This paper presents experimental and analytical studies of ultimate strength of [30_2/-30_2/90]_s carbon/epoxy laminates with free-edge delamination under uniaxial tension. We performed tensile test for laminates with Telflon inserted on interfaces to simulate initial free-edge delamination. The experiment reveals that extensional stiffness of the laminate decreases by the initiation of the delamination, and that strength of the laminate without delamination is smaller than that of the laminated with delamination. Generalized quasi-three dimentional finite element analysis, which employs energy release rate and maximum stress criteria, predicts the ultimate strength of the laminates with sufficient accuracy.

Preliminary evaluation of new ⁶⁸Ga-labeled cyclic RGD peptides by PET imaging

Integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$ plays an important role in the tumor metastases and angiogenesis. Arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGD) peptide motif binds to the integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$. General $^{68}Ga$-labeled cyclic RGD peptides was rapidly eliminated from the circulatory system by renal excretion because of its hydrophilic property. The purpose of this study was to develop a novel $^{68}Ga$-labeled cyclic RGD peptides, which could acquire enhanced PET tumor images with improved pharmacokinetics by adopting biphenyl group between chelator and RGD peptides. $^{68}Ga$-DOTA-2P-c(RGDyK) was demonstrated a 12% higher lipophilicity level than $^{68}Ga$-DOTA-c(RGDyK) as a reference compound. In the animal PET, $^{68}Ga$-DOTA-2P-c(RGDyK) represented relatively lower blood-clearance, and an increased signal to noise ratio compared to $^{68}Ga$-DOTA-c(RGDyK). From these perspective, $^{68}Ga$-DOTA-2P-c(RGDyK) could be a good candidate for in integrin ${\alpha}_v{\beta}_3$-expressed tumor imaging.

보험모집규제에 관한 비교법적 고찰

Owing to informational asymmetry between consumers and insurers, insurance consumers must understand insurance products mainly dependent on insurer’s explanation. So when the insurers sells insurance products, it is very important that the sufficient information should be provided to the policyholder. Following the global tendencies that have strengthened the insurer’s information duty, Korean assembly revised Insurance Business Law, and introduced the suitability rule and explanation duty. This paper aims at researching insurer’s information duty under the Commercial Act, Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, Insurance Business Law, and Financial Consumer Protection Act Bill. And it proposes following suggestions. First, there are many confusions to regulate insurer’s information duty due to triplicate Acts on the explanation duty. And so it is desirable that insurer’s information duty should be arranged according to each Act’s nature. Second, the insurer would produce various documents such as suitability report, Statement of demands and needs, explanation confirming document, etc. An so Financial Services Commission is needed that every insurer should prepare internal control provisions on the producing, keeping the documents.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 직업교육연구 학회지의 연구동향 분석

이 연구의 목적은 직업교육연구 학회지에 게재된 논문들을 키워드 네트워크 분석법을 실시하여 국내의 직업교육훈련과 관련된 연구동향과 특성을 파악하여 직업교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고자 한다. 2008년부터 2020년까지의 게재 논문 577편을 대상으로 정부 시기별 주제어들의 빈도분석과 이들의 네트워크 구조를 분석하였다. 빈도분석에 있어서 연구결과는 자기효능감, 만족도, 특성화고등학교와 같은 단어들은 각 시기별 빈도수 상위 20위 내에 공통적으로 나오는 키워드로써 활발한 연구가 이루어지는 주제이다. 키워드 네트워크 분석결과는 이명박 정부 시기의 연결중심성은 자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 키워드가 높게 나타났으며, 매개중심성의 경우 자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 키워드가 높게 나타났다. 박근혜 정부 시기의 연결중심성은 자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 키워드가 높게 나타났으며, 매개중심성의 경우 자기효능감, 대학생의 키워드에서 높게 나타났다. 문재인 정부 시기의 연결중심성은 만족도, 자기효능감의 키워드가 높게 나타났으며, 매개중심성의 경우 직무만족, 만족도의 키워드에서 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 직업교육훈련의 발전방향과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 논문들에서 주제어의 양적 증가가 있었으며, 각 정부마다 주목받는 키워드가 나타났다. 하지만, 4차 산업혁명이나 코로나-19와 같은 최근 많은 관심을 보이고 있는 키워드의 빈약 혹은 부재는 향후 연구 직업교육연구가 탐구해야 할 과제라고 생각한다. 향후 빅데이터, AI, 비대면 수업, 블랜디드 러닝과 같은 새로운 분야에서 활발한 연구가 이루어졌으면 한다. The purpose of this study is to identify the research trends and characteristics related to domestic vocational education and training through a keyword network analysis method of papers published in the Journal of Vocational Education Research to find the direction in which vocational education should proceed. For the 577 publications published from 2008 to 2020, the frequency analysis of key words in the government period and their network structure were analyzed. In frequency analysis, words such as self-efficacy, satisfaction and specialized high schools are common keywords in the top 20 of each period. The results of keyword network analysis showed that the Degree centrality of the Lee Myung-bak administration was high in the keywords of self-efficacy and career maturity. In the case of Betweenness centrality, the keywords of self-efficacy and career maturity were high. In the Degree centrality of the Park Geun-hye administration, the keywords of self-efficacy and career maturity were high. In the case of Betweenness centrality, the keywords of self-efficacy and college student were high. As for the Degree centrality of the Moon Jae-in administration, the keywords of satisfaction and self-efficacy were high. In the case of Betweenness centrality, the keywords of job satisfaction and satisfaction were high. Based on the results of this study, the future direction and implications of vocational education and training are as follows. There was a quantitative increase in the number of key words in the papers, and keywords attracting attention were found in each government. However, I think that the lack or absence of keywords that have recently shown a lot of interest, such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Corona-19, is an issue that should be explored for future research and vocational education research. I hope that there will be active research in new fields such as big data, AI, non-face-to-face classes, and blended learning in the future.

