과학관 이용자 만족도 평가 : 4개 과학관의 전시실을 중심으로

본 연구에서 각 과학관별로 방문, 견학, 운영자와 면담을 통해 정리한 과학관의 실태와, 단체 견학한 학생과 교사를 대상으로 설을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 견학결정에 있어서 협조공문과 교과교육에 적절성여부가 중요 요인으로 작용하였다. 견학시 어려움은 견학기관과의 연결(20.0%), 학생 및 학부모의 반응(15.1%) 등의 요소를 들었다. 견학계획시의 애로사항 해소를 위하여 외부적으로는 근접 지역의 지역과학관 설립이 요구되며, 학교현장에서는 과학관 이용 수업이 연중수업계획에 포함되어 전일제 수업 등 계획된 일정으로 진행될 것이 요구된다. 이를 위해 과학관에서는 학기중 학교수업에 연장된 특별전시를 기획하거나, 예약특혜시스템 등을 도입하여 이용자 유치를 위해 적극적인 입장으로 운영해야 할 것이다. 전시실의 전시내용물에 대하여 이용자들은 우리나라 전통과학의 내용이 보다 보완되기를 희망하고 있었으며, 시범실험이나, 설명문의 전시보다는 전시물을 직접 작동하여 시행하며 원리를 알 수 있는 방법으로 전시물이 구성되는 방법을 선호하였다. 또한 설명자가 있는 경우 과학관련자의 열의있는 설명이 유효한 것으로 보인다. We live in the times when the change of science and technology has a good place to develop the science mind of people. Therefore it is very important to investigate the needs of its visitors to improve Science Museum. Present situation shows that group visit is a major form of visit to Science Museum in Korea. So, in this paper e actual conditions of the museums were investigated and researched on the basis of the visitors’ opinion. The four different museums observed are National Science Museum, Seoul Institute of Science Education, Children’s center, and LG Science Hall. The 702 students and 35 teachers having visited at least one were surveyed on the degree of satisfaction. The results are as follows. 1. Science Museum operation geared basically to creating science climate for teenagers and adults which enhances them to learn science first hand. 2. A Visit is carried out by some definite factors; official documents or teachers’ decision on educational effect. 3. Selected four elements of Science Museum are ‘visit convenience’, ‘exhibit level’, ‘educational function’ and environment & climate’. Relative importance’s of them are equally distributed in the survey of students. 4. The choice of using and attending a Science Museum by teacher depends on following order of factors: The first is educational function i.e. whether the museum has relevant scientific contents and explanations for educational purpose. The second is whether the museums facilities are easy to use, nicely set up and convenient to go. 5. Relative degree of satisfaction to each Science Museum depend on several variables; explanation, interest, and environment & climate. As a result, this paper offers four data; an index of visitors’ satisfaction, the comparative standard between Science Museums, the justification of Science Museum, the useful materials to service development of Science Museums.

In 2017, two new tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) isolates were collected from greenhouses in Buyeo, Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea. Full-length cDNAs of the new ToMV isolates were cloned into dual cauliflower mosaic virus 35S and T7 promoter-driven vectors, sequenced and their pathogenicities investigated. The nucleotide sequences of isolates GW1 (MH507165) and GW2 (MH507166) were 99% identical, resulting in only two amino acid differences in nonconserved region II and the helicase domain, Ile668Thr and Val834Ile. The two isolates were most closely related to a ToMV isolate from Taiwan (KJ207374). Isolate GW1 (Ile668, Val834) induced a systemic hypersensitive response in Nicotiana benthamiana compared with the isolate GW2, which a single residue substitution showed was due to Val834.

Background: Psoriasis can be treated successfully with biologics in a fixed dosing interval. However, there are limited data on the treatment outcomes of biologics with irregular dosing interval in psoriasis. Objectives: This study aimed to compare treatment outcomes of biologics with regular and irregular dosing interval in psoriasis. Methods: This was a retrospective single-center study. Patients diagnosed with plaque psoriasis who were treated with biologics between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2019 were included. We compared the demographics, treatment regimen, and treatment outcomes for each regular and irregular dosing interval group. Results: Among 95 patients, 63 (66.3%) patients were treated with biologics with regular dosing interval, and 32 (33.7%) with irregular dosing interval. No significant difference regarding final Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) (1.4 vs. 1.6; p=0.40) and percentage of PASI improvement from baseline (-89.6% vs. -90.7%; p=0.63) was found between two groups. The number of switching biologics was not significantly different but higher in irregular group than regular group (8 (12.7%) vs. 9 (28.1%); p=0.06). Conclusion: In this study, noninferiority was not demonstrated for irregular dosing interval of biologics based on the PASI in patients with psoriasis compared with regular dosing interval. However, irregular biologic dosing interval may increase the number of switching biologics.

피부 노화의 정도는 기기 분석을 통해 객관적으로 측정 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 인체 적용 시험을 통해 8000 PPM의 레스베라트릴 트라이아세테이트(RTA)를 함유한 크림의 피부 노화 완화 효과를 평가하는 것이다. 여성 피험자 20명에게 시험 제품을 얼굴에 매일 2회 8주 동안 바르고, 4주마다 기기 분석을 통해 주름, 처짐, 탄력, 진피치밀도, 수분 및 밝기 등을 측정하였다. 시험 제품을 4 주 및 8 주 동안 사용한 결과 총 주름 면적이 감소하고(5.12%, 4.86%), 총 주름 용적이 감소하고(10.53%, 8.41%), 탄력성이 증가하고(2.84%, 3.98%), 진피치밀도가 증가하고(15.65%, 20.80%), 수분이 증가하고(5.83%, 7.37%), 밝기(L<sup>*</sup> 값)가 증가하고(0.79%, 1.07%), 피부색(individual typology angle, ITA<sup>o</sup>)이 밝아졌으며(5.43%, 4.95%), 이들 변화는 통계적으로 유의하였다(p < 0.05). 시험 기간 동안 모든 참가자에게서 부정적인 피부 반응이 관찰되지 않았다. 본 연구는 시험 제품의 피부 노화 완화 효과를 뒷받침한다. Skin aging degree can be objectively measured using the instrumental analysis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the anti-aging effects of a cream containing 8000 PPM of resveratryl triacetate (RTA) in the human skin test. Twenty female subjects were given test products twice a day for 8 weeks on the face, and wrinkles, sagging, elasticity, dermis denseness, moisture and brightness were measured every 4 weeks by instrument analysis. After 4 and 8 week-use of the test product, total wrinkle area decreased (5.12%, 4.86%), total wrinkle volume decreased (10.53%, 8.41%), sagging decreased (4.69%, 5.91%), elasticity increased (2.84%, 3.98%), dermis denseness increased (15.65%, 20.80%), water content increased (5.83%, 7.37%), lightness (L<sup>*</sup> value) increased (0.79%, 1.07%), and individual typology angle (ITA<sup>o</sup>) increased (5.43%, 4.95%)compared with the baseline values before treatments, and all these changes were statistically significant (p < 0.05). No adverse skin reactions were observed in all participants during the study period. This study supports the anti-aging effects of the test product.
