중국 흑룡강성 조선족 생활문화의 지속과 변동 : 의례와 축제를 중심으로 Focusing on rites and festivals

        강위원,김시덕,안화춘 한국사진학회 2005 AURA Vol.0 No.12

Farmers and patriots became impoverished by natural disasters and a decline of governmental power at the end of Joseon dynasty, when they were forced to migrate to China for the purpose of either their living or national independence movement. With their descendants, and then, they continued to reside in China even after national independence. They are just called the Joseon tribe in China. In fact, they were subjected to a lot of oppression and exploitation in starting to reside in China, a foreign area. Their living culture is based on the originality of Korean tribe, and they adapted themselves to a variety of new political, cultural and social environments, as well as to local climate and life style. While contacting a different kind of tribes, they also acquired their own knowledge of life. Therefore, their living culture is a version of Korean tribe' s culture. With the recent trend of industrialization with so-called "Korean Dream," their living culture is changing radically and even disappearing gradually. Once a minority race' s culture or life style disappears in the Chinese people-centered society, it can never be recovered. Therefore, it is a very urgent matter to photograph and keep a record of their current culture. It is also our duty to guide the change of their living culture in such a manner that their racial characteristics can be retained in China where a Korean boon is now on.

      • β3GnT8 Regulates Laryngeal Carcinoma Cell Proliferation Via Targeting MMPs/TIMPs and TGF-β1

        Hua, Dong,Qin, Fang,Shen, Li,Jiang, Zhi,Zou, Shi-Tao,Xu, Lan,Cheng, Zhi-Hong,Wu, Shi-Liang Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.5

Previous evidence showed ${\beta}1$, 3-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase 8 (${\beta}3GnT8$), which can extend polylactosamine on N-glycans, to be highly expressed in some cancer cell lines and tissues, indicating roles in tumorigenesis. However, so far, the function of ${\beta}3GnT8$ in laryngeal carcinoma has not been characterized. To test any contribution, Hep-2 cells were stably transfected with sense or interference vectors to establish cell lines that overexpressed or were deficient in ${\beta}3GnT8$. Here we showed that cell proliferation was increased in ${\beta}3GnT8$ overexpressed cells but decreased in ${\beta}3GnT8$ knockdown cells using MTT. Furthermore, we demonstrated that change in ${\beta}3GnT8$ expression had significant effects on tumor growth in nude mice.We further provided data suggesting that overexpression of ${\beta}3GnT8$ enhanced the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) at both the mRNA and protein levels, associated with shedding of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase TIMP-2. In addition, it caused increased production of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-${\beta}1$), whereas ${\beta}3GnT8$ gene knockdown caused the reverse effect. The results may indicate a novel mechanism by which effects of ${\beta}3GnT8$ in regulating cellular proliferation are mediated, at least in partvia targeting MMPs/TIMPs and TGF-${\beta}1$ in laryngeal carcinoma Hep-2 cells. The finding may lay a foundation for further investigations into the ${\beta}3GnT8$ as a potential target for therapy of laryngeal carcinoma.

      • Aquaporin 8 Involvement in Human Cervical Cancer SiHa Migration via the EGFR-Erk1/2 Pathway

Shi, Yong-Hua,Tuokan, Talaf,Lin, Chen,Chang, Heng Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.15

Overexpression of aquaporins (AQPs) has been reported in several human cancers. Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 (Erk1/2) are associated with tumorigenesis and cancer progression and may upregulate AQP expression. In this study, we demonstrated that EGF (epidermal growth factor) induces SiHa cells migration and AQP8 expression. Wound healing results showed that cell migration was increased by 2.79-1.50-fold at 24h and 48h after EGF treatment. AQP8 expression was significantly increased (3.33-fold) at 48h after EGF treatment in SiHa cells. An EGFR kinase inhibitor, PD153035, blocked EGF-induced AQP8 expression and cell migration and AQP8 expression was decreased from 1.59-fold (EGF-treated) to 0.43-fold (PD153035-treated) in SiHa. Furthermore, the MEK (MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase)/Erk (extracellular signal regulated kinase)/Erk inhibitor U0126 also inhibited EGF-induced AQP8 expression and cell migration. AQP8 expression was decreased from 1.21-fold (EGF-treated) to 0.43-fold (U0126-treated). Immunofluorescence microscopy further confirmed the results. Collectively, our findings show that EGF induces AQP8 expression and cell migration in human cervical cancer SiHa cells via the EGFR/Erk1/2 signal transduction pathway.