After marking fatique in loading constant cycling load in order to analyze the fatique fracture behavior of High Strength Aluminum Alloy Material (AL2024-T3), the main conclusions obtained are as follows : 1. The ratio K_op/K_nax between stress intensity fator and crack opening point depends on stress ratio R according to the measuring position, but, in case of using the load of crack opening point measure in crack mouse, it is shown that the effect of stress ratio R could be ignorent. 2. It is shown that the effect of stress ratio R on fatique crack propagation behavior is high at stress intensity factor range ΔK_lh on THRESHOLD section. 3. It is possible that fatique crack behavior along the dimensions of shear lip could accurately be analyze by controlling efftive stress intensity range ΔK_eff among efftive stress intensity range ΔK_eff, stress intensity factor K_max and stress intensity factor range ΔK.

보험지주회사의 이해상충 문제에 대한 감독법적 규제의 개선방안에 관한 연구

This study tried to improve the operation of insurance holding company group controling the insurance company and the legal problem of the regulation for proper supervision. For the operation of insurance holding company this study was performed by focusing on the way to make contract enabling the insurance holding company to dominate the subsidiary and minority shareholders protecting issue as well as director's obligation. Consequently due to the limitation of commercial law based on the premise of individual entity in the law, it was cleared that the insurance holding company's directional authority to its subsidiary on the Financial Holding Company Act should be null and void, that means the subsidiary does not have any legal obligation to fulfill holding company's direction. In order to settle this matter, special management commissioning agreement were reviewed. On the Financial Holding Company Act, the insurance holding company is under constant regulation for the restriction of concentration of economic power and to ensure the soundness of the insurance subsidiaries such as approval of establishment, assets operation, approval of subsidiary registry, the other company's stock ownership restrictions. However there is some controversial point regarding the application of these to insurance holding company as excessive preliminary regulation and redundant regulation. Meanwhile regarding the assets operation, it is deregulated to take effect the Insurance Business Act however, considering the adjustments of the solvency ratio of the financial group strengthened after financial crisis, it needs to be reviewed in the aspects of international consistency. Especially the regulation of consolidated capital adequacy ratio for the whole insurance holding company group is recognized as necessary therefore its introduction should be reviewed positively in the aspect of ensuring the soundness of whole group and integrated supervision. 보험지주회사를 통한 겸업화ㆍ대형화는 상반되는 이해를 가진 다양한 경제주체때문에 이해상충의 문제가 발생하게 된다. 보험지주회사 그룹의 이해상충 문제는 지주회사와 자회사간의 이해상충, 지주회사와 고객 간의 이해상충 문제로 대별해 볼 수 있다. 전자는 회사법적인 개선을 통한 그룹단위의 효율성을 확보하는 한편 소수주주 등 이해관계자를 보호할 수 있는 법제도의 설정을 의미한다. 이러한 그룹단위의 효율성을 확보하기 위해 개별 법인격이 인정되는 지주회사의 자회사에 대한 일정한 지휘권과 이에 따른 지주회사와 자회사간의 이해상충 및 소수주주 등의 보호 문제에 관한 회사법적 입법 보완이 필요하다. 후자는 금융지주회사법상 지주회사등의 건전성 확보를 통한 보험계약자 등의 보호와 시스템 위험의 방지를 위한 일정한 행위규제 등의 적절한 설정과 관련한 감독법적 측면의 입법적 개선에 관한 논의라고 할 수 있다. 보험지주회사의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 자회사에 대한 실질적인 지배력을 확보할 수 있는 방안이 입법적으로 제시되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 그리하여 본문에서는 보험지주회사와 자회사 간의 특별경영위임계약의 체결을 통한 지배력 확보방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 입법형태는 기업집단에 관해 일률적으로 규제하는 독일의 콘체른 규제와는 다르지만, 계약의 체결을 통한 지배권의 확보라고 하는 측면에서는 유사한 측면이 있다. 결국 기업집단에 관한 회사법적 입법의 보완은 기업집단의 이해상충을 방지하면서 효율성을 확보할 수 있는 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다. 보험지주회사의 건전성은 보험업이 갖는 공공성의 실현과 밀접한 관련을 가지므로 보험지주회사 그룹전체에 대한 건전성의 감독 강화를 통해 이를 확보하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 따라서 보험지주회사그룹 전체에 관한 연결감독을 통한 감독의 강화가 요구된다고 할 것이고, 보험지주회사의 자율성을 제한하는 과도한 경제력 집중과 관련된 규제는 완화되어야 할 것이다. 반면에 사후적인 감독 강화 및 내부통제기준의 준수를 통한 지배구조 개선을 통해 보험지주회사의 건전성을 확보하는 것이 바람직하다. 결국 현행과 같은 보험지주회사에 관한 금융지주회사법상의 특칙 규정보다는 보험업법상 보험지주회사에 관한 근거 규정을 두는 감독법적인 측면에서의 입법적 개선이 필요하다고 본다.

