        석영과 장석의 Zeta 전위에 있어서 금속이온의 영향

        石英과 長石의 活性化에 關한 資料를 얻기 爲해서 水溶液中 Mg^(++), Cu^(++), Zn^(++)과 Al^(+++)를 添加하여 鑛粒의 Zeta 電位를 測定하였다. 그리고 이들 鑛粒의 界面電氣現象과 金屬이온들의 加水分解特性을 서로 關聯시켜 比較 檢討하여 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 水溶液中에 金屬이온이 存在할 때 長石의 界面電氣現象은 石英과 같다. 2. 金屬이온種의 吸着으로 因해 石英과 長石의 界面은 陽(+)으로 荷電된다. 그리고 陽으로 荷電되는 pH 範圍는 金屬이온의 種類에 따라 다르다. 3. 水溶液中에 金屬이온들이 存在하면 鑛粒의 zpc(Zero point of charge)는 두 곳의 pH에서 나타난다. 두개의 zpc 중 하나의 zpc가 나타나는 pH는 M^(II)OH^+, M^(III)(OH)^+_2 및 M^(III)(OH)^(++) 이온種의 最高濃度가 나타나는 pH와 거의 一致한다. 마그네슘 이온의 경우에는 pH 10.1에서 단하나의 zpc가 나타난다. 4. Mg(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) 및 Al(III) 이온들의 加水分解特性과 zeta 電位를 關聯시켜 볼 때 Mg^(++), Cu^(++), Zn^(++) 및 Al^(+++)은 鑛粒表面에 對해 吸着力이 弱하고, 한편 M^(II)(OH)^+, M^(III)(OH)^+_2 및 M^(III)(OH)^(++) 이온種은 吸着力이 强함을 알 수 있다. To obtain a better understanding of quartz and orthoclase activation, zeta potentials of the minerals were studied in the presence of metallic ions such as Mg^(++), Cu^(++), Zn^(++) and Al^(+++). A microelectrophoresis technique has been used to measure the zeta potential, and the results have been correlated with the hydrolysis of the metallic ions in the solution. The experimental results have led to the following conclusions. 1. Zeta potentials of orthoclase in the presence of the metallic ions show a similar behavior to those of quartz. 2. Adsorption of the metallic ions renders the zeta potential of quartz and orthoclase positive. The pH range of positive zeta potential varies with the kind of cation. 3. Zero point of charge(ZPC) of the mineral surface in the presence of metallic ions appears at two different pH of solution. One of two pH of ZPC is consistent with the pH at which M^(II)(OH)^+ and M^(III)(OH)^+_2 or M^(III)(OH)^(++) species are predominant. 4. Comparison of the zeta potential data with the hydrolysis for Mg(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Al(III) species suggests that Mg^(++), Cu^(++), Zn^(++) and Al^(+++) are only weakly adsorbed at the mineral surface and that M^(II)(OH)^+ and M^(III)(OH)^+_2 or M^(III)(OH)^(++) are the main metallic ionic species adsorbed.

        기우제의(祈雨祭儀)를 통해 본 영남 지방관의 일상과 대민의식

        Through this article, I investigated how Youngnam reeves performed ritual for rain as a official business. To do this I focused on the rituals of Chaewon Oh Hoing-Mook (1834~?), who was reeve of Youngnam province. Oh`s ritual was official, but dynamic and flexible. In a aspect Oh`s ritual for rain was one of his routine jobs. In other aspect, through his ritual, Oh tried to establish social integration with consideration for the subjects. The ritual for rain was performed when drought kept going on. In this natural crisis. he held the ceremony to meet the subjects face by face. Through two additional ritual, especially, he preserved social order, and took care of the subjects preferentially. All social class people can also meet each other in the ritual. Performing the ritual with highly established form, he also gave great concern to the subjects. He gained sympathy of the subjects`s pain, and paid fruits or money. He also minimized the subjects`s burden loaded to them. In these his routine rituals, I can know that reeves shared their joy with the subjects and communicated each other. It is fundamental procedure to choose ritual place, to prepare things needed in the ceremony, and to write a ritual oration in the official ritual. It is common to prepare ritual place, things needed in ritual, and order of ritual according to law books. The ritual was based on Conficianism, therefore taboos or belief system of official ceremony was less restricted than those of private ceremony. One of remarkable thing is ritual oration. After 13th ritual, the two additional rituals was executed. In those rituals, the formality of orations were less strict than that of previous 13 rituals. He showed his wish for raining with the ritual oration, which had long sentences and flexible contents. Reeves usually understood the Mother Nature in aspect of Confucianism. Eventually, reeves recognized the relationship between God and human as a reciprocal interaction.

        The hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome is a rare primary immunodeficiency disorder characterized by extremely high serum IgE levels and eosinophilia, and serious recurrent bacterial infections of the skin and sinopulmonary tract in early life. Associated clinical features are coarse facial appearance and chronic eczematoid dermatitis. The most common organism that infect these patients are S. aureus and C. albicans. The patients' serum IgE levels are elevated but the basic immunologic mechanism is not fully understood. It is believed that the elevated IgE levels reflect a T-cell imbalance characterized by T-cell activation and a deficiency of suppressor T cells to inhibit IgE production. We have experienced a case of hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome in a ??-year-old boy who had suffered from recurrent staphylococcal pneumonia and onychomycosis and chronically pruritic dermatitis from 3 months of age with elevated serum IgE level. A brief review of the related literature is presented.

