        The Nonlinear Equivalent Input Disturbance Coordinated Control for Enhancing the Stability of Hydraulic Generator System

        Hydraulic generator plays more important roles as a renewable clean energy in improving stability. As hydraulic generator enjoys strong nonlinear properties, traditional linearized control method may holds worse adaptability for vary disturbances. In order to solve the problem, a Nonlinear Equivalent Input Disturbance Coordinated Control (NEIDCC) method is proposed in this paper. The objective functions related to system control performance are frstly determined. Then the multi-objective equations satisfying the Brunovsky normal form are derived, by which the nonlinear control problem is transformed to linear space to be solved. The nonlinear equivalent control law is obtained from the linear law by calculating the Γ derivative of the objective functions. When the system is subjected to diferent disturbances, the designed NEIDCC control law supports dynamic damping by observing the disturbance to stabilize the oscillations. As a result, the control system holds good performance. The simulation results of the designed hydraulic turbine generator control system demonstrate the efectiveness of the NEIDCC method.

      • Treatment of fever with traditional Chinese medicine according to Zheng on cancer patients (based on case reports)

        Fever in cancer patients is often due to the following causes: evil qi and toxity stagnancy, disorders of qi and blood, deficiencies of zang and fu organs, and the disorder of yin and yang. The treatments given to cancer patients with a fever are according to five: (a) Excessive inner heat and toxicants: remove heat and the toxicant, induce purgation. We use Cheng-Qi-Tang plus Qing-Wen-Bai-Du-Yin. (b) Tangle of damp and heat, and qi stagnancy: remove damp and heat, smooth the qi channel. We use Gan-Lu-Xiao-Du-Dan or San-Ren-Tang. (c) Obvious blood and heat stagnancy: remove heat and blood stasis. We use Xue-Fu-Zhu-Yu-Tang. (d) Deficiency of spleen qi, inner heat caused by a yin deficiency: nourish spleen qi and yin to remove the inner heat. We use Bu-Zhong-Yi-Qi-Tang or Xiao-Jian-Zhong-Tang. (e) Prominent yin deficiency and hectic fever: replenish yin and remove inner heat. We use Qing-Hao-Bie-Jia-Tang or Chai-Qian-Mei-Lian-San. The pathogenesis of fever in cancer patients is complicated. We can see both deficiency and excess in one differentiation. Therefore, we must make sure of it, then we can get the most effective treatment.

      • Research on Task Scheduling Algorithm Based on Trust in Cloud Computing

        Cloud computing is regarded as a new computing mode in recent years, and has been widely applied. Its task scheduling affects the performance of the cloud computing system directly, and people pay more and more attention to the security problems of cloud computing. The paper introduces the trust in scheduling algorithm, improves and fuses the PSO and SA in order to make them complementary. By applying that to the task scheduling strategy of cloud computing, we can get a higher scheduling efficiency. We implement the proposed algorithm and verify its high efficiency through the simulation platform (CloudSim).

        This paper puts forward text filtering system based on SVM algorithm regarding to the problem that bad and sensitive information of user tag that may exist in the collaborative geographic information plotting system. Then further improvement has been made towards the TF-IDF for feature extraction and thus achieved the function that automatically blocks the bad and sensitive information marked by users.

      • Research on Scheduling Strategy based on Trust in Hybrid Cloud

        Hybrid cloud can help companies to maximize the potentiality of IT infrastructure, so the hybrid cloud is increasingly popular in the market. Hybrid cloud scheduling has become one of the important issues which cloud providers face in the current. How to effectively and safely make hybrid cloud scheduling is one of the main research topics in the field of hybrid cloud. This paper introduces an effective hybrid cloud resource management model, and proposes a hybrid cloud resource scheduling strategy based on the particle swarm leapfrog algorithm and trust mechanism in order to solve the problems. The experimental results show that the hybrid cloud scheduling strategy is effective in terms of security and throughput.

        Downregulation of LINC01508 contributes to cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer via the regulation of the Hippo-YAP pathway

        Background: Some long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been found to contribute to cisplatin resistance. Here, we identified a novel lncRNA that was downregulated in cisplatin- resistant to ovarian cancer (OC) cells and aimed to examine the contribution of LINC01508 to cisplatin resistance in OC cells. Methods: Differences in the lncRNA expression profile between OV2008 and C13K cells were assessed by lncRNA expression microarray. The expression of LINC01508 in ovarian epithelial cells, four OC cells, and OC, benign ovary tumor and normal ovary, cisplatin- resistant and non-resistant OC specimens were evaluated by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). The role of LINC01508 in OC cisplatin-resistant was evaluated by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), flow cytometry, colony formation, wound healing, Transwell, and tumor growth inhibition study in vivo. The clinical associations of LINC01508 in OC were evaluated using correlation analysis. The effects of verteporfin (VP) on cisplatin were explored to reveal the function of the hippo-YAP pathway on the cisplatin tolerance of C13K. Results: LINC01508 was downregulated in cisplatin-resistant OC cells and platinum- resistant OC tissue (p<0.01). LINC01508 downregulation was correlated with tumor size, residual tumor, and platinum resistance. The overexpression of LINC01508 improves in vitro and in vivo sensitivity to cisplatin while predicts the poor overall survival which need further follow-up research. The increased level of LINC01508 could suppress the cisplatin resistance of OC cells through the inhibition of the hippo-YAP pathway. Conclusions: The study proposes that dysregulation of LINC01508 expression results in resistance of OC to cisplatin through the inhibition of the hippo-YAP pathway.