      • An Adaptive Energy Aware Algorithm for Reliable Transmission Sensor Networks

Shi-Hua Cao,Qi-Hui Wang,Li-Dong Wang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.8

Route maintenance and repair process plays an important role in mobile self-organizing network. On the basis of considering route stability and energy aware routing protocol, a new scheme is proposed in this paper. Firstly, signal strength, rest energy and port queue length are periodically and alternately detected; secondly, cross-layer method is adopted for route maintenance, and the alternate route is actively established for data transmission according to the routing repair mechanism “Make-before-Break”; finally, relevant experiment is carried out in NS2 to simulate and compare the proposed protocol and other similar routing protocols such as RSEA and LAER. The experiment result shows that the new scheme has good performance in the aspects of data packet delivery ratio, overhead control and end-to-end delay.

      • A sheathless CE/ESI-MS interface with an ionophore membrane-packed electro-conduction channel

        Shi, Lian-Hua,Jin, You-Xun,Moon, Dong-Cheul,Kim, Sook-Kyung,Park, Sang-Ryoul WILEY-VCH Verlag 2009 Electrophoresis Vol.30 No.10

<P>A robust and convenient sheathless CE/ESI-MS interface realized with an ionophore membrane-packed electro-conduction channel is described. Sheathless interfaces that may provide higher sensitivity for MS detection than sheath flow-supported interfaces generally show instability and short lifetimes due to their imperfection in making an electrical contact with the emitter tip. In this work, we designed a sheathless interface based on an ionophore membrane-packed electro-conduction channel. At the joining point of the CE capillary and the emitter capillary, the conduction channel was implemented toward the exterior of the interface body, where a platinum wire electrode was placed. The conduction channel transferred the electric field from the external Pt electrode to the joining point, but prevented the effluent of CE from leaking. The interface body was designed to have receptacles for standard capillary tubing with finger-tight fittings, which allowed easy replacement of capillary tubing. Stable electrospray was observed for an extended time period without any signs of bubbling or damage to the emitter tip. No significant increment of dead-volume at the interface was observed for well-aligned capillaries. Sensitive and stable CE-MS detection of the model compound of creatinine and uric acid was demonstrated.</P>

      • Significance and Expression of Aquaporin 1, 3, 8 in Cervical Carcinoma in Xinjiang Uygur Women of China

Shi, Yong-Hua,Chen, Rui,Talafu, Tuokan,Nijiati, Rehemu,Lalai, Suzuke Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.5

Overexpression of several aquaporins (AQPs) has been reported in different types of human cancer but their role in carcinogenesis, for example in the cervix, have yet to be clearly defined. In this study, expression of AQPs in cervical carcinomawas investigated by real-time PCR, immunofluorescent and immunohistochemical assays and evaluated for correlations with clinicopathologic variables. AQP1, 3, 8 exhibited differential expression in cervical carcinoma, corresponding CIN and mild cervicitis. AQP1 was predominantly localized in the microvascular endothelial cell in the stroma of mild cervicitis, CIN and cervical carcinoma. AQP3 and AQP8 were localized in the membrane of normal squamous epithelium and carcinoma cells, local signals being more common than diffuse staining. AQP1 and AQP3 expression was remarkably stronger in cervical cancer than in mild cervicitis and CIN2-3 (P<0.05). AQP8 expression was highest in CIN2-3 (91.7%), but levels in cervical carcinoma were also higher than in mild cervicitis. AQP1, AQP3, AQP8 expression significantly increased in advanced stage, deeper infiltration, metastatic lymph nodes and larger tumor volume (P<0.05). Our findings showed that AQPs might play important roles in cervical carcinogenesis and tumour progression in Uygur women.

