        Anti - disaster measures have been focused on preventive system and devised in administrative expediency. But the preventive measures have their own limit and then we cannot avoid some disasters. Rapid urbanization, once a disaster happens, will cause more victims. Shortly after Sampoong accident, Disaster Control Act was enacted. In 1995 Emergency Medical Technicians turned out for the first time in Korea and the on - the - spot medical care system was established. Now it is necessary that the government should secure emergency medical system and turn the established preventive system into the new model of the emergency medical system. Regionally speaking, danger elements in every region should be analyzed in detail and every region has to take its specific anti - disaster measures respectively suitable for its own first aid system. In addition, hospitals must set up their own anti - disaster measures internally and externally and cooperate with outer regular emergency centers.

      • 네트워크 모형의 개체지향적 전산구현

        본 논문에서는 개체지향 프로그래밍 개념을 이용하여 네트워크 모형의 전산 구현 통합패키지를 개발하였다. 네트워크 모형을 표현하기 위하여 내부적으로 단일 연결리스트를 채택하였다. 풀-다운 메뉴 방식을 이용하여 파일, 자료 입출력, 그리기, 문제선택 메뉴를 구성하였다. 자료입력의 경우 마우스를 이용한 입력, 고밀도 네트워크에 대한 파일 입력, 저밀도 네트워크에 대한 파일 입력의 3가지 방식을 제시하였다. 현실감을 높이기 위해 모형을 그래픽으로 나타낼 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 사용자가 자신의 환경에 따라 선택이 가능하도록 고밀도 및 저밀도 자료형식으로 저장이 가능하도록 하였다. 응용 예를 위하여 최단경로나무문제, 최소걸침나무문제, 최대흐름문제의 해법을 첨가하였으며, 사용자는 자신의 문제에 대한 해법을 서브루틴으로 추가할 수 있도록 하였다. 개체지향개념을 이용하였기 때문에 네트워크 모형을 쉽게 확장할 수 있으며 프로그램을 재사용할 수도 있다. 따라서 사용자는 네트워크 모형을 전산구현하는데 드는 노력을 대폭 경감시킬 수 있다. An integrated computer-package for the network model is developed, where the network model is implemented using object-oriented programming. Node object, arc object and network object are defined a user-defined objects. Singly linked list is adopted as the internal data structure for network representation. All works are designed to be implemented through the pull-down menu. The main menu consists of FILE, INPUT TYPE, DRAWING, and PROBLEM SELECTION. Three methods are suggested for data input: mouse input, file input for dense-type data, and file input for sparse-type data. The model can be displayed graphically for the sense of reality. It can be stored in both dense-type and sparse-type data format, which enables the user to fit the model to his/her environment. Shortest path tree problem, minimum spanning tree problem, and maximal flow problem are applied for illustrations. Since the network model is realized using the object-oriented concept, the user can apply any problem with its own subroutine. The object-oriented programming gives the benefit of modifying or expanding the model easily and reusing the program. As a result, the user can dramatically save time and efforts for implementing the network model.

