문학치료학과 역사적 트라우마

이 논문의 목적은 문학치료학이 어떠한 기본 개념들을 가지고 있는지를 분명히 하고, 문학치료학에서는 역사적 사건의 충격과 트라우마를 어떠한 방식으로 다루고 있으며, 문학치료학에서 역사적 트라우마를 극복하는 원리는 무엇인지를 명료하게 밝혀보는 데 있다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문학치료학의 기본적이고 핵심적인 개념으로는 텍스트, 서사, 인생살이, 자기서사, 작품, 작품서사 등이 있다. 둘째, 인생살이는 자기서사에 기반을 두고 있지만, 인생살이의 곡절들이 자기서사를 변화시키기도 한다. 셋째, 작품은 작품서사에 기반을 두고 있으며 작품서사는 자기서사의 영향을 크게 받고 있지만, 작품서사가 오히려 자기서사를 변화시키기도 한다. 넷째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사가 이 충격을 해석해낼 수 있다면 건강한 인생살이를 유지할 수가 있다. 다섯째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사로는 이 충격을 감당하지 못할 수도 있는데, 이럴 경우에는 인생살이의 충격을 고려하여 자기서사가 조정될 수 있고, 이렇게 조정된 자기서사가 인생살이의 충격을 해석해낼 수 있다면 역시 건강한 인생살이를 유지할 수가 있다. 여섯째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 기왕의 자기서사로도 이 충격을 이해할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 자기서사의 조정에 의한 새로운 자기서사의 마련도 용이하지 않게 되면 인생살이의 충격은 이해할 수 없는 인생살이의 용종으로 남아 트라우마가 형성된다. 일곱째, 역사적 사건이 인생살이에 충격을 주었을 때, 이 충격에 의하여 자기서사가 조정되기는 하지만 건강하지 못한 자기서사가 형성되는 경우에는 불합리한 신념이 생길 수 있는데, 이 불합리한 신념 역시 트라우마가 된다. 여덟째, 작품서사는 인생살이가 조정하지 못한 자기서사를 조정하게 되는데, 이렇게 조정된 자기서사에 의하여 그동안 해석해 내지 못했던 충격을 해석해냄으로써 트라우마는 극복될 수 있다. 아홉째, 작품서사는 인생살이에 의하여 형성된 건강하지 못한 자기서사를 건강한 자기서사로 변화시킬 수 있는데, 이렇게 변화된 건강한 자기서사가 인생살이를 재해석함으로써 트라우마가 된 불합리한 신념으로부터 벗어날 수 있게 된다. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the basic notions of literary therapeutics, and reveal the principle of overcoming historical trauma in a literary therapeutic view. The results of this paper are as follows. First, text, the epic, life, the epic of self, literary work, and the epic of literary work are the core notions of literary therapeutics. Second, life is found on the epic of self. However, circumstances in life can change the epic of self. Third, literary work is found on the epic of literary work, and the epic of literary work is influenced by the epic of self. However, sometimes, the epic of literary work can change the epic of self likewise. Fourth, if one"s epic of self can interpret a shock from a historical event well, one can maintain healthy life. Fifth, if one"s epic of self fail to interpret a shock from a historical event, one"s epic of self needs to be adjusted. If one succeed to adjust the epic of self for interpreting the shock well, one can also maintain healthy life. Sixth, if one fail to adjust the epic of self for interpreting the shock well, one would suffer from trauma. Un-interpreted shock would be causing for trauma. Seventh, when the epic of self is adjusted because of a shock from historical event, unhealthy epic of self can be formed. This unhealthy epic of self is causing for one"s unreasonable belief, and eventually trauma. Eighth, when circumstances in life fail to adjust the epic of self, the epic of literary work can adjust the epic of self. Based on the adjusted epic of self, one would be able to interpret the shock well, and finally overcome trauma. Ninth, the epic of literary work can change the unhealthy epic of self to the healthy epic of self. The healthy epic of self can re-interpret the shock well, and make one to overcome the unreasonable belief.

Gomisin N Inhibits Melanogenesis through Regulating the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK Signaling Pathways in Melanocytes

<P>Gomisin N, one of the lignan compounds found in <I>Schisandra chinensis</I> has been shown to possess anti-oxidative, anti-tumorigenic, and anti-inflammatory activities in various studies. Here we report, for the first time, the anti-melenogenic efficacy of Gomisin N in mammalian cells as well as in zebrafish embryos. Gomisin N significantly reduced the melanin content without cellular toxicity. Although it was not capable of modulating the catalytic activity of mushroom tyrosinase in vitro, Gomisin N downregulated the expression levels of key proteins that function in melanogenesis. Gomisin N downregulated melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R), adenylyl cyclase 2, microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF), tyrosinase, tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TRP-1), and tyrosinase-related protein-2 (TRP-2). In addition, Gomisin N-treated Melan-A cells exhibited increased p-Akt and p-ERK levels, which implies that the activation of the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK pathways may function to inhibit melanogenesis. We also validated that Gomisin N reduced melanin production by repressing the expression of MITF, tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2 in mouse and human cells as well as in developing zebrafish embryos. Collectively, we conclude that Gomisin N inhibits melanin synthesis by repressing the expression of MITF and melanogenic enzymes, probably through modulating the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK pathways.</P>

Fabrication and characterization of electrolyte membranes based on organoclay/tripropyleneglycol diacrylate/poly(vinylidene fluoride) electrospun nanofiber composites

