사회적 기업의 이해와 해외 사회적 기업 사례연구

This research refers to : 1 The fourth sector, the meaning and present condition of social company that have been at a issue recently. 2. goals and policies about promoting social companies. 3. certification system. 4. the derection and the ripple effect of social companies to reach social aims. In addition, the growth and development of Italy, Belgium, England, Sweden, German, France, the USA are current foreign exemplary caese. Through those cases the direction and implications of Korean social companies that consist of about 400 in 2010 are arranged. The role of some good effects is also arranged. Since the nursing business laws came into effect in 2007 first in Aisa, through partnership and organic cooperation beween government and local, beween companies and social organizations, various social groups are promoting personal and material exchanges each other. According to this, here are four good effects of social companies. 1. To improve the level of the public service. 2. To improve the foundation of social companies and then to increase national productivity. 3. To address the social needs of social integration among government, companies, social organizations. 4. To play the role of some good effects on promoting ethical markets which is like improvement of employment, increases of personal welfare, and fair transaction.

음모이에 의한 안검염 1예

이(lice)는 인체에 기생하면서 그들의 생활을 영위하고 여러 가지 질병을 전파하는 매개체로서 널리 알려져 온절족동물의 일종이다. 과거에는 인체에 발생하는 많은 질병의 매개체가 되었으나 그동안 의식주의 개선,공중 및 개인위생의 향상으로 최근에는 인체기생의 빈도가 많이 줄었으며 따라서 이에 의한 질병의 발생도 많이 감소하였다. 더욱이 안검을 침범한 음모이의 국내에 보고된 증례는 1976년 백 등이 보고한 2례, 1977년 신 등이 보고한 1례, 1996년 이 등이 보고한 1례, 1997년 김 등의 1례로 총 5례 뿐이다. 저자들은 세극등과 광학현미경 검사로 음모이에 의한 안검염으로 확진한후,세극등을 이용한 물리적 제거와 항생제 안약 및 연고의 도포를 하며 총 4주간 추적관찰을 하였으며 이 기간동안추가적인 음모이의 성충이나 충란의 발견이 없는 좋은 치료 결과를 경헝하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. We have experienced with a rare case of blepharitis caused by pubic lice, which was confirmed by slit-lamp and light microscopic examinations and resulted with a good outcome with appropriate treatment as follows. A two year old male child complained of foreign body sensations bilaterally, and an itching sensation at both upper and lower eyelids for 2 months. He was diagnosed with blepharitis caused by pubic lice after observation of adult louse and nits on slit-lamp examination. The treatment was accomplished by mechanical removal of the lices and nits by forceps and antibiotic eyedrops and ointment were applied to both eyes. The morphologic evaluation was performed with slit-lamp and light microscopy. The follow-up interval was a week for next one month and no louse or nit was found under slit-lamp examination. So we decided that the pubic lice was completely removed.

Branch-Line Slit 을 갖는 이중 대역 PIFA의 설계 및 제작

A PIFA(Planar Inverted-F Antenna) which can be used in GSM/IXS dual band mobile phone has been designed and fabricated. In particular, in order to reduce the required top patch dimensions, the patch of the present PIFA has been designed as a type of an asymmetric branch line slit in which the excited patch surface currents can be meandered. By use of the HFSS, important design parameters such as the position of feed point and the length of slit were simulated and determined. In the present study, the design procedure by which the exact operating frequency and the proper band width can be obtained, are discussed. In order to check the validity of the present study, some simulated and measured results are presented.

차영상기법을 이용한 균열검출시스템의 구현

In this paper, it was studied about edge detection and recognition in order to detect the crack of the concrete structure and to measure it using the adaptive image processing technology. Existing edge detection process has a good efficiency in finding out edge of input image using mask, but mask operation makes it difficult to get exact edge data. It was proved through experiments that the characteristics of cracks on concrete structure are very similar to edge of the image processing and it is hard to detect cracks clearly through existing edge-detection method. In this paper, to improve this problem, it was suggested that by applying the difference image with morphology method to get the accurate detection and measurement of cracks and maintaining the original input data, highlighting the edge area. Finally it was presented by experiments.