      • Increased Migration and Local Invasion Potential of SiHa Cervical Cancer Cells Expressing Aquaporin 8

Shi, Yong-Hua,Rehemu, Nijiati,Ma, Hong,Tuokan, Talafu,Chen, Rui,Suzuke, Lalai Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.3

Overexpression of several aquaporins (AQPS) has been reported in different types of human cancer but roles in human carcinogenesis have yet to be clearly defined. Here, we up-regulated expression of the AQP8 gene in SiHa human cervical cancer cells with a lentivirus transfection system and investigated its effects as a potential therapeutic target for cervical cancer. Results showed AQP8 overexpression did not affect their substrate adherence and proliferation, but accelerated migration as assessed by transwell migration and wound healing assays. Moreover, AQP8 overexpression significantly enhanced local invasion of SiHa cells in nude mice. These findings altogether indicate that AQP8 overexpression increases migration of SiHa cells and probably participates in the process of tumor local invasion.

1,8-Naphthyridine Modified Naphthalimide Derivative: Ratiometric and Selective Sensor for Hg2+ in Organic Aqueous Solution

Shi, Yong Gang,Duan, Yu Lian,Chen, Jian Hua,Wu, Xiang Hua,Zhou, Ying,Zhang, Jun Feng Korean Chemical Society 2013 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.34 No.1

A bottom-modified (4-position) naphthalimide derivative 1 with 1,8-naphthyridine as binding site has been designed and synthesized. Compound 1 is the first 1,8-naphthyridine-modified naphthalimide-based sensor that can detect $Hg^{2+}$ selectively with respect to ratiometric fluorescent change and blue shift in organic aqueous solution. The Job's plot and FAB mass indicate that 1 formed a 1:1 complex with $Hg^{2+}$. A top-modified naphthalimide derivative 2 with 1,8-naphthyridin as binding site has also been synthesized for comparison.

Band gap opening in zigzag graphene nanoribbon modulated with magnetic atoms

        Shi-Hua Tan,Li-Ming Tang,Ke-Qiu Chen 한국물리학회 2014 Current Applied Physics Vol.14 No.11

The effects of magnetic atom on the band structure of zigzag-edged graphene nanoribbons are investigated by the density functional theory. The results show that for narrow zigzag-edged graphene nanoribbons, the band gap can be opened duo to the spin-up/spin-down charges being re-enriched on the edge sites. However, for the wide zigzag-edged graphene nanoribbons, a spin-up/spin-down halfmetallic property can be observed. Moreover, it is found that the Seebeck coefficients in the narrow zigzag-edged graphene nanoribbons are reversed and enlarged, which provides a way to design novel thermoelectric device.

      • Hepatitis B Virus Gene C1653T Polymorphism Mutation and Hepatocellular Carcinoma Risk: an Updated Meta-analysis

Shi, Hua-Ping,Zhang, Jun,Shang, Xue-Chai,Xie, Xin-You Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.2

Although there have been many studies investigating possible associations between the C1653T mutation and risk of HCC, the results have been inconsistent. We conducted searches of the published literature in Pubmed and Embase databases up to January 2013. Seventeen studies with a total of 1,085 HCC cases and 1,365 healthy controls were retrieved. We found a significant association between the C1653T mutation and HCC risk (OR = 2.01, 95%CI= 1.49-2.70). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, a significant association was also found in Asians (OR = 2.07, 95%CI= 1.71-2.51). In subgroup analysis by HBV genotype, B and C were linked with development of HCC (B:OR = 2.21, 95%CI= 1.13-4.34; C:OR = 2.26, 95%CI= 1.61-3.16). However, no significant association was found between the C1653T mutation and HCC risk in HBeAg positive cases. In conclusion, this meta-analysis suggests that the C1653T mutation may be associated with susceptibility to HCC.