      • Collaborative Plotting System Based on Web and Multi-Agent

        The traditional collaborative plotting system is a single user plot in which users are independent of each other, and the data can’t be shared among them. It can’t meet the requirements of multi-users to collaborative plot in the modern society. In this paper, we proposed multi-agent technology applying into the collaborative plotting system, and designed a collaborative plotting system based on web and multi-agent, which can solve the problem of real-time collaborative plotting for multi-users. At the same time, it provides the map editing interactive interface and realizes the dynamic exchange of the plotting information. Also, it supports a wide range of collecting effective plotting data, and realizes a new way of information acquisition. Experiments show that the system based on multi-agent can achieve fast and real-time cooperation under the Web environment, and its response time is short and the system performance is stable.

        Food Microbiology and Biotechnology : Purification and Characterization of a Novel Fibrinolytic Enzyme from Culture Supernatant of Pleurotus ostreatus

        A fibrinolytic enzyme was produced by an edible mushroom of Pleurotus ostreatus using submerged culture fermentation. The enzyme was purified from the culture supernatant by applying a combination of freeze-thaw treatment, ammonium sulfate precipitation, hydrophobic interaction, and gel filtration chromatographies. The enzyme was purified by a 147-fold, with a yield of 7.54%. The molecular masses of the enzyme an determined by gel filtration and SDSPAGE were 13.6 and 18.2 kDa, respectively. The isoelectric point of the enzyme was 8.52. It hydrolyzed fibrinogen by cleaving the α and β chains of fibrinogen followed by the γ chains, and also activated plasminogen into plasmin. The enzyme was optimally active at 45°C and pH 7.4. The enzyme activity was completely inhibited by EDTA, whereas protease inhibitors of TPCK, SBTI, PMSF, aprotinin and pepstatin showed no inhibition on its activity. The partial amino acid sequences of the enzyme as determined by Q-TOF2 were ATFVGCSATR, GGTLIHESSHFTR, and YTTWFGTFVTSR. These sequences showed a high degree of homology with those of metallo-endopeptidases from P. ostreatus and Armillaria mellea. The purified enzyme can also be applied as a natural agent for oral fibrinolytic therapy or prevention of thrombosis.

        The Influence of a Second Metal on the Ni/SiC Catalyst for the Methanation of Syngas

        The catalytic performance of silicon carbide supported nickel catalysts modified with or without secondmetal (Co, Cu and Zn) for the methanation of CO has been investigated in a fixed-bed reactor using a feed consisting of25% CO and 75% H2 without any diluent gas. It has been found that the introduction of Co species can clearly improvethe catalytic activity of Ni/SiC catalyst, whereas the addition of Cu or Zn can result in a significant decrease in the catalyticactivity. The characterizations by means of XRD, TEM, XPS, CO-TPD and H2-TPR indicate that the addition ofCo could decrease the particle size of active metal, increase active sites on the surface of methanation catalyst, improvethe chemisorption of CO and enhance the reducibility of methanation catalysts. Additionally, the special interaction betweenCo species and Ni species is likely favorable for the dissociation of adsorbed CO on the surface of catalyst, and this mayalso contribute to the high activity of 5Co-Ni/SiC catalyst for CO methanation reaction. For 5Cu-Ni/SiC catalyst and 5Zn-Ni/SiC catalyst, Cu and Zn species could cover partial nickel particles and decrease the chemisorption amount of CO. These could be responsible for the low methanation activity. In addition, a 150h stability test under 2 MPa and 300 oCshowed that 5Co-Ni/SiC catalyst was very stable for CO methanation reaction.

        The critical external heat source conditions for subcritical ORC system based on thermo-economics

        Considering the thermodynamic and economic constraints simultaneously, the critical external heat source conditions available for sub-ORC systems with pure or zeotropic mixture working fluids are clarified. The critical external heat source conditions include the maximum allowed heat source temperature T gi,max , the minimum allowed heat source temperature T gi,min and the minimum allowed heat source mass flow rate m g,min . The results show that, no matter using pure working fluid or zeotropic mixture working fluid, the maximum allowed heat source temperature T gi,max increases linearly with the increasing of its critical temperature T cr . For the pure working fluid, the minimum allowed heat source temperature T gi,min is not sensitive to the variation of T cr . While, for the zeotropic mixture working fluid, the minimum allowed heat source temperature T gi,min firstly falls down, then rises up along with the increasing of T cr . An increase in mass flow rate of heat source causes enlarged range of heat source temperature available. And the minimum allowed heat source mass flow rate m g,min reduces sharply with the increase of heat source temperature.