      • 제주도 119구조·구급대의 활성화 및 전문화 방안

        Since 1992, conventional fire fighting businesses have been converted into a metropolitan autonomous fire fighting system to be ready for a variety of disasters. However, the corresponding investment has been overlapped due to the non integration of businesses to prevent any potential disasters, and a series of collaborative systems have been not functioning so well. In the meantime, our fire fighting sector has been trying to set up its own clean and faithful position by abolishing any inconvenient system or outsourcing private sectors, and expanded its work scope from conventional fire fighting even to rescue and emergency works. While focusing on handling disaster, the fire fighting sector has been widely trusted and reliable throughout our nation. Moreover, our fire fighting sector has secured nation-wide mobile organizations, technical personnel by field, special equipments and independent communication network. In addition, the fire fighting sector has knowledges, expertise and capabilities required for managing disasters, while in charge of almost every disaster management works including fire, explosion, collapse, disaster and flood. It becomes an organization for comprehensive disaster management under an absolute national trust, which is based on the system for prevention, preparation and countermeasure against a variety of disasters. Thus, our fire fighting sector must make many efforts and try to modernize conventional education and training. The ways to facilitate rescue and emergency works may include the nurture of technical fire fighting personnel along with modernized equipments, the reinforcement of rescue and emergency education, the facilitation of operating civil defense corps, the facilitation of operating volunteer fire fighting corps, the better arrangement of 119 briefing room for public healthcare in provincial offices, the sterilization of rescue instruments and equipments, the better repair education for emergency rescue member, the establishment of regional emergency assistant system and the expansion of fire fighting personnel and equipments. In terms of reinforcing the functions and services of rescue 119 and emergency corps, we must review the following consideration: Building up security system along with operational expansion, building up a system for emergency medical treatment, building up a comprehensive information management system for rescue and emergency, constructing a provincial safety museum and so forth. For the ways to better the works of rescue 119, we can review the following considerations: Improving the education for fire fighting training corps under Jeju Provincial Fire and Disaster Mangement Department, providing rescue members with more opportunities for clinical practices, enhancing the morale of rescue members, installing a comprehensive briefing room for emergency rescue member, building up medical networks along with reasonable policies for information service, operating the consulting system for rescue 119 and so on. If these requirements are met, it is expected that the fire fighting departments in Juju province can cope with every accident and disaster a little more rapidly and quickly in compliance with local needs, so that they can keep their own position as a public fire fighting organization, which may be trusted by the public.

      • 통신네트쿼크에서의 정보전달순서에 관한 모의 실험

        본 연구에서는 통신네트워크에서 로컬브로드캐스팅 방식에 따른 정보전달 방법을 다루었다. 나무형 구조의 경우 최적기법에 대해 고찰한 다음 퍼스널 컴퓨터용 패키지를 개발하였고 일반적 구조의 경우 발견적 해법을 제시하고 전산모의실험을 하였다. Information dissemination by local broadcasting in a communication network is studied. In the case of a tree-type network, an optimal technique is reviewed and a program package for a personal computer is developed. In the case of a general-type network, a heuristic algorithm is suggested and computational experimentation is performed

      • 트리 네트워크에서 정보의 출발점에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 일반적인 나무 구조 네트워크에서 각 edge에서의 정보전달 시간이 주어졌을 때 로칼 브로드 케스팅 방식에 따라 전체 전달 시간을 최소화하는 문제를 다루었다. 정보의 최적 출발점과 각 vertex 에서의 전달 순서를 결정하는 해법을 개발하고 이에 대한 타당성을 입증하였다. This paper deals with the problem of minimizing the broadcasting time in a tree-type network given edge transmission by local broadcasting. An algorithm determining a broadcasting center and the call sequence at each vertex is suggested and its correctness is given.

      • Minicell 분리에 관한 연구

        Minicell은 간상 박테리아의 극단에서 변이 세포분열에 의해 생산되는 작은 비성장체이다. 그것은 protein이나 RNA를 함유하나 chromosomal DNA가 조금 있거나 거의 없고 모양은 구형이다. 본 실험을 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. A. Minicell 생산이 왕성한 x1411 균주를 12시간 배양한 후 optical density는 ML media=0.25, M9 minimal media=0.5, x1776 broth media=0.7, 3×D media=0.9, LB media=1.0으로 나타났다. B. x1411 균주와 pOX7의 형질전환율은 2×10^5개/㎍·DNA로 나타났다. C. 변형된 방법에 의해 분리되어진 minicell양은 1.8×10^4cells/㎖로 나타났다. D. Minicell의 중심부와 극단에서 생성된다는 보고와는 달리 본 실험을 통한 관찰 결과 minicell은 중심부에서는 생성되지 않고 극단에서만 생성된다. E. 전자현미경을 통한 관찰 결과 host cell과 minicell의 크기비는 10:1 정도며, 모양은 host cell은 간상이고 minicell은 구형이다. Minicells are small non-growing bodies produced by aberrant cell divisions at the polar ends of rod-shaped bacteria. They are anucleate, contain RNA and protein but little or no chromosomal DNA fragment and approximately spherical in shape. The results are summarized as follows ; A. After culturing 12 hours, cell density of typical minicell-producing χ 1411 strains appeared to 0.25 in ML media, 0.5 in M9 minimal media, 0.7 in χ 1776 broth media, 0.9 in 3XD media and 1.0 in LB meda. B. The transformation rates between χ 1411 strains and pOX7 plasmid were 2×10^5 in each ㎍. DNA. C. Isolated minicells with modified method were 1.8×10^4 in each ml. D. some papers reported that minicells are produced at the polar ends and the central part, but in this experiment minicells were only produced at the polar ends. E. The results of observation with E.M. ; the ration of cell size between the host cell and the minicell was about 10 : 1, host cell was rod type in shape and minicell spherical type.

