticum에 의한 균혈증 1예

1996년 6월 카톨릭대학교 부천성가병원에 뇌경색으로 입원했던 61세 남자 환자의 혈액에서 Flavobacterium meningosepticum을 분리하였다. 환자는 폐렴을 동반한 패혈증의 예로 ceftriaxone과 metronidazole을 투여하였으나 입원 48시간만에 사망하였다. Flabovacterium meningosepticum is a rae cause of nosocomial infection which shows multi-drug resistance. It mainly invades patients with impaired immunity. Recently, we experienced a case of F. meningosepticum bacteremia in a patient with chronic debilitated state owing to stroke. The clinical progress was so rapid that he died within 48 hours. Blood culture revealed F. meningosepticum which showed characteristic yellow colony in blood agar plate.
