        Modified Nance appliance를 이용한 매복치의 교정치료

        저자들은 modified Nance appliance를 이용하여 환자의 협조에 의존하지 않고 매복된 치아의 교정적인 맹출을 시행하여 양호한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 특히 Moon’s appliance를 이용하여 동일 악궁 내에서 약하고 정교한 지속적인 힘을 적용 할 수 있었으며, 힘의 방향을 바꾸기 위한 과정에서 장치 전체를 철거해야 하는 번거로움을 해소 할 수 있었다. Traction of impacted tooth often requires patient compliance to place elastics to surgically exposed impacted tooth. It can be very difficult and time-consuming. The aim of this article was to describe an impacted tooth tractor, Moon s appliance, which was modified from the Nance holding arch appliance. Moon s appliance eliminates patient compliance and generates a light continuous force. We achieved the desired treatment results for impacted tooth using this appliance. This new fixed appliance can be a reasonable alternative to conventional appliances.

      • 開化期 學術誌에 나타난 民族主義 體育思想에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to identify the thoughts on gymnastics in the Enlightening Period in the light of beginning and development of modern gymnastics of Korea with the conflict between traditional thoughts and the western thoughts. Therefore, I tried to clarify the process of the formation and development of Korean gymnastics in the fluctuation of the end of the Korean Empire by examining the thoughts on gymnastics of the pioneers in the Enlightening Period. As a method of study, Literature approach, the analysis of the newspapers of those days and academic journals was taken as a method of this study. the Ul-Sa Compulsory, Treaty necessitated the safety and restoration of Korea through the human resource development. So the education was focused on the balance of the wisdom, virtue and body, especially on the body by the Ui-Sun Kim, Chang-Yol Choi, Dong-jak Rew, and Il-Pyung Moon. And the term 'scientific gymnastics' was first used in the letter on purposes of the establishment of Korean Gymnastics Club. The learned discussed the gymnastics as the study or learning of the action and motion of human body. Il-Pyung Moon and Dong-Cho Lee introduced the eastern system of gymnastics with criticism on the lack of thoughts on gymnastics of Korea. Gun-Su Rew took the gymnastics as an individual science in the argument of Dae-Dong Department of Gymnastics. The conditions of the Korean Empire made the human resource development of Koreans urgent through the balanced development of head, heart and health and especially the health was focused on because the restoration of Korea was to be achieved through it.

        시험용 달 궤도선의 발사 요구조건 사전 분석 단계로 최근 외국에서 발사한 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건은 달 임무 궤도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 또한 지구, 달, 태양의 상대적인 운동으로 인해 임무궤도 요구조건을 만족하는 발사 가능 시간이 주기적으로 반복되는 경향이 있다. 분석 결과 설정된 발사 요구조건들로부터 달 궤도선의 주 임무가 달의 남/북극 지역의 광학 관측 임을 간접적으로 알 수 있었다. 향후 우리나라 달 궤도선 발사 요구 조건 설정에 본 논문이 도움이 되길 기대한다. In the preliminary study on launch window requirement for Korea Path-finder Lunar Orbiter(KPLO), the recent foreign lunar orbiter’s lauch window requirement was analyzed. Normally, the launch requirements depends on the mission orbit. Based on the relationship between Moon, Earth, and Sun, the launch time will be available periodically to meet requirements. In this paper, it is understood that the launch window requirements come from payload mission requirements to take picture each poles of Moon. This paper might be a practical example to derive KPLO launch requirements in the future.

      • Riluzole의 칼슘전류 억제효과에 관한 연구

        Riluzole is a recently synthesized antiglutarnate drug which has the potential therapeutic effect in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS). The aims of this experiment are to elucidate the pharmacological effect of riluzole on the calcium channels in bovine adrenal chromaffin cells and to verify the mechanism of pathogenesis of ALS, The authors recorded and analyzed the calcium currents of bovine adrenal chromaffin cells in the presence of riluzole by using whole-cell patch clamp technique. The results are as follows. 1. ICa.max was recorded at a voltage of 10 mV. 2. Riluzole inhibited ICaPK & ICaSS of bovine adrenal chromaffin cells. 3. There was a dose-dependent manner in the inhibiting rate of riluzole tested on calcium currents. 4. Inhibitory effect of riluzole on the ICaSS was greater than that on the ICaPK. Therapeutic effect of riluzole in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis seems to be related with the mobilization of calcium ions through voltage-gated calcium channels.

        치과용 소와열구 전색제의 조성 용출에 관한 실험적 연구

        From the recent study, it has raised controversy and concern about an estrogenic chemical, bisphenol-A, which was released from resin-based dental pit and fissure sealants. The purpose of this study was to identify and quantify bisphenol-A and other key leachable components that might be released from dental pit and fissure sealants. Five commercially available light-cured resin-based pit and fissure sealants were studied (CON, PEI, ELI, FSF, and TFI). Specimens were prepared from approximately 50㎕ of each pit and fissure sealants. After curing, specimens were weighed and immersed in two different solution (deionized water and 99.99% ethyl alcohol) for 5 hrs. solutions were analyzed by using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectroscopy (MS), and Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer (US) to detect various leachable components (bisphenol-A ; BPA, triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate ; TEGDMA, bis-glycidyl dimethacrylate ; Bis-GMA). There specimens of each sealant were tested. From the experiment, the following results were obtained : In deionized water, peak with retention time of 2.70 min was identified as TEGDMA and the amount of TEGDMA elution from specimens showed statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In ethyl alcohol, peaks with retention times of 2.70 and 6.04 (4.80) min were identified as TEGDMA and Bis-GMA (UDMA), respectively. TEGDMA eluted from CON, PIF, and ELI showed no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). Also, Bis-GMA eluted from CON, ELI, and FSF showed no statistically significant difference(p>0.05). However bisphenol-A was detected at PIT specimen in ethyl alcohol (retention time : 2.51 min in HPLC and 8.02 min in GC-Mass.). The monomers of pit and fissure sealants were leached within a range of 0.04∼1.94 % of the original weight of the cured sealant for five hours.

