The purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to satisfaction of users for the order communication system (OCS). The subjects of this study were 98 clerks at Chosun university hospital. The instruments used for this study were the conveniency and the practical application of the data developed by Lee, the satisfaction level developed by Sea Seang-mi and Kim in-sook. The data was analyzed by using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression with SPSS 10.0 program. The mean scores of the conveniency, the practical application of the data and the satisfaction level of user for the OCS was 3.28, 3.29 and 3.34, respectively. In general characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the conveniency of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. In general, characteristics of the respondents, influencing factors to the perceived the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were gender, career and department. The correlation between the satisfaction level and the practical application of the data were statistically significant. The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data (90.3%). In conclusion, The main factors influencing to the satisfaction level of user for the OCS were the practical application of the data. Therefore, it is recommended that guidebooks of user for the OCS or various OCS programs to promote the satisfaction level of user for the OCS and to improve the satisfaction level of user for the OCS should be developed.
Effects of Ginseng Total Saponin on Stress-Induced Analgesia

This study was undertaken to determine the effects of ginseng total saponin (GTS) on stress- induced analgesia (SIA) in mice. intermittent foot shock (FS)-SIA was antagonized not by on but by naloxone in the tail flick FS-SIA which was not antagonized by naloxone in the T.F. test. On the other hand, GTS did not antagonize the continuous FS-SIA naloxone antagonized in the T.P. test. Also GTS antagonized psychological (PSIF)-SIA which was not antagonized by naloxone in the T.F. test. However, GTS did not antagonize the PSY-SIA which naloxone antagonized in the T.P. test. Forced swimming (FSIP)-SIA was not affected by both GTS and naloxone. These results suggest that the antapeonisms of intermittent FS-SIA in the T.F. test, continuous FS-SIA and PSY-SIA by GTS are mediated by non-opioid mechanisms but the antagonism of intermittent FS-SIA in the T.P. test by GTS is mediated by opioid mechanism.

초고속정보통신기반정책은 보편적 정보서비스의 구현을 넘어서서 국가전반적인 하부구조의 변화를 초래함으로써 당면하고 있는 제반사회문제의 해결을 통하여 국가경제 발전과 국민의 삶의 질 향상을 기하여 국가경쟁력 향상을 통한 21세기 세계중심국가로 부상함을 그 목표로 한다. 이러한 초고속정보통신기반정책과 지역정보화정책이 상호연계를 이루어 두 정책이 추구하는 목적달성을 상호상승적으로 보다 효과있게 달성할 수 있는 전략이 초고속지역정보화정책 이다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 대부분의 초고속정보통신기반정책을 구성하고 있는 하위정책수단들은 많은 분야에서 하향식통제모형의 집행보다는 상향식집행모형과, 민영화집행모형, 그리고 진화형 집행모형이 더욱 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 볼 때 초고속정보통신기반정책의 성공적인 집행을 위해서는 지역이 주체가 되어 정보화를 바탕으로 한 지역사회개발 즉 지역경제발전과 나아가 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상을 추구하는 지역정보화정책과의 연계가 필수적이다. 정보통신기반순환일반모형을 적용하여 분석할 때, 기존의 정보통신기반을 활용한 지역정보화는 정보응용층에서 병목현상이 발생하여 정보수요공급의 연계가 단절됨으로써 지역정보화추진이 활성화되지 못한다. 그러나, 초고속정보통신기반을 바탕으로 한 지역정보화정책은 단기적으로는 정보유통층, 정보전송층에 병목현상이 생길 수 있지만 이 부분은 국가적인 전략사업으로 뒷받침되기 때문에 이러한 장애는 극복될 수 있다. 결과적으로 초고속지역정보화정책이 지역정보화의 활성화를 위하여 가장 바람직한 수단임을 알 수 있다.

The effects of Malloti Cortex Water Extract (MCWE), bergenin (isolated as an active component from MCWE), and acetylbergenin (synthesized from acetylation of bergenin) on the liver fibrosis induced by bile duct ligation (BDL) in rats. We studied hydroxyproline (HYP) as a marker of collagen accumulation in the liver, alanine aminotransferase (s-ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (s-AST), and alkaline phosphatase (s-ALP) as serum markers of liver cell damage induced by BDL. MCWE, bergenin, and acetylbergenin decreased towards normal the accumulated levels of HYP in the liver and the elevated serum levels of s-ALT, s-AST and s-ALP The results indicate that MCWE, bergenin, and acetylbergenin ameliorated the liver damage induced by BDL in rats.
