        儒教经典的东亚承传:《日知录》在中韩两国的流传

        Rizhilu gathers together Gu Yanwu’s knowledge in his whole life and has profound influence on the academia in Qing Dynasty. With the help of the major libraries and network resources of China and South Korea, this study makes a comprehensive investigation and collation of the editions of Rizhilu circulated in China and South Korea, thus not only complementing its versions in China combed by domestic scholars, but also for the first time sorting out the versions circulated in South Korea. Almost all the Chinese versions of Rizhilu introduced into Korea, only two of them were Korean versions. Based on the social reality of the Korean Dynasty, Rizhilu Sequel, written by scholars of the Korean Dynasty, puts the thought of “learning for the purpose of utilization” into practice. Embodied in the compilation of Rizhilu Sequel and the critical stance of Rizhilu by Ding ruoyong and other scholars, the dissemination of Rizhilu in South Korea presents its own characteristics, which gives us a certain perspective to understand the unique ways and characteristics of the acceptance of Confucian classics and thoughts in South Korea. 《日知录》对清代学术产生了巨大影响,流传版本颇多。《日知录》的清代版本几乎全部传入韩国。朝鲜王朝学者所作《续日知录》结合朝鲜王朝社会现实,将经世致用思想付诸于实践。《续日知录》的编写、丁若镛等学者对《日知录》批判性接受的立场,展现了韩国性理学接受儒家经典和儒家思想的独特方式与特点。

        An expanded Matrix Factorization model for real-time Web service QoS prediction

        Real-time prediction of Web service of quality (QoS) provides more convenience for web services in cloud environment, but real-time QoS prediction faces severe challenges, especially under the cold-start situation. Existing literatures of real-time QoS predicting ignore that the QoS of a user/service is related to the QoS of other users/services. For example, users/services belonging to the same group of category will have similar QoS values. All of the methods ignore the group relationship because of the complexity of the model. Based on this, we propose a real-time Matrix Factorization based Clustering model (MFC), which uses category information as a new regularization term of the loss function. Specifically, in order to meet the real-time characteristic of the real-time prediction model, and to minimize the complexity of the model, we first map the QoS values of a large number of users/services to a lower-dimensional space by the PCA method, and then use the K-means algorithm calculates user/service category information, and use the average result to obtain a stable final clustering result. Extensive experiments on real-word datasets demonstrate that MFC outperforms other state-of-the-art prediction algorithms.

        Biochemical Properties and Physiological Roles of NADP-Dependent Malic Enzyme in Escherichia coli

        Malic enzymes catalyze the reversible oxidative decarboxylation of L-malate using NAD(P)^+ as a cofactor. NADP-dependent malic enzyme (MaeB) from Escherichia coli MG1655 was expressed and purified as a fusion protein. The molecular weight of MaeB was about 83 kDa, as determined by SDS-PAGE. The recombinant MaeB showed a maximum activity at pH 7.8 and 46°C. MaeB activity was dependent on the presence of Mn^(2+) but was strongly inhibited by Zn^(2+). In order to understand the physiological roles, recombinant E. coli strains (icdNADP/ΔmaeB and icdNAD/ΔmaeB) containing NADP-dependent isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH), or engineered NAD-dependent IDH with the deletion of the maeB gene, were constructed using homologous recombination. During growth on acetate, icd^(NAD)/ΔmaeB grew poorly, having a growth rate only 60% that of the wild-type strain (icd^(NADP)). Furthermore, icd^(NAD)P/ΔmaeB exhibited a 2-fold greater adaptability to acetate than icdNAD/ΔmaeB, which may be explained by more NADPH production for biosynthesis in icd^(NAD)P/ΔmaeB due to its NADP-dependent IDH. These results indicated that MaeB was important for NADPH production for bacterial growth on acetate. We also observed that MaeB activity was significantly enhanced (7.83-fold) in icd^(NAD), which was about 3-fold higher than that in icd^(NADP), when switching from glucose to acetate. The marked increase of MaeB activity was probably induced by the shortage of NADPH in icd^(NAD). Evidently, MaeB contributed to the NADPH generation needed for bacterial growth on two carbon compounds.

        Discrimination of Camellia seed oils extracted by supercritical CO2 using electronic tongue technology

        Analytical method which combines electronictongue technique and chemometrics analysis is developedto discriminate oil types and predict oil quality. All thestudied Camellia oil samples from pressing, n-hexaneextraction and supercritical CO2 extraction (SCCE), weresuccessfully identified by principal component analysis(PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). Furthermore,multi factor linear regression model (MLRM) wasestablished to predict oil quality, which are indicated byacid value (AV) and peroxide value (POV). The practicalpotential of e-tongue for the discrimination and assessmentof Camellia oils has shown promising application in thecharacterization of Camellia oils in the oil qualityevaluation.