직장 유암종의 내시경 절제: 효능과 추적 임상경과

Background/Aims: With the growing volume of screening colonoscopies, the incidence of rectal carcinoids and the number of endoscopic resections for rectal carcinoids are also increasing. However, the prognosis including recurrence and metachronous lesions after endoscopic resection is unclear. Methods: The medical records of 255 patients who had undergone endoscopic resection for rectal carcinoids between October 1999 and April 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. Results: The number of males was 150 (58.8%), and the mean age was 54.1 years (range, 27-85 years). Mean tumor size was 6.9 mm. In total, 162 cases (63.5%) were treated with endoscopic mucosal resection and 93 (36.5%) were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection. Although endoscopic complete resections were achieved in all cases, the histological examination showed 47 cases with a positive resection margin (18.4%) and three with lymphovascular invasion (1.2%). In the 54 patients with a free resection margin, who were followed for more than 12 months, abdominopelvic computed tomography and endoscopy did not show recurrence after a median of 30.5 and 36 months, respectively. Three patients with lymphovascular invasion did not show recurrence during follow-up period of 13, 30, and 37 months, respectively. Metachronous rectal carcinoids were detected in four patients at 23, 58, 61, and 89 months, respectively, after initial endoscopic resection, leading to a second endoscopic treatment. Conclusions: Small rectal carcinoids completely resected grossly and pathologically without lymphovascular invasion appear to have low probability of short-term recurrence. However, considering the slow growth rate of carcinoids, long-term follow-up for recurrence and metachronous carcinoids is required. (Intest Res 2011;9:217-224)

This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of water quality parameters in the indoor swimming pool water according to the type of disinfection. The method of disinfection has a on-site oxidant generation, sodium hypochlorite and artificial seawater electrolysis that the salt was put in the pool directly. The on-site oxidant generation and sodium hypochlorite in the disinfectant contain high concentrations of bromate and chlorate. The bromate and chlorate containing the disinfectant is the cause of detection in a swimming pool. Maximum concentration of bromate in swimming pool waters was 1.365 mg/L at on-site oxidant generation and maximum concentration of chlorate was 36.00 mg/L at sodium hypochlorite. Therefore, to reduce the concentration of bromate and chlorate in swimming pool water, it is necessary to use the disinfectant containing the less quantity of bromate and chlorate and to exchange of swimming pool water frequently.

수산·해운계열 특성화고등학교 입학생의 진로선택에 미치는 요인 연구

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the motivation of students in specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors. The conclusion of this study is summarized as follows. First, students at specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors tend to be self-directed in admission, and their parents have a great influence. Second, students of specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors are thinking positively about the future of the fisheries and Maritime industries along with specialized high schools in the fisheries and shipping sectors. Third, students at specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors differed in the factors affecting career choice depending on their location. Fourth, students at specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors differed in the factors affecting career choice depending on the department. The policy suggestions based on the above research are as follows. First, specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors should seek discriminatory ways to secure new students according to school and department. Second, efforts should be made to positive expectations for the fisheries and shipping sectors of students at specialized high schools in the fisheries and Maritime sectors.