        In the relations between supply and demand of livestock manure, the possible amount of spreading seems to be over 1.6 times compared with that of production. Nevertheless, it is prerequired to spread the slurry over more aerable land for reutilization. On the aspect of management, it is desired that the tank is established in the livestock farm than in the field, and the storage capacity of tank should be more than 6 months. To increase the operation efficiency, it is recommended to use a mobile container as an intermediate tank, which is easily set up at the field and has a capacity of 18~60㎥. Through this system, the operation efficiency by 10㎞ distance can be increased 6 times more than the system without intermediate tank. The utilization cost is 3,200~6,800 won per ㎥ in accordance with the transport distance.

      • F.O.B. 貿易契約의 「引渡條件」的 性格에 따른 問題點에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of F.O.B. trade term in point of delivery term rather than price term through Incoterms (1980) and Revised American Foreign Trade Definitions (1941), and to find any inconsistencies between its original meanings and current practices. To do this analysis, I pursued the historical evolution of this term, to which the revolution of transportation with a container system, and finance with an L/C contributed greatly. Thus I found a lot of differences and changes for the original meanings in real business because of actual necessity, even though current practices contained much legal unreasonableness. As the current practices have controlled actual trade and its both parties for many years, they should be fixed as international rules which are authorized by I.C.C. To achieve this purpose, I presented my personal opinions as a conclusion. First, a seller should be regarded as a shipper because he should secure on-going vessel, and only a B/L should be a full and sufficient evidence of delivery. Second, F.O.B. Term should be used only in international trade, so a seller should act as an exporter. Third, F.O.B. Term as an actual delivery should be understood as a documentary delivery.

      • 債務保證信用狀(Stand-by Credit)의 運用上의 問題點 : 信用狀의 獨立性과 嚴格一致의 原理를 중심으로

        The UCP of 1983 Revision applies to Stand-by Credit, and also the principles of the autonomy of the credit and the requirement of strict compliance apply to this type of credit. We can forsee several problems in Stand-by Credit operaations, if above two fundamental principles apply to the Credit, which increase the risks to the customer or the applicant. The reason is that in Stand-by Credit, the B/L issued by the third party is not used, instead the certificated of default of non-performance may be accepted as presented, or may be fraudulent. To avoid these risks, first, the customer or applicant may include an Cancellation Clauses in Stand-by Credit, by which the customer or applicant may cancel the Stand-by Credit, provided the sales contract underlying the Credit is cancelled. Second, the certificates of default or non-performance, which are attached to bill of exchange for payment are to be issued not by the beneficiary but by the third party such as engineers or architects. Third, the rule of "fraud exception" should be applied more positively to the Stand-by Credit. The case which exceptionally the bank should refuse to pay under the Credit occurs if it is proved to its satisfaction that the documents, though apparently in order on the face, are fraudulent, and the beneficiary was involved in the fraud. But these suggests may not be accepted by the respective beneficiary and the current UCP may not allow such special or exceptional clauses. At any rate, the UCP applies to a general Letter of Credit and Stand-by Credit simultaneously, ignoring peculiar characteristics of latter, which may cause a lot of problems in practical use of Stand-by Credit. Therefore, It is essential that in next revision of the UCP, the special clauses only for the Stand-by Credit should be drafted to minimize the risks resulted from the non-existance of shipping documents.

        Oxalate와 Enrofloxacin투여한 랫트신장에 대한 병리조직학적관찰

        To investigate the renal effects of enrofloxacin administration on rats induced with dehydration or hyperoxaluria, male rats were treated with enrofloxacin of 50 mg to 500 mg/kg b.w.. The microscopical observations of kidney and urine sediment were carried out in the experimental groups. The result obtained were as follows; The male rats deprived of water for 72 hours and administered with enrofloxacin. As enrofloxacin administration dose was increased, clinical signs such as loss of appetite, depression, weakness, and loss of urine output became more severe. In the histopathological findings, there were hyperemia and hemorrhage in renal cortex, vacuolation and necrosis of renal tubular epithelia, proteinous casts within renal tubules. The male rats were orally administered with sodium oxalate and injected with enrofloxacin for 7days. As enrofloxacin administration dose was increased, clinical signs such as the loss of appetite and water consumption, and weakness became more severe. In the histopathological findings, there are hemorrhage of glomeruli and cortical hyperemia, vacuolation and necrosis of tubular epithelia, proteinous casts in renal tubules. In the microscopical findings of urine sediment, there are calcium oxalate crystal (diamond-like type) and magnesium ammonium phosphate crystals (rhomboid). The male rats were intraperitoneally injected with sodium oxalate and administered with enrofloxacin for 7days. As enrofloxacin administration dose was increased, clinical signs such as the loss of appetite and water consumption, weakness were more severe. In the histopathological findings, there were hyperemia and hemorrhage in both glomeruli and renal cortex. Severe necrosis of renal tubular epithelia, bluish materials within renal tubules were also found. In the microscopical findings of urine sediment, there were many calcium oxalate crystals. The present results suggest that enrofloxacin has some injurious effects in rats having dehydration or hyperoxaluria, and clinically, we should consider these renal injury effects when we use enrofloxacin in patients accompanied renal disease, dehydration and hyperoxaluria conditions.

        현금흐름 및 발생항목의 기대모형과 증분정보가치

        This study evaluates the relation among security returns and funds-based earnings components by incorporating the predictive information in historical serial- and cross- correlations among the earnings components. We document that proxies for market expectations of the components that are based on measures of serial- and cross-dependencies are more accurate than random-walk proxies. We find that operating cash flow component of earnings is significantly more highly valued than current accruals when the serial dependency model is used as an expectation model of the components. Particularly, this additional information content of operating cash flows over current accruals is driven by firm-years having extreme unexpected operating cash flows.