급성백혈병의 화학요법에서 조혈간세포 보충요법

1. 목적 급성백혈병의 화학요법에 있어서 관해유도 요법시에 보다 더 강력한 항암화학요법을 시행하고 골수억제의 회복을 위하여 말초혈액에서 채취한 조혈모세포의 투여로 그 효과를 증대시키고자 시도하였다. 2. 방법 관해유도 화학요법후에 골수억제시기로부터 회복단계로서 백혈구감소증이 호전도면서 단핵세포가 증가될 때에 말초혈액에서 조혈간세포(stem cell)로 인정되고 있는 CD34+세포의 함유량이 1% 이상되는 시기를 찾아내고 그 때부터 평균 4차례의 단핵구를 분리채집을 하여 -74。C에 냉동보관하였다가 제2차 화학요법후에 해동시켜서 정맥주입하였다. 3. 결과 대상 급성백혈병환자는 6명에 23회의 조혈간세포를 함유한 단핵구 채집을 시행하였고 유효한 단핵구의 채집은 4례에서 가능하였고 2례에서는 유효한 채집이 못되었다. 채집효율은 39.0-74.5%로서 평균 49.8%였다. 채집 후에 혈액학적 변화는 혈색소의 약간 감소 (평균 1.34g/dl)와 혈소판의 감소 (평균20.25%)를 나타내었다. 해동 단핵구를 투여할시에 일과성인 불쾌감, 기침, 흉부압박감, 호흡곤란 등이 있었다. 4. 결론 자가골수이식에서 자기말초혈액조혈간세포이식으로 관심이 이행되는 현시점에 자가조혈간세포를 채집하여 수혈하는 기술이 확립되는 기초를 이루었다고 본다. 이번 대상들은 재발된 금성백혈병들에 시행하였으나, 향후에는 초발시에 제일차 관해유도 화학요법 과정에 시도해야할 것으로 생각한다. Object: Peripheral blood stem cells(PBSC) were collected after remission induction chemotherapy and reinfused after intensified chemotherapy in order to increase the chemotherapeutic efficacy. Method: Collection of mononuclear cells (MNC) was started when CD34+ cells above 1% and WBC above 1,000/ul with mononuclear cell percentage above 30%, the collection procedures were done 2-6 time in each patient of total 6 cases. The collected MNCs were stored in - 750C and reinfused after thawing in the water bath at 370C Results: Twenty three collection procedures from the 6 cases of acute leukemia had made effective MNC collection in 4 cases and mean collection efficiency was 49.8%(from 39.0% to 74.5%). Hematological changes after the procedure were mean reduction of hemoglobin 1.34g/dl and mean 20.25% of decreased platelet count. There were noticed transient symptoms of discomfort, coughing, chest tightness and dyspnea in association with the infusion of stored cells. Conclusion: The basic process for the peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (PBSCT) was accomplished with this supportive care for the consolidation chemotherapy of acute leukemia. Effective PBSCT would be warrented with more qualified process and high does chemotherapy. (Korean J Blood Transfus 6(2) : 41~47,1995)

自閉兒를 위한 音樂治療

The purpose of the present study was to demonstrate the important role of music in the treatment programme for autistic children, through a review of the literature. It has been shown that autistic children who do not generally respond to verbal communication respond to music which is partially non-verbal. The followings were suggested in the study: 1. Music has the soothing effect on the emotionally disturbed children. , 2. Autistic children generally positively respond to music. Therefore, music can be used as a reinforcer in teaching. 3. Music in a rondo form can be applied to teach various skills activities. Teaching sign language for the children through the Orff's schulwerk method was introduced as an example. and, 4. Music may be utilized to decrease stereotyped behaviors of autistic children. Thus, the rhythmic body movements of autistic children (stereotypes) may be expressed in a music session as a form of dance or physical exercise to the extend that the children get the similar effect of jogging which is known to have decremental effect on the behaviors.

비목별 분포 분석을 통한 공사비 투입 곡선 예측 모델

Recently, feasibility study in Korean construction industry becomes important with the increasing development projects. Especially, economical efficiency study of feasibility study is an important step that decides feasibility, and accurate cash flow analysis is needed in this step. However, in Korean construction industry, research about this field is poor. In most construction company, they use total cost by informal calculation and cost distribution method using standard normal distribution, but this method has a low accuracy. In this study, we found weaknesses of existing methodology through literature review and case-study of 23 projects that carried by a large construction company of korea during recent 7 years. Also, we propose a forecasting model of cost flow curve using triangular distribution and investment curve classified by items of expenditure.

만성 호중구성 백혈병 1례

Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a very rare myeloproliferative disorder which is characterized by severe sustained mature neutrophilic leukocytosis in peripheral blood (PB), hepatosplenomegaly, elevated leukocyte alkaline phosphatase, serum uric acid. serun viatmin B 12 and the bleeding tendency despite normal platelet count and coagulation time, absence of philadelphia chromosome, and the absence of fever or underlying infection or disease sufficient to mimic a leukemoid reaction. We have experienced a 34-years-old male patient with atypical chronic neutrophilic leukemia. On admission, the leukocyte count was 56,860/uL. severe neutrophic leukocytosis with 76% neutrophils and rare immature forms on PB smear. Many neutrophils had toxic granules, and vacuoloes. Leukocyte alkaline phosphatase score was decreased. The cytogenetic study showed Philadelphia chromosome negative with normal karyotype.

자연의 아름다움과 고급스러움이 공존하는 마임 비에타 쇼룸 제안 -오감 (시각, 청각, 후각, 촉각, 미각)을 중심으로-

본 연구는 국내 브랜드 ‘마임'의 뷰티와 연계한 뷰티 쇼룸을 제안함에 있어서 공간속에 오감을 담아내는 일련의 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이는 브랜드가 소유하고 있는 다양한 감각과 가치가 결여된 채 시각적 요소만이 담긴 브랜드 뷰티 쇼룸이 대다수를 차지하는 오늘날, 이에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해 ’융합 연출 디자인'적 시점에서 폭넓게 바라보고 브랜드의 정신과 오감의 결합을 통해 이를 해결하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 3월~6월 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 <융합연출 디자인>수업에서 진행된 수업의 결과물로서 산학 연계된 화장품 브랜드의 쇼룸디자인 개발 프로세스를 제안한다. 또한 본 연구의 범위는 오감을 담고 있는 뷰티 쇼룸(4D)이 되기까지의 과정 전체로 한다. 그 결과, 마임 뷰티쇼룸은 공간 디자인과 오감을 융합하여 영상에서 공간에 이르기까지 오감의 조화와 브랜드의 정신을 녹여내고 확장시켰다. 끝으로 본 연구는 뷰티 쇼룸 공간 디자인을 제안함에 있어서 오감을 활용하여 통합된 시점에서 그래픽·제품·공간을 개발 및 제시한 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 향후 이와 관련된 쇼룸 공간 개발에 있어서 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
