      • 金萬基·金萬重의 『詩選』 편찬에 대하여

        『詩選』은 김만기(1633∼1687)와 감만중(1637∼1692)이 함께 편찬한 총 11卷의 詩選集으로, 周·魏·晉·齊·梁·陳·隋·唐代 까지의 詩를 古樂府·古詩·絶句의 詩體별로 선발하였다. 卷1에서 卷4까지는 唐 이전까지의 시들을 樂府와 古詩로 나누어 수록하였고, 卷5부터는 唐詩를 각각 五·七言古詩, 五言律詩, 五言排律, 七言律詩, 五·七言絶句로 나누어 수록하였다. 卷頭에 諸家의 詩論을 요약·정리한 「諸家總論」篇이 덧붙어 있고, 선발된 작가에는 諸家의 작가에 대한 전반적인 評이, 각 詩에는 諸家의 詩評이 상세하게 채록되어 있다. 詩文選集은 수많은 작가 및 작품들 가운데에서 뚜렷한 選集 의도와 기준 아래 일정 수량의 작가와 작품을 제한적으로 선발해야만 하는 특성을 갖는다. 그러므로 시문선집은 편찬자와 비평의식과 문학 활동의 경향이 총체적으로 투영된 집합물이라고 할 수 있다. 비록 직접적인 창작활동은 아니지만, 시문선집에 반영된 선집 의도 및 기준 그리고 체재 형식 등은 편찬자의 비평의식과 문학의 경향을 충분히 파악할 수 있게 해 준다. 더욱이 『詩選』의 경우, 김만기와 김만중이 요약·정리하여 제시한 卷頭의 「諸家總論」을 통해 보다 상세하게 선집 기준과 의도를 파악할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 선발된 작가와 작품에 그와 관련된 諸家의 評을 소개하고 있어, 편찬자가 선집 기준을 얼마나 투철하게 적용하였는지 또 선집 의도를 끝까지 고수하였는지에 대해서도 분명한 고찰이 가능하다고 하겠다. 본고에서 살펴본 결과, 『詩選』은 법식으로 삼고 익혀야 하는 작품만을 단순하게 선발하는 것만으로 그치지 않고, 卷頭에 諸家總論篇이라는 다소 특이한 형식을 덧붙여 學詩 방향 및 방법을 구체적으로 제시하여, 후학들에게 學詩의 門路를 열어주려 하였다. 또한 특정 문학유파를 막론하고 다양하고도 광범위한 諸家의 詩評을 수록하여 選集의 객관적 설득력을 확보하였으니, 이는 김만기와 김만중의 博學的 성향이 간접적으로 투영된 것이었다. 그러나 편찬 과정에서 김만기와 김만중은 본래 뜻을 두었던 復古 추구의 기본 방침을 끝까지 잃지 않았으며, 오히려 博學에 기반을 두고 다양한 문학유파들의 詩評을 인용하며 자신들의 선집의도를 적절히 부각시켰다. 실제 작가 및 작품 선발에 있어서도 세심하고 용의주도하게 편찬자의 選集기준을 잘 반영하여 『諸選』이 자칫 주관적 감식력에 기인한 선별로 흐를 위험을 방지하였다고 하겠다. A selection for poetry and prose has special quality that must select writer and work of schedule quantity circumscriptively under clear selection intention and standard from great many writer and works middle. Therefore, we can speak that a selection for poetry and prose is a literary work that has expression editor's critique and tendency of literature activity are projected as a general rule. Although direct creative activity is not does. we can grasp enough expression of editor's critique and literary tendency by a intention and a standard and a format form for selection etc that is reflected to the selection for poetry and prose. Moreover in case of 『The anthology』. through 'synthetic poetics of several writer' of beginning of a book summarized by Kim man-gi and Kim man-jung. we can grasp selection standard and intention more detailedly. Also it introduced review of various masters connected with selected writer and work And we could investigate clearly about whether the editor applied selection standard as is horn penetrating and whether the editor defended selection plan to end. In according to result that observe this manuscript. root intention of making up 『The anthology』 was presenting 'right direction that learn poem' to younger students in restoration to straighten the poetical style that lean of present age By persons who Kim man-ki and Kim man-jung have an inclination toward reactionism to literature, they used fair influence on center political world and present age literary world therefore. tried to present literary standard to younger students by making up 『The anthology』 to realize restoration. This selection selected works that must learn by rules and forms, and besides presented in the concrete direction and method that learn poem by having the use of singular section called 'synthetic current trend of opinions of several writer'. Also they secured objective powers of persuasion by writing a review of poetry of various masters widely and diversely as a matter of course a specific literary sect. And reflected well editor's selection standard by selecting real writer and work prudently and circumspectly. These special quality of editing 『The anthology』 will say that could accomplish high result in valuable side that function of selection and studying effect.

        반응표면 분석법을 이용한 바질 첨가한 홈메이드 파스타 제조의 최적화

        The purpose of study was to determine the organoleptic characteristics of homemade basil-pasta made in various compounding ratio according to central composite design. The optimum mixing condition for basil-pasta was optimized by response surface methodology. The texture, including color, flavor, elasticity and overall quality, was measured as sensory evaluation. The optimum mixing rates of durum wheat semolina, basil and egg were 73.97 g, 5.95 g and 36.17 g for color, 53.14 g, 4.52 g and 35.85 g for flavor, 48.75 g, 2.95 g and 36.85 g for elasticity. The organoleptic overall quality of basil-pasta showed the maximum score in the mixing condition of 55.52 g durum wheat semolina, 4,55 g basil paste and 35.51 g egg.