        성인 환자에서 구치부 압하를 통한 개방교합의 치료와 유지

        성장이 종료된 치성 또는 골격성 개방교합 환자를 치료하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 전치부 개방교합 환자는 증가된 전안면고경, 상악 구치부의 과도한 수직성장, 큰 하악각 등의 특징을 지닌다. 이러한 증례에서 구치의 압하를 통한 개방교합의 해소는 좋은 치료전략이다. 본 연구는 교정용 미니임플란트를 이용하여 개방교합을 치료하고 성공적인 유지를 얻은 두 명의 환자에 대한 보고이다. 적절한 진단이 시행되고 교정용 미니임플란트 등의 장치를 이용한 치료기법을 적용하면 수술치료 없이 교정치료만으로 개방교합의 치료가 가능하며, 하악구치부에 posterior bite block을 추가한 가철식 유지장치 및 SFR이 개교환자를 위한 유지장치 또는 보조유지장치로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. Successful treatment of the non-growing patient with an open bite of either dental skeletal pattern often presents a difficult challenge. The morphologic pattern in anterior open bite is characterized by longer vertical dimensions, an increase in development of the maxillary posterior dento-alveolar structure and a steep mandibular plane. In such cases, molar intrusion would be a good remedy for treatment. This article reports the successful treatment and retention of two anterior open-bite cases. We used orthodontic mini-implants for treatment and a circumferential retainer with posterior bite block or skeletal fixed retainer for retention. The diagnostic criteria and mechanics for appropriate treatment are discussed. Our results suggest that open bite can be reduced successfully with intrusion of molars using orthodontic mini-implants (OMI) without orthognathic surgery, and that circumferential retainer with posterior bite block and skeletal fixed retainer are effective for retention.

        In this paper, we make an analysis of the ID-based cryptosystems and propose a new cryptosystem to integrate digital signature and key distribution using Moon's digital signature scheme. Two interactive key distribution schemes are proposed with indirect or direct authentication. In addition, we propose one-pass key distribution scheme with mutual authentication for the E-mail typed communication. These schemes are secure based on the discrete logarithm problem and efficient in computation and implementation.

        This paper describes a PPGA implementation to Capture a still image system. As camera systems and image processing technology have been improved, a distance measurement and a three dimensional image reconstruction can be possible. The FPGA acts as a logic of capturing stereo images. Then FPGA process independently loads that the CPU has to manage it and can make CPU get more efficiency.

        콤포짓트 레진의 중합체계에 따른 중합률 및 잔류단량체 유출

        Newly developed curing units for the dental composite resins are claimed to result in optimum properties and short curing time. The purpose of this study was to detemine the curing effectiveness of the curing units, and to evaluate the relationship between the degree of polymerization and leachability of residual monomer. Three composite resins were tested (Z100; z100, Herculite XRV; HX, Heliomolar; HM). Disk specimens of 2 mm in thickness and 6 mm in diameter were cured with a plasma arc [Apollo 95E; at 1370 mW/㎠, for 5 sec.(A5), 10 sec.(A10), 15sec(A15)], halogen lamp [VIP; at 500 mW/㎠, for 13 sec.(V13), 26 sec.(V26), 40 sec.(V40)] and custom made light emitting diode [LED; at 500 mW/㎠, for 13 sec.(L13), 26 sec.(L26), 40 sec.(L40)]. Specimens were immersed in 75% ethanol for 7 days. Eluates of the composites were analyzed by a high-performance liquid chromatography, and the degree of polymerization of composites were determined by a Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. To obtain the sufficient curing by a plasma arc, the curing time should be longer than 10 sec. When the same light energy was irradiated, LED showed similar curing performance to halogen lamp. The light energy and the degree of polymerization was not correlated (p>0.05), but the light energy and the leachability of residual monomer was correlated (p<0.05). The leachability of residual monomer (TEGDMA+BisGMA) depended on the degree of polymerization.

        漱石文藝의 中樞를 形成하고 있는 것은 後期三部作인데 이 作品은 그중 하나로 自我와 苦腦의 世界를 보다 깊이있게 追求한 作品이라 할 수 있겠다.『行人』은 「友達」 「兄」 「婦っ てから」「廛勞」로 形成되어 있으며 主人公 一郎란 人間속에 보여지는 孤獨과 我執에 苦腦하는 世界가 展開되고 있다.이런 것들이 構成上 統一된 주제로 흐르는 것은 아니지만 단지 人間의 我執과 人間存在에 깊이 關係해 있는데 意義가 있다고 본다.主人公 一郎는 自己가 絶對라고 생각하는데 그것이 금방 붕괴되고, 解決되지않는 矛盾속에서 苦腦하며, 妻를 사랑하면서도 믿을 수 없는 두사람의 距離를 어떻게해서라도 없앨려고 하나, 그렇게 되지않는 근본적인 어떤 원인으로 苦腦한다.本稿에서 는 그 원인이 무엇이며 그것의 行方은 무엇인가를 규명하는데 있어서 一郎夫妻의 融合할 수 없는 生活의 內部를 보았고, 懷疑와 孤獨속에 苦腦하는 人間의 □의 存在를 보았다.그리고 妻를 믿을 수 없어 자기동생으로 하여금 妻의 貞操를 시험케하는 미치광이 같은 방법을 사용하는 一郎의 內的不安과 人間不信은 一郎의 自己本位主義가 원인이며 그것은 自己 孤獨化의 길 즉 他人과의 訣別을 意味한다