      • 울산지역 정보화수준에 관한 조사연구

        본 연구에서는 울산지역 주민과 제조업체를 대상으로 정보화에 대한 인식 및 정보화수준에 대해 설문지 조사를 하였다. 정보화사회에 대한 인식, 정보통신기기의 보급 및 활용, 정보통신서비스의 이용, 기업정보화의 수준, 지역정보센타의 인식 등에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 지역주민에 대해서는 면접조사를 하였고, 제조업체에 대해서는 우편조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 대체적으로 정보화사회에 대해 높은 인식을 가지고 있으나, 정보통신서비스에 대한 지식을 충분히 갖지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 또 지역정보의 필요성을 인식하고 여건이 조성되면 지역정보서비스를 이용할 것으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 효과적인 방안으로서 지역정보센타의 설립을 많은 사람들이 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. This paper studied residents' and industry's views on informationizedness in Ulsan with the field survey. Questionnaires were made on the opinion on information society, the usage of communication equipment, information services, the level of firm-informationizedness, and the regional information center. Individual interviews were taken for the residents and postal survey was made for the industry. As results, they have high perception of information society, but have no enough knowledge of information services. They recognize the necessity of regional information and intend to subscribe to the regional information services if possible. One of the efficient policies for their desire is the establishment of the regional information center.

        We need to divert of our consciousness about why the E-I co-works is needed and why it should be activated and to organize E-I arrangement and committee of E - I Co - works in each department and then manage them through the season's break-up. It is required to find the continuous relationships and to make the basedate not a passing-by be kept in each department. We need to get the idea to maximize the educational effects by recognition of necessity, optimistic attitude, relations between the E-I co- works and field training and employment in each department, and to adapt new concepts.

      • 위절제술 후 Carboxy-Methylcellulose를 이용한 위장관 조영술

        The purpose of this study was to determine the usefluness of the UGI study with Carboxy-Methylcellulose (CMC) and 140% barium in the patient undergone gastrectomy We reviewed the UGI study with effervescent agent and barium and the UGI study with CMC and 140% barium of twenty one patients, undergone gastrectomy (Billroth-Ⅱ:12, Billroth-Ⅰ:4 total gastrectomy:5). The average interval between these studies was 19 months. The coating quality of the remnant stomach, anastomosis sit e, jejunum and proximal ileum in two studies were compared. The maximum luminal diameter of the same site and the maximum distance between a adjacent valvulae conniventes were measured for evaluating the distensibility of these studies. Compared with the coating quality of the remnant stomach, the UGI study with effervescent agent and barium was superior to the UGI study with C MC and barium in 68% (11/16) patients. The difference of coating quality between these studies was marginal in the anastomosis site and jejunum. The UGI study with CMC and barium provided a better coating quality in the proximal ileum of 95%(20/21). The maximum luminal diameter of the anastomosis site, jejunum and proximal ileum was respectively 2.75cm, 3.36cm, and 2.82cm inthe UGI study with effervescent agent and barium, 3.2cm 3.35cm, and 3.40cm in the UGI study with CMC and barium(p〈0.01). The maximum distance between a adjacent valvulae conniventes of the jejunum and proximal ileum was respectively 0.61cm and 0.51cm in the UGI study with effervesent agent and barium, 0.74cm and 0.72cm in the UBI study with CMC and barium (p〈0.05). Compared with the distensibility, the UGI study with CMC and barium was superior. The UGI study with CMC and barium in subjects, undergone gastectomy, showed the advantage the mucosa distal to anastomosis site except for the remnant stomach and must be supply the more information in finding lesion such as adhesion and peritoneal dissemination.