        In this research, we measured Readily Biodegradable COD(Ss) using respiration meter which measured OUR and calculated respiration rate due to calculate organic matter portion of external carbon sources because known organic matter analysis methods i.e. COD, BOD did not measure amount of organic matter which was used in denitrification. Based on the experimental results, leather wastewater had 40.3% Ss in TCOD and food fermentation liquid, alcoholic wastewater and petrochemical wastewater was 38%, 38% and 28.3% respectively. However in case of considering of flowrate and concentration, flood fermentation and alcoholic wastewater was revealed that they were effective external carbon sources

      • 급식학교 아동의 영양지식과 식습관에 관한 연구

        대구시내 급식학교 3개교와 비급식학교 3개교의 아동 670명을 대상으로 영양 지식, 식습관, 식사 예절 및 위생관리 상태,식품 기호도를 조사해 본 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 영양 지식의 평가 영양 지식 점수는 가능한 13점 중에서 비급식학교는 평균 8.92로 비슷한 반면에 급식 학교는 1,2군의 평균이 10.57로 현저히 높은데 비해 3군은 7.68로 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 아동의 영양 지식과 어머니의 교육 수준과의 상관관계를 살펴보니 높은 상관관계를 보여 어머니의 학력이 높을수록 아동의 영양 지식 점수가 높아짐을 볼 수 있었다(P<0.05). 2. 식습관 조사 식습관 형성에 가장 영향을 미친 요인으로는 어머니 72.3%, 학교교육 15.6%, 가족·친구 7.2%,매스컴 4.9%로 급식, 비급식학교간의 차이는 없었다. 음식선택시 중점을 두는 요인은 맛 46.9%, 영양가 28.6%, 골고루 14.3%, 생각 없이 8.5%, 색깔·모양 1.6%로 급식, 비급식학교간에 차이는 없었다. 3 식사 예절 및 위생관리 상해 조사 급식,비급식학교 아동의 대부분이 각 문항에 양호 이상의 답을 함으로써 인지도는 우수하게 나타나고 있었으며 어머니의 교육 수준, 직업유무, 가족 형태와는 유의적인 관련성이 없었다. 4. 식품 기호도 조사 아동에 게 선호도가 높은 것은 과일, 아이스크림, 불고기, 김, 떡볶이, 고구마, 김치찌개, 김치볶음밥, 떡국, 볶음밥 순이었고, 선호도가 낮은 것은 배추국, 양파, 버섯류, 우엉, 잡곡밥, 당근, 치즈, 양배추, 시금치, 콩나물밥 순으로 급식, 비급식이 비슷하였으나 카레라이스, 햄 등은 급식을 통한 경험으로 급식 학교의 선호도가 높았으며 된장국, 야채류는 단체 조리 상의 문제점과 배식상의 애로점 등으로 인해 급식 학교의 선호도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of Nutrition education during school lunch program, to improve their nutritional knowledge and the provide the better way for establishing the positive food habit. 670 children from 6 elementary school in Taegu were examined. The result of this thesis is below. 1. The evaluation of nutrition knowledge. While the maximum score is 13, non-school lunch children got 8.92. Among the school lunch children, group 1 and 2 had the score of 10.57 while 7.68 for group 3. Data indicated children's nutrition knowledge was positively related with their mother's educational level. 2. The investigation of eating habit. The factors affecting the eating habit were mother(72.3%), learning at school(15.6%), friend and family except mother(7.2%), and mass media(4.9%). There was no significant difference between school lunch and non school lunch children. Many factors affected the children to select foods ; taste 46.9%, nutritional value of the food 28.6%, trying without picking 14.3%, unconsciouness 8.5%, and color and shape 1.6%. 3. The investigation of meal etiquette and sanitary management. Most children answered over "Fair" value on each question. There was no relationship between meal etiquette and sanitary management and mother' educational level, mother's job, and family characteristics. 4. The investigation of food preference. Preferred foods were fruit, ice cream, Pulgogie, dried laver, rice-cake with spiced condiment, sweet potato, kimchi potstew, frizzled kimchi rice and rice cake soup, onion, various mushroom, burdock, mixed cereals, carrot, cheese, cabbage, spinach, rice with bean sprouts. Curry rice and ham were preferred to school lunch children due to their experiences through school lunch. While difficulty of meal distribution and large amount of cooking made beanpaste soup and various kinds of vegetables less preferred.

        초등학교 영양교사를 위한 영양교육 프로그램 개발

        Teachers who are responsible for children's education are very important to help the school age children to have right nutrition knowledge. they are confronted with difficulties to teach due to the lack of nutrition knowledge as well as materials that can be easily understood by children. The purpose of this study was to look into the basic knowledge of elementary school teachers on nutrition. The elementary school teachers investigated didn't get good marks in nutritional knowledge, food and cooking method knowledge and sanitary knowledge, as the collective averages in those areas were respectively 56.08±14.80, 60.52±10.95, and 45.25±16.13. Sixty seven percent of respondents the largest group, acquired nutritional information through mass media, but they wanted to be given teaching information in the form of educational materials(49.0%). More than 70 percent believed that nutrition should be educated by nutrition teachers (p〈0.01), and as for what should be handled in nutrition education, they thought that students should be educated to build the right eating habits (59.5%). Based on the results. a sequential nutrition education program for the lower grades of school children was developed. This program consisted of five different categories, and according to the results, that was designed to deal with the knowledge of teachers on nutrition, food, cooking method and hygiene, table manners and food-borne illness.

        Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare primary neoplasm of the lung. We experienced a case of pulmonary blastoma in a 40 years old man. The mediobasal segmentectomy of the right lower lobe was performed. The patient was discharge on the postoperative days 6. There is no evidence of recurrence or metastasis on followup study during 7 months period after operation.