<P>Utilizing polymer electrospinning technology, novel electrolyte membranes based on poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/organomodified clay (OC)/tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA) composite nanofibers with a diameter of 100–400 nm were fabricated for application in lithium batteries. Ultraviolet photo-polymerization of electrospun PVDF/OC/TPGDA nanofibers generated chemically crosslinked TPGDA-grafted PVDF/OC nanofibers exhibiting robust mechanical and electrochemical properties. The prepared fibrous PVDF/OC/TPGDA electrolytes were characterized in terms of morphology, crystallinity, electrochemical stability, ionic conductivity and cell cycleability. Based on differential scanning calorimetry analysis, the crystallinity of PVDF decreased by ca 10% on employing the OC and TPGDA. Compared with pure PVDF film-based electrolyte membranes, the TPGDA- and OC-modified PVDF electrolyte membranes exhibited improved mechanical properties and various electrochemical properties. The OC- and TPGDA-modified microporous membranes are promising candidates for overcoming the drawbacks of the lower mechanical stability of fibrous-type electrolytes with further improvement of electrochemical performance. A Study on the Bioplastic Material through the Biomimic Simulation of Malaria Parasite

As concerns and problems about environmental pollution accelerate, interest in eco-friendly materials is growing day by day. This study is in the process of making bioplastic, made from renewable raw materials, reflecting this era. In particular, we produced protein module that linked and recombined fibronectin and leghemoglobin in various ways to develop bioplastics with electrical conductivity. The recombinant protein module was manufactured by introducing SPYcatcher and SPYTag modules derived from Streptoccus pyogenes via overlap PCR at both ends of Leghemoglobin. In addition, SPYTag-GmLegC2-SPYTag and SPYcatcher-GmLegC2-SPYcatcher were manufactured to compensate for the problems of random bonds according to the of properties SPYcatcher-GmLegC2-SPYTag in polymer production. This process helps stable polymer production by allowing monomers to connect well in a straight line. After polymerizing several combinations of fibronectin and leghemoglobin, the optimal combination of electrical conductivity monomers will be selected by conducting analytical evaluations related to expression, binding force, and safety.

The Translation and Notes of < Gosisamsu(古詩三首) > in 『Jeongeonmyoseon(精言妙選)』

The aim of this paper is to point out the problems in the translation of〈Gosisamsu(古詩三首)> in『Jeongeonmyoseon(精言妙選)』, and to produce a lucid Korean translation and detailed notes of〈Gosisamsu(古詩三首)>. The first problem is to take an uncertain attitude about who is the very actor. The second problem is to add some unnecessary words or to omit some necessary words in order to translate freely. The third problem is to ignore the rule that the sentence of Hansi (漢詩) is dosed in two phrases. The fourth problem is to be careless about the relationship between the two phrases. The fifth problem is to ignore the grammar or the structure of sentences. After pointing out the problems in the translation of 〈Gosisamsu(古詩三首)>, I tried to present a lucid Korean translation and detailed notes of it.

영화창작의 문학치료적 성격

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the literary therapeutic nature of creating a film and to establish the methodology of literary therapy with creating a film. The results of this paper are as follows. At the stage of scenario the creator will bring to light the epic of self in the form of the epic of literary work. At the stage of performance the creator will experience the character in the epic of literary work, and at the stage of filming the creator will experience the desire of spectator. At the stage of editing the creator will experience the integration of scenes in the epic of self. At the stage of showing the creator will experience the common ownership of the epic of self. After all in the course of creating a film we will experience literary therapy very effectively.

프랭스의 서사이론과 문학치료학의 서사이론

이 논문은 문학치료학의 서사이론을 가장 가까운 거리에 있다고 여겨지는 프랭스의 서사이론과 견주어 봄으로써 문학치료학의 서사이론과 프랭스의 서사이론에 대한 이해를 심화시키고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 프랭스의 서사문법을 문학치료학의 서사지도와 견주어 보았고, 또한 프랭스의 서사성을 문학치료학의 서사능력과 견주어 보았다. 논의의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프랭스의 서사문법에서 논의하고 있는 핵서사물과 비핵서사물의 관계는 문학치료학에서 주목하고 있는 단일서사와 복합서사의 관계와 유사하다. 둘째, 프랭스의 서사문법이 서사물에 대한 이해를 넘어서서 인간에 대한 이해를 지향하고 있는 것은 문학치료학의 서사이론이 작품에 대한 이해방식 곧 작품서사를 인간에 대한 이해방식 곧 자기서사와 등치시키고 있는 것과 유사하다. 셋째, 그러나 프랭스의 서사문법이 그 자체로는 인간에 대한 발견과 이해의 과정이 될 수 없는데 비해서 문학치료학의 서사지도는 그 자체로도 인간에 대한 발견과 이해의 과정이 될 수 있다. 넷째, 프랭스가 강조하고 있는 서사성은 서사물에 대한 일종의 평가 기준과 같은 것인데, 문학치료학이 중시하고 있는 서사능력은 텍스트를 이해하는 데 필요한 요건이다. 다섯째, 문학치료학에서 특히 중시하고 있는 서사접속능력은 자기서사가 용납하기 힘든 서사를 구성해내는 능력이어서 인간적 성숙 내지 성숙한 인간관계와 직결되는 서사능력이다. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the theory of epic in literary therapeutics in comparison with Prince`s narratology. The results of this paper are as follows. First, the relation between kernel narrative and non-kernel narrative in Prince`s narratology is similar to the relation between single epic and complex epic in literary therapeutics. Second, as the grammar of narrative passes over narrative and aims at understanding of human being, so the theory of epic in literary therapeutics passes over the epic of literary work and aims at the epic of self. Third, as the grammar of narrative itself is not the process of discovery or understanding of human being, while the epic map itself is the process of discovery or understanding of human being. Fourth, the narrativity in Prince`s narratology is a kind of criterion for narrative, the capability of epic in literary therapeutics is a requirement for understanding the text. Fifth, the capability of epic connection in literary therapeutics is linked directly with spiritual maturity.
