To make a progress of the seventh elementary art curriculum is that we reorganize every chapter and approach the new teaching-learning model which leads a better educational background. At the point of theory background for seventh educational curriculum, we can see the fact that both understanding art education and teaching-learning are focusing on the composition. We introduce how to reorganize the chapter for theoretical background of understanding art. For the seventh art educational curriculum, learners and teachers lead the activity of teaching-learning. Teachers should do their own role as a supporter, helper for their learners to let them do their best. So this can lead more active experiences of art education which satisfies the admitting of composition. To complete the goal of seventh art educational curriculum is that we find out their creativity for information of art, and give them a model of very right teaching-learning. This is generally based on the fact that we choose the focus of experiencing art, finding out art materials, theory, thoughts, imagination, and examination. It is very important for students interests, desire, their own choices, and free in the model of teaching-learning for seeking theory. When this model gives us theory of learning with teachers & students communication, we can choose and learn more specific theme, method of expressing. Generally, this model performs the procedures of coming up with thinking, drawing, experiencing, expressing, criticizing, and self-examination. The model of these two teaching-learning as above is not definite model but teachers do need to reorganize and perform flexibly, considering of the characteristics and situation of school.

This study examines the relationships beteween social strata and children's socialization in Taegu City. Taking advantage of theories of B. Bernstein(1973) and M. Kohn(1977), two researchers developed their own hypotheses as follows. (1) The upper strata are socializing their children for the purpose of cultivating one's talent in a democratic/self-determined way : (2) The middle strata demand their children to be achievementoriented people in an authoritarian/regulated way : and (3) The lower strata are socializing their children either in a laissz-faire way or in a threatening way in order to make them self-contented. The survey results did not neatly fit into the researchrs' hypotheses. Regardless of social strata, most parents want their children to be polite and courteous. It appears that there does not exist a class-specific and consistent way of socializing children.
잡초성벼의 superoxide dismutase cDNA cloning과 재배벼로의 형질전환

냉해나 한발등의 환경스트레스에 대해 저항성을 유발하는 유전자를 환경스트레스에 강한 잡초성벼로부터 선발하고 이들 유전자를 재배벼에 도입하여 도입유전자 산물의 과량 발현을 통해 냉해나 한발 등에 대한 저항성이 향상된 벼를 선발하고자 하였다. 잡초성벼인 Bhutan 14Ad로부터 냉해 및 한발 저항성 유전자로 알려진 superoxide dismutase (SOD) cDNA를 분리하고자 mRNA를 분리하고 이 분리된 mRNA를 이용해 reverse transcriptase PCR방법으로 SOD cDNA를 cloning 하였다. 그 결과 2종의 SOD cDNA가 cloning되어 SOD-A, SOD-B로 명명하였다. 이들 cDNA의 염기서열을 결정한 결과 이들은 아미노산 서열 상동성이 88.4%를 나타내었으며, SOD-A는 oryza sativa 계열의 Cu/Zn SOD유전자인 GenBank accession No. L36320와 99.3%로 동일하였으며, SOD-B는 accession No. D01000과 100% 동일하였다. 이들 SOD-A와 SOD-B cDNA를 재배벼인 낙동벼에 형질전환하여 형질전환체 벼를 선발하였으며, 이들 형질전환체 벼의 냉해저항성 및 한발저항성 검정을 통해 저항성이 향상된 형질전환체 벼를 선발하고 있다. Two different cDNA clones for superoxide dismutase (SOD) were isolated from an weedy rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Bhutanl4Ad) and were introduced into a cultivated rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Nakdong) in order to develop the environmental stress-resistant rice plants. Sequence analysis of the cloned cDNAs indicated that the deduced amino acid sequence of SOD-A is 88.4% identical to that of SOD-B. Furthermore, the nucleotide sequence of SOD-A is 99.3% identical to that of a Cu/Zn SOD gene of Oryza sativa (GenBank accession No. L36320). The nucleotide sequence of SOD-B was identical to that of the previously published SOD gene (Accession No. D01000). A cultivated rice variety, Nakdong-byeo, was transformed with chimenc SOD genes containing a actin promoter of rice and pin2 terminator using a particle bombardment technique. Transformed calli were selected on an selection medium containing phosphinothricin (PPT). Transgenic rice plants were regenerated from the PPT-resistant calli. PCR analysis with genomic DNAs from transgenic plants revealed that transgenes are introduced into rice genome.

복합소재 기둥 구조의 적층배열 변화에 따른 고유진동 및 모드 특성

The dynamic analysis of poles made of advanced composite materials is carried out for different length-thickness ratios and layup sequences. The numerical results using ABAQUS obtained for plates and shells are in good agreement with those reported by other investigators. The new results for laminated composite pole structures in this study mainly show the effect of the interactions between the radius-length ratio and other various parameters. The effect of fiber angles of long composite poles also investigated. Key observation points are discussed and a brief design guideline is given.
Choline Hydroxide as a Versatile Medium for Catalyst-Free O-Functionalization of Phenols

A versatile synthetic protocol for benzyl phenyl ether preparation via O-alkylation of phenolic oxygen with readily available benzyl derivatives was demonstrated. The newly designed procedure was carried out using an eco-friendly medium, room-temperature ionic liquid (choline hydroxide), under metal- and base-catalyst-free aerobic conditions. The reaction platform was also successfully applied to phenol protection strategy.

Purpose: The present study will identify risk factors for aspiration in severe trauma patients by comparing patients who showed a sign of aspiration lung disease on chest computed tomography (CT) and those who did not. Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of the Korean Trauma Data Bank between January 2014 and December 2019 in a single regional trauma center. The inclusion criteria were patients aged ≥18 years with chest CT, and who had an Injury Severity Score ≥16. Patients with Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS)-chest score ≥1 and lack of medical records were excluded. General characteristics and patient status were analyzed. Results: 425 patients were included in the final analysis. There were 48 patients showing aspiration on CT (11.2%) and 377 patients showing no aspiration (88.7%). Aspiration group showed more endotracheal intubation in the ER (p=0.000) and a significantly higher proportion of severe Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) (p=0.000) patients than the non-aspiration group. In AIS as well, the median AIS head score was higher in the aspiration group (p=0.046). Median oxygen saturation was significantly lower in the aspiration group (p=0.002). In a logistic regression analysis, relative to the GCS mild group, the moderate group showed an odds ratio (OR) for aspiration of 2.976 (CI, 1.024-8.647), and the severe group showed an OR of 5.073 (CI, 2.442-10.539). Conclusions: Poor mental state and head injury increase the risk of aspiration. To confirm for aspiration, it would be useful to perform chest CT for severe trauma patients with a head injury.
Kerion celsi caused by Trichophyton rubrum in a 91-year-old woman

Kerion celsi is an inflammatory type of tinea capitis. It is present as boggy mass studded with broken hairs, oozing purulent material from follicular orifices. This infection is caused most commonly by zoophilic or geophilic pathogens. Trichophyton(T.) rubrum is an anthropophilic dermatophyte that is found all over the world. It has become one of the most important causative agents in tinea unguium and tinea pedis. But, Kerion celsi caused by T. rubrum is rare. Kerion celsi is ucommon in adult. We report a case of kerion celsi caused by T. rubrum in a 91-year-old woman. She presented with localized tendererythematous plaques with abscess on the frontal scalp. A fungal culture from tissue of the lesions was grown on Sabouraud``s dextrose agar and showed typical whitish cottony colonies of T. rubrum. She was treated with 200mg of oral itraconazole daily for 3 months. The skin lesions improved 1 month after treatment, and recurrence has not been observed.
